They are a great salon however because they are so popular they no longer take the quality time they used to. They rush through the work and nails came off the very next day. For the prices they have nails should not come off in the first few days. The vibe is pretty good but you don't have much time to talk if you go with a friend because they rush so quickly through the pedicures that it's not enjoyable. read more

I will not be returnin. received a fill in with gel polish an my polish has been chipping on different nails since an my nails havent been done a whole week. soon as i get 1 fix within 8 hours another nail has chip. I have never had this problem before. read more

Found this place on accident, and couldn't be happier. They have moved, and the address listed in YELP is incorrect. They're located next to Food Lion on the 49S just as another reviewer mentioned. Prices are competitive with other local nail salons, but the service and quality is so much better! read more

I was there getting my nails done. There was a woman in the chair next to me getting her nails done. She started talking to me and there was no problem at first, then she became very rude to the point I was in tears. This went on for about 10 minutes and not a single person that worked there did anything. They didn't say one word to her. They apologized to me after the woman left but they should have done something when it was happening. It was a horrible experience. read more

Very bad experience this morning. I know they were short handed but arguing about who had to do our nails in front of us was very unprofessional. They could have asked us to come back later on even went in the back, instead the manager tries to say I misunderstood what was going on. I heard what said. . Never ever going here again. All I wanted was a fun day for my mom, but instead the manager made the experience uncomfortable. Shame on you guys. read more

This was the worst manicure of my life. Gloppy nail polish, paint wrinkles and when I brought it up the man there berated me. I'm in town for work a few towns over and needed a fast manicure. It took 1.5 hours and then in the end the woman literally squirted the entire front of my shirt with oil. read more

I went in to get a pedicure with them and they accepted me even though they were short staffed. I did wait a couple of minutes before one of them was available but that's to be expected. Jenny did a fantastic job doing my nails and the hot stones for a reasonable price for this area and was overall very friendly. I highly recommend for people trying to find a spot to claim as their new nail spot. Definitely coming back! read more

Go here if you want cuts to your fingers & slow service! Went in the morning, in the middle of last week with a friend for mani pedis, assuming we'd be waited on fairly quickly. Only three people were working, four customers already there. We know to expect a wait. My friend went first after about 20 minutes. They took me another 30 minutes later (50 minutes for my wait!), wrapping my nails to remove gel polish. By the time they returned to me almost 45 MINUTES later, the acetone was gone & the cotton had dried to my nails. The telephone rang several times during our 2-hour visit & staff members left whoever they were with each time to find the cordless phone & talk. I was hoping one of those calls was from another employee who might be coming in. Nope. The manicurist who did my friend cut her a few times with the cuticle scissors, making her bleed. I've been going here for years and love it. They are not on Dixie dr anymore but beside Food lion on highway 49 south. Today was Mother's Day and they had more help come in when people all came at once. The women here do amazing pedicures and always take there time to do everything right. I've been here at least 20 times and not once have I ever felt rushed. Designs vary depending on who you get but always great. Pedicures are the best here but I never get my finger nails. I also had my eyebrows waxed while I was here and surprisingly she did better than my stylist! Try this place at least once, you won't be let down! read more

The atmosphere is great but the work not so much. I've had to come back and get my nails redone because they weren't done right to begin with. The sides of my nails were all left without nail polish and would soon start cracking. Clumps of polish were also left on my nails. read more
