I used to come to this place all of the time with my mother when i was younger to get my nails done so I needed to get my nails done because my original nail girl had something come up so she couldn't do them. So i figured i would go to a nail salon i was familiar with to get my nails done. So i wanted my toes done with gel and get french. the pedicure was great. i asked her to fix a few things to my liking and she had a positive attitude about it. then i went on the get my nails done. First off she was complaining how thick my nails were originally and i told her i liked them a little thicker due to my workplace and i don't want them to break off easily. Then she went to drilling my nails to remove my acrylic, she cut me multiple times and pushed my cuticles back way too far. When she went to do a fill in she added a color completely different from the base color i already had and i said that was way to light. so then she proceeded to grab another color and it was still a little to purple but it was better than the other. I already wanted to get up right then and there because I already had a feeling i was going to hate them. So she went on the filing my nails and i told her i liked my nail shape sharp and square and she filed both my hands in under a minute. I made a comment and said i wanted them sharper and sje went back to file them again and barely made a difference. Then she went to doing my design and i asked for french tip with chrome. she definitely rushed through the designs. I would ask her to fix my french on a nail because all of the trenches looked different, but everytime i would step up and speak she would huff and puff. Mind you I was alone and i was a little nervous because I am the paying customer and I should be able to speak freely about my nail service without feeling guilty. So i just let it be. The price of a fill in was only 25-30 dollars i believe and the extra for designs was 5 i believe so i was thinking it would be no more than 40-45 dollars. But anyways I was not happy with the service i received or the amount i paid was 105 after my nails and toes getting done. I will never complain about paying for my nails or how much they are because i know how expensive they can be. I will not be back. Also my cuticles on my left hand look infected and have swollen up. i went straight to my girl later that day because i called her upset and she said she could fit me in. ( and no my nail girl did not cause my cuticle cuts because she soaked off my nails and redone the whole set and my nails were on fire when i was soaking them off. read more

This is not my usual nail salon but considering my busy schedule and the fact that I was just getting my nails soaked off and a manicure, I decided to go here for convenience. The gentleman (Huan?) that did my nails seemed very unhappy with his job. He said next to nothing (which is usually fine with me when it's a comfortable silence... this was different) and was rough. Most of the steps he only did halfway, not caring about the results. He never even did the best part of a manicure.. the hand massage. After getting home I realized he even left some of the old product on my hands. The salon itself is decent but doesn't seem to be the cleanest. Prices were good but I'd much rather pay more for quality service. Also... I normally tip very well (25%). I didn't this time. And that's takes a lot for me not to.... If there would have been a zero they would have got it instead of a 1. My wife had previously went to Glamour Nails in Thomasville NC and the guy put the powder on her nails. They were slick as glass until her nails grew out so she decided to try the N-Nail salon since it was closer to our house. The only thing she wanted was to get the powder removed and nails trimmed. The woman that removed it only got half of the polish off and halfway trimmed her nails. She decided to go back this morning to have them redo their shoddy work. The women working there continued to tell my wife that it was because she had tips and my wife continued to tell them she never had tips. She finally got one of the women to try and fix them. The other woman that had previously done her nails talked with another client about my wife not being happy with her nails and the woman said, "well some people just can't be pleased". This woman's sister was getting her nails done in gray but was complaining that her nails looked purple. The girl asked my wife if they looked purple and was told yes. Before my wife left she told the guy up front, "well some people just can't be pleased" and advised the salon that she would never darken their doors again. read more

Will not go back, been going there for years, went today, little guy cut me 5 times... I'm a free bleeder, which I mentioned...I complained to him and manager.. sorry..that was all I got! I am in tears , I went for a eyebrow wax and told the lady I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick and she still gave me thin eyebrows. When I asked for my money back the lady and another worker started screaming at me telling me they looked fine. I was in legit tears and they did not care that they were in the wrong. read more

If I could give this place less then 1 star I would! Worst salon in Thomasville! They cannot do ANY design asked for. My daughter asked for a simple crown on her ring finger and it looks like a 5 yr drew it. Mail broke after barely just one day. They cannot shape nails properly or apply gel polish, I left after paying nearly 200 completely disappointing in even my pedicure. The gel polish is clumped up near my cuticles and over painted in some places. I truly could have done a better job with my eyes closed. Would NOT recommend! Had to get my nails done twice in two days because the originals started lifting the next day. Went back, they refused a refund but would 'fix' them... I left with 7 thick nails and 3 thin nails, a chip in one where she cut them down, the white tip shaven down to much underneath on one so you can see through it, air bubbles in the acrylic, extra acrylic and gel polish everywhere (literally, even on my knuckles) and to top it off she cut me twice. Going back today to demand a refund or BBB will be contacted. When you go in and see all of the crusty nail polish bottles, you'll know what I mean when I say this isn't where you wanna spend your money at. read more
