My experience was ok, but rushed, and my pedicure was streaky (needed another coat for sure). When I went to check the length of the acrylics for my daughter, the tech left them waaaayyyy too long despite my request prior to the service. When I questioned it, she got an attitude like she was going to fight me on the street and started yelling that my daughter had requested it and that it would be a $20 charge to cut them down at the end of it all, she did a terrible job and overcharged me on top of it. Based on my experience with the quality and service this time, I will never go back.

I have one difficult, thick nail that some places refuse to cut. They did not mention it here at all on both occasions that I went, they just cut it. On this occasion, I asked the male manicurist not to cut the cuticles, but to just push them back.. He did not listen to me and continued to cut the cuticles. He drew blood three times on my toes. Since I am on blood thinners, the bleeding did not stop immediately, but took swiping and cleaning several times. I did not carry on or repeat my requirements, but I do have autoimmune diseases, and I am hyper vigilant about not wanting to get infections. Also, on the manicure, there was no rubbing lotion or anything on my hands or arms, all he really did was put the polish on. I asked that he did not cut my nails, as I had already done that, and he did follow my request of not cutting the cuticles. I like this salon because there is not a heavy odor of acrylics and polish. They do use good-quality and sanitary products. I will continue to go to the salon, and make my requirements more thorough, and insist that "no cutting the cuticles" be adhered to. She had my hands stretched out on both sides of the pedicure chair. Then when she painted my nails, she sat a pillow and gel dry machine IN MY LAP. She was definitely not socially distant during this either. It was so uncomfortable! I had to ask to readjust the chair because that was also not taken into consideration. $80. I would have paid $80 for the SNS and gel pedicure and I still paid $80 for a GEL manicure and gel pedicure. Very interesting. I will never return and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. The woman who did my pedicure sat me down right away. I got their jelly pedicure. I'm not a talker when I get pedicures so I appreciate the quiet comfortable atmosphere of the woman who did my toes. She clipped my toes to a perfect length scrubbed and massaged them my feet feel like heaven now compared to how they were left from the last shop (less than two weeks from my last appointment). I was recommended by my sister and she gave them a great review and hyped them up real bad; I was very excited to get my nails done here for the first time. I had an appointment scheduled for Sunday July 5 2026 at 1:45pm. Weeks prior, I did call and ask if they were going to be open, of course because of the 4th of July weekend and the young lady said yes we will be open. I also confirmed again and said, it's 4th of July weekend so y'all are open, and she still said yes. I left church that afternoon to make it to my appointment on time. When I arrived and parked, there was a hand written note on the front door on printer paper in black ink taped to it that said "We are closed today." I didn't get a phone call, text or email telling me they were closed at all. I was very disappointed and upset about this one, because I had an event to get to the next day. Two, because my sister said they were the best nail salon and did great work, and I was excited to experience it. Three, because I could have saved my time and gas money in a city I was not from. I ended up going to Palladium Nails in High Point, just maybe 2-3 minutes away and Emily hooked me up. One of the best pedicures I've ever had in my 32 years of life.
