Well they put my nails on. I went for a fill in waited and hour and half got up and went to walk out and they start hollering you are next! I politely said I have sat here long enough while everyone has gone in front of me I will come back another time. So I call about appointment I get off at 4. She wanted me to come at 5. I asked do you have anything earlier? No she said I said I am sorry but I don't want to wait an hour after I get off. She said ok Bye and hung up! Rude. Rude. Rude. My first time going here to get my nails done. I always get designs in any salon that I go to. I was very specific about the design that I wanted. I showed them a picture and a let Kim know during the process that I thought her lines were messy and looked nothing like the picture of the design that I wanted. Some of her lines were thick some were thin and to be honest it look like a child did them. I kept referring back to my picture and she became nasty and argumentative saying she does nails all the time and it's not going to look like the picture because she's an artist and doing it her way. Ok Kim, I respect that you may be an artist however, if I'm showing you a very specific picture of what I want, don't go, rogue. she became so argumentative that I said I didn't like them at all and I wanted it taken off. At this point Kim told me that she'll take it off, but I need to go somewhere else to have my nails painted. I am completely blown away that a service business does not understand that I have a choice. Her level of disrespect was completely uncalled for. She even had the audacity to call coworkers over to complain in whatever language she was speaking. One of her coworkers ended up finishing my nails and apologized for her saying she was having a bad day. I will be speaking to Tracey, the owner tomorrow to let her know that she needs to explain to Kim that with the economy the way it is her employees need to be respectful if she's to keep her business. JK nails will never get my business again, and I hope anyone reading this avoids spending money to be disrespected. read more

My husband and I have been to Jk Nails numerous times and have always found the establishment clean, neat and sanitary. I have seen the staff clean their pedicure foot basins after each client and they always use fresh gloves with each patron with manicure or pedicure procedures. You are given disposable footwear after your pedicure to go from any location in the salon. The staff if very friendly, informative, and skilled at what they do. I have been here several times over the years and have had good experiences until this last visit. Customer service was horrible they obviously talked about me as a customer throughout my visit and at checkout they charged my card for double when I only had one service done. One fee was for a "tip" that I didn't authorize for $28. Then they acted like they had no idea how to fix the situation and told me to just keep checking my account instead of crediting my card instantly And this was the owner!!! This is the best nail salon for getting a pedicure!! I wouldn't recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here though(almost half my eyebrow was gone after getting them done here). took a chance and went to JK Nails on Monday at 5:45, they take walk-ins but place looked a little crowded so I asked before signing in and they said they couldn't take me, No problem, decided to try again Tuesday. I was there at 5:05, A few people in there, signed the appointment book, their Facebook page said they closed at 8pm so I thought no problem, girl came around twice and asked my name while she was carrying appointment book, gave her my name both times and that was that.. 6 o'clock comes around, and she comes back to me and says they can't take me because they have appointments and they close at 7pm.. so why not tell me that when I first sign in and they know what appointments are in their book, very unprofessional and a total waste of my time, why leave me sitting there when they know they're not gonna take me.. I will not be going back and will not recommend them to anyone read more
