Been to the 2 times. The first time I got regular polish and it lasted 2 weeks!! Almost 3. I was going on a trip for the second time and requested gel. The polish chipped in 6 days. I paid an extra $15 for WHAT? I asked if they could fix the chip on my big toe and they said I would have to pay again. So disappointed, I was going to make this my go-to shop. DONT PAY FOR GEL! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS NAIL SALON! PLEASE GO ANY & EVERYWHERE ELSE. They don't have the staff to keep up and the staff that they do have are not very skilled or fast. I used to come here for specific technician(s) because they were able to provide high quality service but ever since they left, this place has gone down hill. This past Wednesday, my friend and I called before we arrived to try to get a sense of the wait time but they didn't answer. This should've been a red flag but we went inside anyway just to make sure. We were told that it would be a 20 minute wait to get our pedicures together. Keep in mind that 20 minutes is not that bad so in the meantime I suggested that I soak off my acrylics while we waited. 20 minutes went by and two more ladies came inside and asked for pedicures as well and guess what? They put those two ladies in front of us!!!! I was left sitting in acetone for an hour before we got in the chairs and on top of that I still had to get foils with cotton balls covered in acetone on my fingers. We arrived at this nail salon at 4o'clock and didn't leave until 6:30 pm for what should've only taken an hour to an hour & a half max!! I got regular polish and my friend got gel. It makes no sense that both of our paint jobs look terrible & that we barely got any type of massage with our pedicures. The current ladies running the salon are so unprofessional and rude. I practically had to tell them how to do their job because they were that inadequate. I will never return here! read more

I came into this salon excited to have my nails done for the first time since covid and was very disappointed with my outcome, the reviews on this store are fairly good but my visit was quit the opposite. I came in and showed them the first picture in which i wanted my nails done as, and as they did them they proceeded to put stones on my nails with out telling me and after wards saying they didn't know how to do the hearts so they did the stones instead. I was NOT aware this was happening until they were already on my nails. If they had come to me and told me they were unable to do the hearts i would've simply gone with just the brown. and afterwards had the audacity to charge me an extra 10 for the stones. i feel taken advantage of. i'm beyond outraged read more

Came here on my lunch break..hour and half later I had a fresh set of nails. The woman who did my nails was super friendly plus did an awesome job!! The vibe in this salon is very chill and professional. She finished off with a hand scrub and warm towel wrap - so worth getting back to work late haha. This place was about $10 higher for SnS than the last place I've been to for SnS. Definitely a go to if you're in the area! read more

Decided to try somewhere new and I probably won't again. Got a regular pedicure and SNS with pink & white (tips). A basic pedicure there is $30 and the lady charged me $50 for SNS... She dipped my nails, one which she broke (my thumb) and still dipped it. A day later it broke all the way off. My toes were chipping the second day as well. To be paying $80 for nails and a pedicure, I should be having any of these problems at all. I'll probably never go back again. They didn't deserve a $10 tip either. I'm almost positive I was overcharged for these services, especially for my nails to look how they do now. Realizing I never sent the first and I'm here again. Had I saw this I wouldn't have been back lol. I waited an hour for a fill and basic pedi. After a 40 minutes wait, I no longer had time for a pedi so I got the fill instead. Waited an hour for this just be sitting here waiting for the lady to run and do someone eyesbrows. Tried to give them a second chance and the third won't happen. There was only one woman in front of me. I don't recommend this place. read more

Bella and all the nail tech's at Bella Nails are AMAZING! They are always on top of the newest nail trends and have the products, tools, and talent to make your nails look fabulous. I've been going here for years and now live about 20 minutes away. I still make the trip to Bella's because they do such a great job. They are super convenient to downtown and close to UNCG's campus and the interstate. As always, I had a great experience at Bella Nails. They always take their time and even if there's a wait; it is well worth it. The prices are reasonable but the one thing I don't like is they charge $5 to remove the gel polish even if you're getting it redone. In my opinion that's part of the manicure. Other than that I love it!! Tons of polishes and the massage chairs are heavenly. Kasey is my favorite but everyone does a great job. read more

In town visiting and wanted my nails done. Since I come from a small town with only a few nail salons, it was hard deciding which nail salon to pick. I took my chances with this one and was very pleased! It was snowing the day we went, so it was only three of us in the salon. They closed early so it felt like we were all getting a VIP treatment. The pedicure was amazing and one of the best I've ever had, I had the green tea one if I remember correctly. And I did the SNS on my fingernails as that's what I'm used too. I see a lot of people comment on the price, but since I come from such a small town, I thought $115 for two pedicures and my manicure was reasonable considering back home I spend close to $100 just on myself. I would say check them out, but maybe have an appointment or call first since my circumstance was a little rare due to the snow. read more

