It is definitely not the usual noisy, bustling nail salon that most techs have. I have worn SNS on my nails for the past year and have had no problems will nails breaking and lifting. I also get my monthly pedicures at Nails by Rinda. I love the hot stone massages she gives at the completion on the pedicure. One thing that always amaze me each time she has done my nails is that no matter what is going on, my nail appointment is always only an hour and my nails always, always look like I have a brand new set each and every time I get them done. Most importantly, when I soak off the SNS there is no damage to my natural nails underneath because she is not heavy-handed with her drill.

I used to come to this place all of the time with my mother when i was younger to get my nails done…read moreso I needed to get my nails done because my original nail girl had something come up so she couldn't do them. So i figured i would go to a nail salon i was familiar with to get my nails done. So i wanted my toes done with gel and get french. the pedicure was great. i asked her to fix a few things to my liking and she had a positive attitude about it. then i went on the get my nails done. First off she was complaining how thick my nails were originally and i told her i liked them a little thicker due to my workplace and i don't want them to break off easily. Then she went to drilling my nails to remove my acrylic, she cut me multiple times and pushed my cuticles back way too far. When she went to do a fill in she added a color completely different from the base color i already had and i said that was way to light. so then she proceeded to grab another color and it was still a little to purple but it was better than the other. I already wanted to get up right then and there because I already had a feeling i was going to hate them. So she went on the filing my nails and i told her i liked my nail shape sharp and square and she filed both my hands in under a minute. I made a comment and said i wanted them sharper and sje went back to file them again and barely made a difference. Then she went to doing my design and i asked for french tip with chrome. she definitely rushed through the designs. I would ask her to fix my french on a nail because all of the trenches looked different, but everytime i would step up and speak she would huff and puff. Mind you I was alone and i was a little nervous because I am the paying customer and I should be able to speak freely about my nail service without feeling guilty. So i just let it be. The price of a fill in was only 25-30 dollars i believe and the extra for designs was 5 i believe so i was thinking it would be no more than 40-45 dollars. But anyways I was not happy with the service i received or the amount i paid was 105 after my nails and toes getting done. I will never complain about paying for my nails or how much they are because i know how expensive they can be. I will not be back. Also my cuticles on my left hand look infected and have swollen up. i went straight to my girl later that day because i called her upset and she said she could fit me in. ( and no my nail girl did not cause my cuticle cuts because she soaked off my nails and redone the whole set and my nails were on fire when i was soaking them off.

I came in to get serviced for my toes and nails after leaving another crappy salon. I didn't realize what I was walking into, the owner including four of her employees were harassing and attacking this young woman over $35. The customer came in for a full set and her husband accidentally spent the money on her card. She offered to go get the rest of her money but she was alone with her baby. The owner told her to leave her baby and her belongings behind. COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE! Obviously the customer refused and tried to walk away from the situation and they locked her in and attacked her. (4 or 5 OLDER woman attacked this young lady and her child) they were screaming at her , smacking tools and rags on the counter. The child was upset at this point and I spoke up and offered to pay the rest, I corrected their behavior and the owner did not like that. Once the young woman was able to leave the owner talked about her my entire service. She said things like "if you don't like the price, do them at home." "She's broke" "she has no money not my problem" telling me I have to understand that she runs a business. Hell no, there is no understanding child abuse. You have lost your damn mind. They were going to call the police on this young woman and I should've recorded the entire thing and called the police on the owner for child endangerment. That is completely outrageous. I should've walked out and not paid for anything and then she would've learned her lesson not to do that to ANYONE. Do better, I hope you guys lose lots of service because of this. You all are very unprofessional and disgusting people. I was already sat down and started my own service by the time I offered to pay for her, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed there. I was afraid to say anything else and afraid to bring my own child in there since seeing the behavior they are totally okay with allowing in their establishment.
