Went here because all other places were closed on a Sunday I called ahead and asked them if they had availability so I wouldn't have to wait as long. She said come in 30 minutes so I came in she sat me down and I waited 20 more minutes before someone came up to me. They started putting tips on my nails and filing them very aggressively. They kept switching out people and asking me what design I wanted I told them and show them a picture. They said OK and started putting black acrylic on my nails very messily every time she would file them she would be filing my finger and I ended up bleeding on almost all of them. I mentioned it to her. She said I have thin skin, which I usually don't bleed like that when we got to the design, she put glitter on top and said is this good? I said no that's not the design I want she said yes it was and tried to overcharge me. I told her to wipe it off and just leave the black and I still got charged a good amount for botched work acrylic all over my nails and not filed correctly and some are crooked. Please do not go here unless you want rushed service and no one to care about your well-being. Edited to add I went to ask to get a refund because my fingers got infected and she said only way is to get nails off she aggressively filed them off and made me bleed worse my fingers are swollen and so ugly I'll post another picture to show how they mutilated my fingers after. read more

Pedicure is a must do at Le Nails. They take their time to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Sometimes they may not understand the color that you want, but if you take the time to just show them a picture of the color of your desires, they will definitely treat you just right. Massage is always point with hot stones and hot towels. After everything is done they will treat you like royalty and put your socks and shoes on just for you. The owner was going in between me and several other people filing and whatnot. I watched her use my bloody file on the next person. Very unsanitary. my fingers were raw at the end and when I showed her the photo she said I can't do that. I went back the next day to get a refund because my fingers were so sore I could barely use them and getting red she said she would have to take my nails off before she could give me my money back. I said can't you just cut them down my fingers hurt she said no. please do not go here they should be shut down. read more

I hate to write a bad review for any business right now but the experience I had on Saturday keeps eating at me. I went in for a simple SNS manicure and basic pedicure. The pedicure was below average but the manicure was horrific. My nails were not cut or shaped and the SNA was slapped on really thick. Instead of pushing my cuticles back they decided to grind them down leaving me bleeding, scabbed, and sore for days. Every nail was also a different width, length, and shape so I had to work on them when I got home. They also used the same towel for multiple costumers and there was no soap to use at the sink. Had pedicure done 6/3/24.. very rushed.. soaked 10 mins.. and 10 minutes (including polish).. barely scrubbed soles of the feet.. left and got home.. realized cuticles on one toe was raw.. will not go back.. first and last visit.. recommend by a friend read more

