They lady said yes, that would be great. Thursday night came and we walked for the very first time. Very nice and cleaned salon. The staff was nice, friendly but very quiet. The chairs have massagers. So, you can get a massage while you are getting a pedicure. The pedicure bowls have liners that they chande out. That's a plus that I noticed! You can bring your own nail polish or pick one of there's. They have many colors to pick from too. Good price for just the basic pedicure $30 for each of us. It was very close to my folks place too. There was hardly anyone in there too on a Wednesday night The only thing I am not sure is how they sanitize their tools. But over all my mom and I were happy with our results.

But after calling to explain the situation, they happily set an appointment for the same day. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I showed a picture of what I wanted the guy acted confident they could do it. I had SNS on when I got there. I'm not sure if he didn't understand that even though I told him. He did not soak my nails off. Instead he was hurting me by trying to pop my SNS off with a fake nail. I asked him to please stop and they always soak my SNS off. He then said, "Well how long is it gonna take you to soak?" He started clipping my nails before even asking me and clipped them in all kinds of weird directions. Did not even them out at all before he dipped my nails in the SNS initial powder. He then told me he could only do clear on my nails when I asked for French tips with a soft white base. He didn't understand what I was saying at all seems like. Because then he brought a powder that was white and sparkly. Needless to say, I paid for what he had already done and walked out. Went to a different salon in Winston-Salem where they were shocked when they saw my nails versus what I wanted and explained how he took my initial SNS off. It made me so upset because I was short on time that day and had to spend more money than planned all because of this salon. I will not be going back.

I am sooo glad I took her advice. I'm 67, and for the first time in my entire life, I have a full, long set of nails, and they are ALL NATURALLY MINE!! I don't even want to cut them but I'll have to at some point!! My mom in heaven would be so proud of me! Also... I started taking prenatal vitamins which has helped a lot with the strength of my nails. I still get SNS, because of the protection factor! Na (pronounced Nah? like noooo!) and Jimmy are the owners and they are awesome. Also, they are still in the mask wearing stage. Wash your hands as soon as you go in. They also have plastic panels up between customer and technician. They take every precaution to keep customers safe. Friendly, quick service with an appointment, walk-ins are welcomed!

They were both done really well with the right amount of force on the scrubbing of the legs. They also use hot stones instead of hot towels which was very enjoyable. Both of our pedicures look great, mine a regular and hers a French tip. The part that makes this experience a 5 instead of a 4 for me was it was by far the best nail experience that I have had in this area and it was such a good price for the excellent service you receive. If I had one bad thing to say it would be that it took 15ish mins to get started of just sitting around but this wasn't a big issue more of something to look out for if you are on a time crunch. They put on 4 layers of polish and that stayed on just as promised. Today I decided I wouldn't be able to get this much polish off my nails myself so I came back to have the polish removed. Manicurist was very patient and kind as it took a bit of time to sand and soak my fingernails. He offered me a drink of soda or wine when I asked. Note, they don't serve coffee here which was something I was hoping for. Oh well, I settled for a coke. The people here are so friendly, polite and helpful and the setting is very quiet with some peaceful background music. Its a perfect way to relax. Prices are reasonable and in line with the competition and sometimes cheaper as well. They also have a point system. For every hundred points you receive $5 off your next purchase. Today I spent $10 for color removal and cut. Not bad considering. The shop is in a frequently visited location off Countryclub and Peace haven called Club Haven shops. Plenty of places to check out here after or before your nail appt. This remains my go to nail salon and they always take walk ins.
