The pedicure chair is a nightmare, and if you turn it on (most regular customers don't) you might be in need of chiropractic services. Let's face it after 10 years maybe 15 they need to be replaced. I no longer see the regular customers that I have seen before. They are slowly one by one leaving. There used to be people waiting (walk-ins) today I am not seeing it. There is a greasy spoon (restaurant) next which attracts flies by the hundreds. I left my car window down one day last month while at the salon for 2 hours, upon my return my dog had been snacking on flies and of course there were flies in the car. I was told today when I told Tracy I wanted the same thing I had the other week. I had her use a base polish for a french manicure with was not pink but a translucent beige with the normal white tip. She told me she couldn't use that because you can't mix regular polish with gel. THAT WAS A LIE according to Google. You can't mix the two in a bottle but You can put the polish on and let it dry then use the gel product and put your hand in the UV light machine. I will go back tomorrow and get this fixed. I am a little fed up at this point. Did she misplace the polish I brought in? And how much longer should I put up with those pedicure chairs. Heart broken, and fed up in Clemmons.

The polish is never too thick or patchy, and my nails are always shaped perfectly. The service is also phenomenal. Even when they're super busy, short staffed, and dealing with rude customers, they remain friendly and professional to everyone. They answer any and all questions and are happy to clarify things whenever necessary. They also have an adorable dog, Max, who roams around the shop and does his own thing. He's super sweet and sleeps most of the time, but it's worth mentioning if you're afraid of dogs. Overall I love coming here & will continue to support them. The Bella Mia girls have done a great job adding warmth to this space and the services they offer are as spectacular as ever. There is ample parking around this building. You just need to take the elevator up a floor to be brought to their lobby. There is still a space for manicures, pedicures, facial, waxing, massage, and more. No longer does hair. Shelves are filled with fun and functional products and gift certificates available for sale at the front desk so friends and family can come to love this place too. On this visit I had a custom facial with Susan. She always makes my skin feel 1000% better than it was before. I'm typically very dry and left hydrated and with much needed waxed eyebrows. You can just feel her years of experience. I also had a great massage. I remember being woke up at the end, so clearly it knocked me out! It's a bit of a drive to get here with where I live now but it is worth it (and my friends agree). We all do so much and need some "me time." I wanted a facial but also want a massage. Well, I get to have both with the 90 minute bliss. It includes a deep cleansing facial, customized face mask, exfoliation treatment on hands and feet, and a relaxing neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the receptionist. I checked in and filled out a card since it was my first time. I wrote down all my skin concerns. Susan then took me to the treatment room. I felt in zen just by entering the room. The treatment bed was soooooo comfy and warm!! Susan explained everything what she's going to do. She's super nice and her voice's so calming! What a wonderful experience! Facial was awesome and I left feeling so relaxed! I told one of my friends who hadn't had a facial or massage to go with me next time to try it. It was mid afternoon, not busy. I was in for nails and a pedicure. It was suggested to me to try sns but when I asked them, they suggested I go with what I know since this was for a special occasion. The previous work was sloppy to say the least but I came to Cindy from a recommendation from a friend. She fit me in last minute which I am SO thankful for. When you get to the salon you are asked to sanitize and then check in; everyone was wearing a mask! Cindy was finishing up another girl's nails while I was waiting & they looked great as well. When she got to me, I was able to show her the inspiration photo & she got to work. She completely transformed my nails and took her time to get them right. You can tell she actually cares if her customers are happy with the finished product & takes pride in her work! Thank you again! I get you want to be fast but it felt very unfriendly. Then, I sat with a manicurist who had a very dirty desk and I have never in my life been treated in such a manner: She shaved off my previous nail color with such intensity that I could feel my nail beds burning. I have been getting my nails done for years and I've never felt such pain before. Then, she cut my nails without even asking if the length was okay. She filed them so horribly and so quickly that she kept missing my nail and scraping my fingers instead. Then, she ruined my desired design (a very simple natural ombré) and criticized me for picking Builder Gel instead of SNS. I felt ashamed and was so nervous that I had done something wrong. Nevertheless, she fixed them after trying 3 different methods and topped the experience off by scrubbing lotion and oil onto my hands and unwashed nails, making it so that all of the filed nail dust was mixed in with everything. In the end, my nails looked fine but did not feel fine. It felt as if Royal Nails and Spa were just trying to cycle from one person to another as quickly as possible and with as little care possible.