There was no wait, and my friend and I was able to get them done at the same time. Not only are the prices reasonable, but also the location is ideal. Bella Nails was the first nail salon I tried and have never left! They had great reviews and stunning nails from the pictures I saw. Also, nail salons aren't known for being extra cheerful or talkative people but at Bella Nails they are really kind and make you feel comfortable. I usually get acrylic nails. I've tried SNS, gel, and regular polishes at this salon and all are fantastic. They're pricing for each are a little on the expensive side though. I came here about two weeks ago looking for a good nail salon in Greensboro close to where I live. This place is right next to UNCG campus, so I though why not try it? There were a lot of cars outside the building so I went inside. I waited about 30 minutes before I was seated for a gel fill in. I didn't mind - I saw the cars outside and it was the last day before the start of spring break. I didn't catch his name but a guy sat me down to do my fill in. I loved the color I picked but as he was doing my nails he even let me open a few other bottles to look at more colors. I stuck with my original pick but appreciated him letting me look. Overall the experience there was pretty good. It only cost $30 before tip, which is a whole $5 cheaper than my FAVE place in Kernersville. (Hollywood nail next to c&h/Rugged warehouse) BUT - I am giving this place 3 stars because ONLY TWO WEEKS after my fill in, my nails started getting loose and nearly popped off! I kept having to glue them back on before ripping them off tonight and vowing to go elsewhere. A gel polish full set typically lasts me 3-5 anywhere else I have gone. I am not going back somewhere that can't even give me a full set to last more than 2 weeks! read more

My first experience at Bella nails was a decent one. My nails were done the way I wanted them and all was well. I decided to go back recently and I asked for a soak-off and a new full set. I sit down for my soak-off and the nail tech proceeds to just rip my nails off one by one and then tried to charge me the $10 for the "soak-off". Not to mention in the process she broke one of my nails to the point that it bled because she decided to rip them and not soak them off like I requested. After she ripped my nail, she then did not clean off the blood but instead just dipped my finger in some SNS powder to try to "fix" it. Overall I was extremely unhappy with the service I received and will probably not be going back to bella nails. read more

If you're looking for an inexpensive salon, I wouldn't recommend this as a first choice. However, if you're looking for quality and convenience, this is for you. For full sets, I recommend Casey or Bella. They always hook me up. (And they're funny lol) Walk-ins are welcome but if you have others things to do, you might want to make an appointment because sometimes the wait can be extensive. Overall, they're great! Every time I come here it's ONLY because my usual salon is too busy, and almost every time I tell myself I'm NEVER going back. But after today, I really mean it. Bella Nails cares nothing about providing a positive customer experience. Aside from being too expensive for the mediocre work they do, I've come here several times and had to leave without even getting my nails done due to waiting so long (with no apology). Today was the opposite, as there were no customers and a full staff in the salon. I walked in at about 5:45pm (they close at 7) and told the tech I just wanted to get an SNS set taken off. Since it only takes about 15 minutes to remove a set, this shouldn't have been an issue. After telling 3 different people what I wanted done, the woman I assumed to be the manager looked at me and said "I think we're closing early today." When I asked why, she replied "we don't really have any customers". So then what am I? Not a customer? An animal? If it was already established you were closing early, why was I not informed of that upon walking in? Why even ask what I wanted to get done, 3 times? After many negative experiences with this salon I always say I'm done, but this one truly takes the cake. Take your money elsewhere, where your patronage is appreciated and your time won't be wasted. So I cheated on my K&Y nails for one quick second just to be sure I was going to the best place in Greensboro. Went to Bella Nails for a pedicure and SNS nails on Friday. I'm not sure why this place as such high ratings. I found the place to be quite dirty and the prices much higher than other places. When it comes to the pedicure, I thought he did a decent job with the pedicure itself but the chair I sat it definitely hadn't been wiped down in awhile. Cleanliness should be a priority in nail salons and I'm not sure they really focus on that here. The basic pedicure costs $25 which was pretty decent for the pedicure and massage that came with it. But I also wanted to get my SNS nails done over. At K&Y nails, they take off the SNS and start over everytime. SNS is a powder gel and if you don't take it off each time, your nails can start to look bulky, that and you really can't cover up the previous color with a new color, you really should start over. Well, this place charges you $5 just to take the nails off. They also charger $35 each time you get SNS. Here's a tip. At K&Y Nails, they only charge you $35 the first time for a full set of SNS nails and $25 every other time. They don't charge you to take the SNS off and actually encourage you to start over everytime. Finally, K&Y has a loyalty program. For every $1 you spend you get a point, after 100 points you get a $5 credit. The place is super clean and professional. I'll never cheat on K&Y again. Two other things to note. Parking is also an issue, be sure to park in the front or back of the establishment not on the side (that's completely empty), or else you will be towed. Worst pedicure ever! I came to Bella because of the great reviews and I was very disappointed. I made an appointment yet still waited over 30 minutes without any acknowledgement from anyone. I had a male (Danny?) who got up and walked away no less than four times during my pedicure without explanation. He then cut one of my nails so short it started bleeding. No comment or apology from him. The nails were all cut in different shapes. The paint job was TERRIBLE and covered more skin than nail (trying to post pics-look for bright pink nail polish). Unfortunately I have long legs and couldn't see how bad they really were until I got to my car. I'm now trying to fix them so they look half decent for a beach trip but it's not looking good...totally regret going to Bella! read more

Most of my nails had already fallen off and they charged me $10 to get only 6 of them taken off. My roommate told me when she got hers taken off they weren't even going to charge her. I've been going here for almost 5 years now and they're amazing. Everyone is so friendly and they cater to you. I always go to Terry she is the best and does amazing eyebrows. Everytime I go, I'm there for at least 3 hrs for pedi and fill in which I love because they're taking their time and not rushing. The prices are a little high but it's worth the quality and care they put in their work. Be sure to always book and appointment when college students are in school because you could wait up to 2 hrs for a walk in. read more
