I checked Yelp and found Royal Nails with high score reviews. The customer reviews could not have been more accurate. They got her in quickly and Jennie did the work. Wow, what a beautiful job. I was even impressed, being a husband, that is not something I rate often. We wish Jennie would come to the Pittsburgh and open her own salon as she is that fantastic. I love Lavi, Jay and Carissa but I've also had other techs and have never been disappointed with the work or the person. Manis and pedis both. Accidents happen, I've had a nick once or twice. But they've always been sure to ask if I'm in pain, and apologize if they've nicked even without me saying or flinching. I have very thin and weak nails and they're always kind when I ask them to be light with the dremel tool. Most, if not all, employees speak English extremely well and are very light on their native language between each other so I can join in on conversations and have a good time, especially when they joke with eachother.
