I would highly recommend securing reservations as this place is very Busy!! We visited the salon at 12:45pm and was asked to return at 230pm since we didn't have reservations. No problem - we returned at 2:28p and waited for 15-minutes. This was my daughters first visit and first time receiving a pedi. They made the experience very memorable ! We took photos / they placed a smiley face pic on my daughters feet / overall a great experience. They are Covid-friendly with a sign stating they recommend masks. I highly recommend this place. Specially Amy (sorry if I spelled it wrong) she did such a great job on my nails and would make sure I liked the work she was doing every step of the way. She took her time and I loved the results! My daughter had such a great time too! I was desperately looking for a place that had the kid chairs for mani & pedis. And finally stumbled across this place! And I'm so glad I did. Both employees there made our experience great. Specially for my daughter, as she tends to be very shy. I have mixed feelings about this facility. The gentleman who did my pedicure did an amazing job and was very careful attentive and took the time and cared to do it right. Then they switched me to a woman who did my SNS nails. I do not have, great things to say about her. She was rough, dug into my nails, and within two weeks the edges of my nails were chipping off, and the SNS was as well. She was not careful or attentive, and I don't believe did the appropriate number of layers that she should have to assure that the tips of the edges of the nails were strong as they should be. Twice I had to tell her how to do the corners of my nails the way I wanted them done. I don't think I would return to have my nails done here again and certainly wouldn't have this woman work on me after the experience I've had read more

I haven't had my nails done in years and have been missing it. After hearing positive reviews of this place I gave it a shot. I got SNS no manicure I made an appointment and arrived early and they were able to take me right away. I was told it would be $35 it ended up being $38 - I got a different color on two of my fingers and wasn't aware that it would be an extra charge or I would have just stayed with one color. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know. My nail tech was friendly, efficient and did a good job. They accept cash app, venmo and Zelle in addition to cash and card. There is a point system you sign up for to earn money off (I assume) it wasn't super clear. Overall, it's a nice place, I was happy with my nails and will be back. read more

Andrew had no interest in doing my "birthday nails" I was excited to finally be getting to them as it's been since before Christmas when I had them done last. He didn't want to chat so that was fine I tried to inquire about what was trending he said dark colors. Done. Let's pick a dark color. He asked what shape I told him he laughed at that since my nails weren't long. Needless to say it was a lack luster appt on a slow Monday morning! When he finished I asked him if this was his best work!? He said NO. He prefers to do design and work with long nails. Had he mentioned that I would've taken him up on that. I'd rather have a professional do their best and have me leave satisfied and happy to look at my nails for a few weeks than to be uncomfortable through the visit and deal with a chipped nail 5 hours after the appointment ended. I did not like the way Hanh Vo did my nails AT ALL. She shaped them fine at first then when she started painting them I noticed she kinda struggled with painting nails, the paint job look a little sloppy. Then when I asked her to re paint certain nails she filed my nail into an uglier shape. It was really bad and ugly. I told her to take it off. Please don't go to Hanh Vo. Was told to sit next to each other (standard and preferred when you are getting your nails done with someone). Then another staff member brought another client right to my chair and told me to move and give the client her chair back. Mind you there were plenty of other chairs open. I've been in NC for 15 years and have tried several salons. I had such a great manicurist in CA and never seemed to be able to find a shop that was comparable here in Greensboro. A friend recommended Pink Spa Nails and I will never go to another salon. The manicurist and owners are pleasant, polite and kind. It feels good to walk in somewhere and are remembered and greeted with smiles. The salon is inviting, clean and relaxing. I've never had to wait for more than just a few minutes. They even have a cute little chair for the tiniest of customers. :) They also offer cash discounts! I don't believe some of the snide comments left by other reviewers. I have problem feet and NO one has EVER been rude or unkind to me or about my feet. I have natural nails, and have received manicures and gel nails. I've been going for about a year now to get my nails done once a month. I really enjoy the open, bright environment, and everyone working there has been nice. I've had SNS once, and all the other times I've gotten gel. All my experiences have been great except once when the bottle of nail polish was almost gone so the layer of polish was thin. Within two days my nail polish started cracking around the edges and was terrible. Other than that, everything is great! I called this location before coming and inquired as to whether they had gel polish with the ability to add a 3D effect or cat eye. The woman I spoke to ensured me that they did. Upon arriving, I stated what I wanted and asked again about the cat eye. She showed me what they had available. As the lady is doing my nails, she misses the mark several times. She doesn't put the gel powder. And she filed my nails so much that they are sore. When it came to putting on the polish, she looked at me as if I had three heads when I asked about the cat eye. She proceeds to tell me that they don't have it. At this point I'm beyond irritated and I try to keep calm and suggest that all staff should know what services are offered. Sensing my irritation, she offers for me to leave. I am baffled by her response and ignorance to proper customer service. Another woman intervenes (the one who answered the phone call) and finishes my nails with the cat eye. They are subpar at best. And after all of that, I get charged $70. Don't have a neon light saying WAX on your window if you half ass it. Went in to get a brow wax- it was the worst wax ever and hurt like hell- not because i couldn't take the pain but because the wax was really hot. And i told the lady but she dismissed it and applied it to my other brow. In the middle of this another lady brings in a customer in the tiny back room with me. Weird. They nickel and dime you worse than any other nail salon I've ever been. The people are really nice, but it is always something "extra". Fill in and they charge $5 to file down your nails so they are the original length. New set, $10 to remove previous set, even when they put them on and are the ones recommending new start after 3 months, plus full price of new full set. They also found a "matching" polish for my toes to match the shellac color I chose for my hands. Once the pedicure was complete, it obviously did not match. I left thinking it would be close enough, especially since i had to get back to work. In the daylight, it was worse. So after work, I went back and asked for the Polish change to match my nails. They said the only thing that will match is to do shellac on my feet too. Fine, but they failed to tell me that it was going to cost me another $25 for that even though it's them who told me the first one matched. read more
