First of all damn, what a disappointment I made my 16 year old daughter her appointment at the…read moresalon as I normally do before school starts back to get foil highlights, cut and styled I took her to PURPLE PINKIE the stylist was Jennifer Burleson. I showed her the hair style she wanted she said that she couldn't do the layers she wanted so I showed her the picture of the hairstyle she done the year before and she said she could do it no problem so I paid and left tip then went back to work but guess what that was a big mistake!! I would have never tipped her except learn how to schedule better!! Her next appointment was at 1:30. You can't do full foil highlights cut and style in that time frame on long hair but because she was rushing to get to another client my daughter was put under a drier trying to speed up the process which resulted in damage. The entire experience turned out horrible her hair doesn't have hardly any layers nothing like the picture I showed then she didn't even style her hair because she was rushing to get to the other client. Don't get me started the color it is brassy her hair feels like hay, then Jennifer tried to blame the damage that she did to my daughter's hair on her daily routine. I paid $161 for my daughter to come home crying with her hair damaged and fried. I took her to another salon today and they recommended olaplex treatments weekly to help reverse damage done this is ridiculous ‍ so I reached out to her today to let her know how dissatisfied and disappointed we was with the quality of her work, I saved messages will show if needed but basically said I should listen to her concerns verses believing what my daughter told me REALLY you calling my kid a liar or is she faking being upset? Then it was stated that the pictures I sent her of my daughters hair outside in the sun was tampered with that I must of added something to her hair that isn't the color that she left with thats BULLSHIT I have pictures with time stamps she came straight home and took pictures. We will never return or recommend JENNIFER BULESON or the PURPLE PINKIE again.. I never wanted a refund or wanted her to try and fix the terrible job it was a lesson learned I was just letting her know how dissatisfied we were with the experience

I have yet to find an American Nail Tech that I like so I go to Polish Nail Bar to have my pedicure done. There are only a few people in there that I actually want to do my pedicures. And every time I go they're always so full. I can't get in, so to me that means that they're doing a great job. I'm going to the beach this weekend and I really wanted to get my toes done as I haven't had them done in a long time. Instead of going and waiting, I made an appointment I wanted to go at 5:45 but the gentleman asked me if I could come at 5:30 instead, so I said sure. I left work about five minutes early and arrived right on time. The girl that I had requested was sitting with another customer just starting to put her acrylics on. Now mind you I HAVE an appointment and she's just starting on a new set. I sat there from 530 until 6 o'clock. No one spoke to me. No one asked me Anything about anything, absolutely Nothing....that's how I feel about these Types of salons, nothing! I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for the girl to get done possibly 30 minutes and no one else looked like they were close to being done except for the one woman that I didn't want to do my toes so I left toes not done for the beach, very disappointing. An appointment is an appointment for a reason. I know that they want to make money, but my time is valuable to me. I have my week planned out perfectly so that every night after work, I can get something done so that I can go to the beach.
