She said come in 30 minutes so I came in she sat me down and I waited 20 more minutes before someone came up to me. They started putting tips on my nails and filing them very aggressively. They kept switching out people and asking me what design I wanted I told them and show them a picture. They said OK and started putting black acrylic on my nails very messily every time she would file them she would be filing my finger and I ended up bleeding on almost all of them. I mentioned it to her. She said I have thin skin, which I usually don't bleed like that when we got to the design, she put glitter on top and said is this good? I said no that's not the design I want she said yes it was and tried to overcharge me. I told her to wipe it off and just leave the black and I still got charged a good amount for botched work acrylic all over my nails and not filed correctly and some are crooked. Please do not go here unless you want rushed service and no one to care about your well-being. Edited to add I went to ask to get a refund because my fingers got infected and she said only way is to get nails off she aggressively filed them off and made me bleed worse my fingers are swollen and so ugly I'll post another picture to show how they mutilated my fingers after.
