Great salon, super friendly staff , will go back again. It was my first time there and I was very pleased.

This was my first time trying this place and I was pleased. The service was good. They got me in quickly and my feet are incredibly soft. The prices are reasonable as well. I do like the fact that the instruments are in a sterile bag too. read more

I love the way my nails came out! I will most likely be a return customer here as I loved both my manicure and pedicure services. I opted for the basic pedicure as that's all I wanted and it was lovely. My feet feel clean and fresh and I loved the scrub that was used on my legs. My nail polish color was recommended by my technician who was lovely! I came in knowing I wanted a bright, summery color for my nails and also knew I wanted SNS dip powder. I immediately spotted a neon pink color that was exactly what I wanted! My manicure was fantastic and not too "extra". I loved the way my technician did the SNS and especially the way she cleaned them. I came from a salon where I was disappointed in their work, but I could tell that here they did things the right way and didn't try to do them cheaply. It was done correctly. Love love love my nails and will most likely be coming back soon read more

This is my usual nail salon. My experiences have almost always been positive. Today, however, was a different story. I had a young man that I hadn't had before and I explained that my toenail had broken causing an ingrown. I asked him to leave it so it could continue to grow out. He proceeded to then try to cut out part of the ingrown nail to the point I had tears in my eyes and told him that it was painful. By the time the pedicure was over, my toe was throbbing. I don't know that I can go back based on my experience today. read more

I thought this little nail shop was pretty good. I typically patron Victoria Nails in GSO but thought I'd try something closer to home. I came in a Thursday and was immediately greeted and welcomed to choose a color. Pedicure was good. I do agree with others, they do tend to dig at the sides of the big toe for ingrown toenails, which I don't have. I can see how someone might be sore after that. The actual quality of the pedicure was very good, so I'd probably return here again in a pinch. read more

Awful. I was able to make an appointment for my family if three people within 2 hours. now I know why. it's awful. Pedicures were quick and didn't exfoliate well. staff didn't listen to what my daughter and I wanted at all. my snowflake looks like a kid painted it. I asked for shimmery red and got an unglu old lady flat maroon color chosen by them. my daughter wanted a chrome to which they said they had and when she sat down in the chair they didn't have it. I dropped $165 for two pedicures and two nails and neither of us were happy. I came home and stripped the top layer off so I could just paint over the ugly with nail polish. never going back. looks like the original owner, Anna, must have sold. read more

This used to be my one and only nail salon. The owner is super nice and she does amazing work. Unfortunately she's gotten busy recently and since she worries that people will walk out and not wait her normally amazing work is only subpar. Sns is done by another girl there and they are only ok. I hope they can get back to normal soon I miss going there. read more

I got an Sns on my natural nails and gel paint on my toes. I got an infected ingrown toe nail 2 days later. 2 of my nails completely broke 2 days later. I'm not rough on my nails at all, I'm a cosmetology student. I came in to see if i could get a refund or something. i didn't want them fixed because I figured they would just break again. The owner asked to see my toe and dug her nail into my ingrown toe nail and said "it's just a hang nail" that was pretty painful. i spend around 70 dollars. My sister went the same day and got the same services, same shape, and paid around 50 dollars(before tip). which didn't make any sense to me that we paid for the same service and mine was more. The owner gave me a 25 dollar gift certificate for the next time I came. I went yesterday after school and I didn't get a greeting, The owner sat on her phone and one of the employees had to ask what I wanted. The owner greeted everyone else that came in the door after me and was talking about me (very loudly) to the other employees. I've been to this salon about 6 times and my experience has gotten worse every time i've come. It's a convenient location to locals in oak ridge but I would look into other salons before you come here. I never write bad reviews but this was absolutely unacceptable read more

Very amateur sns nail service. My cuticles were a mess, very sloppy. I have had sns nails for a while now and this dude had no clue what he was doing.. They don't care, don't go there!!! read more

NEW OWNERSHIP and OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I was a first time client and walked in as they were closing on a Friday evening. The new owner, Ms. Anna, stayed without hesitation. Her expertise is astounding. As a cosmetologist, working with my hands in water daily, I was super Impressed with my gel polish manicure. No lifting, no chipping and after 3 weeks of growth the polish was still amazing! Great service, and honest prices! I truly recommend Elite, thank you! read more

Please go somewhere else... I waited in the cold over twenty minutes because the employees and owner opened late. As if that wasn't bad enough, I politely asked the owner not to use the drill on my naked nail beds due to the fact that they are thin like paper. He shouted at me in a horrible tone while he said NO I WILL NOT WORK ON YOUR NAIL LIKE THAT. So I excused myself from his continued professionalism. As he watched me walk out of his place of business. Funny or should I say sad to know that there are places like this who really don't care about their clients are still in business. First leave your clients waiting for you to open on time. And second don't listen at all to a clients request... Humm??? Who is paying for service? They don't care! Drill your nail beds thin like paper and when you walk into their establishment don't greet your customer, just shout out PICK OUT A COLOR!!! Oh and let's keep in mind all the conversations that take place in a language that we can't understand. Well this time was the last time for me! So for those of you thinking of trying this place out, move on! Go to LA Nails in Oak Ridge in the Lowes Foods plaza... They made this nightmare experience for me a better one. And they didn't think I was asking for the moon and stars. They looked at my nail beds and addressed me as needed to make my experience a pleasant one!!! read more
