This is my go to nail salon. They always offer great service to their clients. I went for a gel mani/pedi earlier this week. Went to sleep in the chair. I sat there getting the royal treatment for two hours. Their massage chairs are divine. And Trish always gives a pedicure that is top notch. Hannah is great too. Today I went with my sister, niece and dear friend. It was the friends birthday and we all received royal treatment. Very friendly relaxing atmosphere. There's also a "brow lady there --Helen--who knows everything about brows--arching, waxing, tattooing, tinting, etc. if you want a relaxing experience --go to Zen. A complementary mocktail, cocktail. The location is convenient and has enough parking. The interior is very modern and clean. I loved the lobby area and decor. It has a very serene appearance. I usually only get a pedicure, but I decided to try SNS on my nails. I was a walk-in, so I was taking a chance on whether or not I could be seen. I had extra time before my next stop so I didn't mind waiting. The owner greeted me and asked for me to pick a color. I didn't have to wait very long for my nail tech. My nail tech, Gina, greeted me warmly and started working right away. She also offered me water. She was so friendly and awesome. It was like we were old time friends. She helped me decide on the length of nails and upkeep. When I go back, I will definitely try to book an appointment with Gina. She was very meticulous and did a fantastic job. They look perfect to me. My hands felt soft for the rest of the day. I think I'm hooked on getting SNS. I can't stop looking at my hands lol. read more

Very clean and all staff is friendly and courteous. My wife and I received the deluxe pedicure. This was only my second pedicure and I really enjoyed it I think I will not hesitate to go again. They have 10 nice chairs and the studio was very spacious and clean. I'm not an expert but it looks like they have everything a person would want for pedicures and nails. I made an appointment so I wasn't a walk in and got a tech that was young and more interested in her text than my services. My pedicure was ok still have dry skin but I don't expect miracles . Had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure. OMF'nG I forgot how nice it is to have someone massage and detail clean your feet. It does wonders for your mental wellbeing! The $30 pedicure was my choice. Very friendly staff here. Hot towel wraps are great and they serve beverages, including alcohol for those of us like myself who enjoy a buzz of some kind to calm our nerves! They also offer a great variety of other pedicures and manicures. My friend is getting polish and stones on her nails... I think she looks like a gypsy personally, but whatever floats her boat. My pedicure was kind of uneven (I'm OCD and I notice things a little more than the average!). First things first: I do not get my nails done regularly. I do not get anything special done when I do, and most of the time I am intimidated by anything beauty-related; nail salons, hair salons, makeup counters, you name it. However, special occasions have brought my business to Zen, and I have no regrets. In preparation for my prom, I made an appointment by the phone for the day before the event over a month in advance, and I was impressed when I showed up on time for my appointment and was met with a prepared staff. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of the technicians I have met, but all of the employees there are welcoming and very good at their jobs. The chairs are comfortable, the place is not too dim or too bright, and they offer you drinks and magazines. The color I chose, a shimmery silver, looked amazing with my dress and stayed on for a while because it was gel. I did not feel awkward as I do in some other salons, where the technician pesters me with questions about my life that they really don't care about-at Zen, I made some small talk, but mostly I was able to relax and unwind before prom, which was really important to me. I have been thoroughly impressed with every manicure and pedicure, and I confidently will return there when the occasion arises. read more

VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! I went in tonight to have my eyebrows waxed, was told it would be a few minutes wait. After 10 mins I asked the guy how much longer because I didn't mind coming back tomorrow, he said just a few more minutes. After 20 mins of waiting I was going to leave when I saw a family friend, i stopped to explain to her what happened. The lady then called me back, as i'm sitting there another worker (pawn) came over to me & loudly said " i heard you complaining, you were only here 5 mins. You just walked in no appointment & you do that all the time, if you aren't happy then leave" It was in fact 20 mins & last time i checked you cant make appointments for eyebrows. As she mentioned " i do that all the time" Meaning I am a consistent customer of over 2 years. This is how they treat/ talk to consistent customers over a legitimate complaint. read more
