1 Star -- If I could give negative stars, I would. You will absolutely not get what you ask for here. Consider yourself warned. I had two different people work on me: one for my hands, one for my feet. And trust me, it was a tag-team disaster. Let's start with the lady who did my nails. She was friendly, I'll give her that--but that's about where the good part ends. I asked for a manicure, and halfway through, I realized she was just doing my nails with no sign of an actual manicure. When I asked, she casually told me, "You don't need manicure," then explained that if you get acrylic, you don't get a manicure. I'm sorry... what? Since when are the two mutually exclusive? I requested French tips with two different colors on each nail. She said that wasn't possible because they'd "blend together." (Pretty sure nail artists do this all the time but OK.) She insisted on doing a cat eye design instead. The cat eye came out nice--but the polish job overall? A complete mess. Uneven, lumpy, sloppy... just look at the photos. Now, onto Lady #2--the one who did my pedicure. She was younger, not friendly at all, and weirdly aggressive. She scrubbed the inside of my ankles multiple times (yes, you read that right). I kept pulling my feet back and she never once paused or apologized. Who doesn't know the ankles are not the soles? Then, when applying the gel polish, she dropped the dryer right on my wet toes--not once, but twice. She fixed the toe she smudged but continued to just slam the dryer down like we were in some sort of speed challenge. The massage that was supposed to be included? Nearly nonexistent. My feet were still rough, and she only used two hot stones. It was giving "bare minimum." Final bill? $75. Final result? A mess. I called to request a refund and was told they don't do refunds, but I could "come back so they could fix it." Why would I go back to the same people who already butchered the job? That makes zero sense. I even disputed the charge with my bank, but--lucky me--they denied it. Three days later, I found a real nail tech, paid $80, and finally got nails worth being seen in public. I was broke afterward but at least I looked cute. Bottom line: I left with sore ankles, messed-up nails, and a burning desire to never return. Do yourself a favor--go literally anywhere else. read more

Customer service was great and the standard pedicure is fairly priced and quick! Very friendly atmosphere.

They are amazing I go in there about once a month to get my toes done I never really have to wait unless I wait till later in the day when everyone is getting out of work there prices aren't outrages and the place is decent and there chairs are nice read more

I got a full set; acrylic with gel paint. They done good on matching the length and the design I asked for. Paint and nail lasted a long time before having to get a fill in. Still not one of my favorite places to get my nails done though. read more

I went to this nail salon with high hopes and several friend recommendations. However, I don't think I'll be back. Both my sister and I went to get pedicures and acrylics before our beach trip. It was on a Thursday, and we left Saturday morning. The whole experience of getting a pedicure and the acrylics were nice. I felt that they finished mine a good 30 minutes before my sisters, though I'm assuming some technicians were faster than others. I paid $45 (20 for the pedi and 25 for the acrylics with a design) However, when I woke up on Friday, both of my thumbs had what looked like crackles in them. I've had acrylics many times before and I've never had this happen to them. I don't know if it's a quality issue or what, however the cracks got worse throughout Monday. I took the attached pictures on Monday, 4 days after I got them done. I was at the beach, so there was not way to go back to get them redone or fixed. I'm disappointed, because they seem to have a good reputation and I don't want to sit here and drag them. However, I paid $45 for it to look terrible. I'm not sure what exactly happened, but I know we will be trying another nail salon from now on. read more

So.. I came here before to get my toes done and they came out really good! But, I wanted to get my nails done.. so I went today July 22nd, and I already knew things weren't going to go good when I had to tell her to fix one of my nails since it was crooked. I told her I wanted French tips. The lady asked me if I wanted them skinny tips or chunky tips, and I said skinny so she was doing her thing. After she asked me if they were ok and I thinking they look to fat to be French tips. SoI didn't say nothing after I got done I went to go pay. Then I'm the light when I got out the salon. They looked so bad! Chunky, bumpy! She didn't paint it right it was so sloppy and messy. I went back in and I told them I didn't like how they looked, I was saying it respectfully. I proceeded to ask for a refund which the "boss" I guess came and said they look fine. Which they did not!!!!! Then the lady who did my nails started getting hostile with me and the boss as well. I told them " they don't fucking look good" "are you guys going to give me a refund" the boss said no we can't do that. Keep in mind they do not have any signs up saying they don't do refunds. But whatever. As I was telling them to give me a refund I had to walk out before I slapped a ho! I went back in to tell them to fix them because I work hard for my money just to go down the drain. This is the best nail salon in lexington. The people in here are so nice and patient and do a great job with everything they do.

They done my nails like trash i got manicure they didn't put polish on my nails on the way . They was rushing and the bathroom was horrible and when I walked in there they didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted there service was horrible and I will not go there again. read more