This was my first time going there. I wasn't happy and won't go there again. I got the acrylic nails with free white tips for 25.00 They were both rushing. There was a man and a pregnant woman who both took turns on doing my nails. The guy cut my cuticles that 1 of my fingers is really bad. But there was a total of 4 that bled. This place is terrible. The service sucks. As soon as I came in they sat me down so I thought it was gonna get started right away well that was wrong the people literally do 3 different places at once. They aren't friendly the woman did my nails wrong and they weren't all the way covered with sns ( could see my tips through the sns). Only two people work here. I got the pedicure and service was rushed. Me and five other girls got here at the same time. That was a bad idea. If you come make sure it's only you or one other person in here. The massage chairs for pedicures are side by side making it uncomfortable if someone is sitting next to you. Also told the manicurist I wanted my toes cut down multiple times and all he did was file them down. I also insisted on coming back due to too many people and not enough employees but they insisted it was fine. Should have just walked out. They rushed my daughter's acrylic nails, which left them feeling rough with nail polish flooding her cuticles, along with 2 cut fingers. They looked pretty until you looked at them up close. The price did NOT match the quality. Then the nails started popping off. My daughter is not a rough and tumble person, they were coming off in the shower, at school, etc. It has been 9 days and she only has 4 nails left on. Although my nails look okay. They did not do a good job the cut my sister finger she was bleeding and they painted my nails sloppy and did not put some on straight. Also my nails hurt after I have gotten them done like the sides. I was not satisfied. I do not recommend this place to anyone but the girl that did my toes did a great job. To save you time in reading this entire review: AVOID THIS FILTHY, SUBSTANDARD, POOR EXCUSE FOR A "SALON!!!". To begin, my friend and I only ended up at this business because all other nail salons were closed on the Holiday weekend. I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure... simply, right?! Not so much for these beauty school dropouts. The overall experience was not at all relaxing or comfortable. The pedicure was brutal as the lady threw my feet all around, cut my toes numerous times and just had a total disregard that this was supposed to be a relaxing service. Instead, I was completely tense throughout the entire procedure. I have had to care for two in-grown toenails since the lady cut my toenails so deep on the side to the point of extreme discomfort and having to tell her several times to STOP cutting into my toes. She argued with me, rolled her eyes and spatted off to her co-workers in her native toungue (which communicated does not bother me but incompetence DOES!) All of my nails still have the white marks on them from where the lady used the electric drill to remove the nail polish instead of using nail polish remover (on my finger- AND toenails!.. Not normal practice for a nail salon!). They are all still SO brittle, even after two weeks. I have had to cut all of my nails back to the quick because they were chipping so badly. I tried to paint them to cover up the lines but all of the uneven drill marked texture show through and if I file them any more, my nails will be paper thin. Also, instead of clipping my (rather long) fingernails, she filed them so quickly and roughly that my nail beds were sore and even more brittle after using the drill. I finally stopped her and refused to let her continue with the manicure. I agreed to pay for the polish removal but she had already ruined my nails, there was no way I would be satisfied with any further service. My toenails were already smudged by the time I got home. Don't bother asking for a 'design' is because they will paint on whatever they decide anyway - and it looks like bird poop! There is no talent whatsoever by any of the workers, and they either do not listen or do not understand anything you ask or tell them... they simply do what is the quickest and easiest for them at the moment. The salon itself was FILTHY and I doubt the people were even licensed because they had NO idea what they were doing. I am in good mind to call the Better Business Bureau! The laundry for dirty towels had not been done in days, as they smelled musty and the basket was overflowing into the floor. Even the clean towels were old and falling apart. Next to the sink was the open door to the back room which was filled with open and raw food containers and nail products scattered EVERWHERE. The dust on every-single-item in the "salon" was caked on so thick as if a simple cleaning had not been completed in months. AVOID THIS UNSATISFACTORY "SALON" IF YOU CAN. Let me first say that if I were allowed to give zero stars, I probably would have. I ended up at Le Nails due to the fact that my friend was available to go on a Sunday and the salons that I like in Asheboro were not open, either because of their regular hours or because of the holidays. To say that I was disappointed with our experience is a huge understatement. I am not usually bothered much by a salon staff not being able to communicate very well in English or by the need to speak to each other in their native language during the entirety of my half hour of relaxation while I am attempting to either catch up with my friend or simply sit in silence and enjoy the experience, so that is not what this review is about even though it could be. What did bother me about this experience is that the during the pedicure treatment, the staff were very rough in the process of the entire treatment to the point where any enjoyment was impossible and my friend was actually in physical pain. As I sat with toilet paper- yes, toilet paper- between my toes to separate them, I began to notice how dirty and unkempt the entire salon appeared. The manicure portion of our day came and we were not asked to sit in manicure chairs, but instead sat in finishing chairs while our nails were filed instead of clipped down to the appropriate length. Our cuticles went untouched and my friends nails were ruined by their dremel tool as they attempted to remove the leftover shellac polish from her last manicure. At that time my friend began to properly file her own nails as mine dried and we decided to pay only for the services rendered up to that point and leave, never to return. My finger nail polish came of after a day and my pedicure was horribly chipped after just a week and that is not the norm for me when the job is done correctly. We were as polite as we could possibly be given the circumstances and I just about never review anything unless it was just really that awful and I feel the need to warn others (or if it was so great that I want to promote the business). I hope this review helps you to make an informed decision and avoid this salon completely. I can't imagine how they have any business left at all other than those visiting for the first time that do not know what they are in for. read more
