I feel very relaxed on the massage before Doug. He always asks what issues, if any, you would like him to address today. His experience also allows him to seek out and find your tight areas. He adjust the amount of pressure he uses to suit your preference. I feel amazing when I leave. His office is modern, clean, and tranquil. The room is warm and dimly lit. My massage table was heated and covered with a soft fleece blanket. It also had a sheet and a soft top blanket. The soft soothing mood music playing creates the mindset of calmness. I was informed via email that Chris no longer does massages. She did not address in the initial email the 3 pre-paid packages that her own site says are good for a year. In a series of emails back and forth she told me I was not entitled to any refund because there'd be "ample time" to get the massages. Her own policy says they are good for one year, not 6 months. She was incredibly rude, initially offering to refund 1/2 of our purchase price but deciding later to not even to do that when I told her reputations in a small town are important. She cannot provide an email copy she says she sent warning customers to use their packages. So, she basically stole $216 from us. She is not a wellness coach and tries to get women to pay for her "experience" with nutrition and time management. She lacks integrity and should be ashamed of herself.

You fill out an intake form that gives the therapist an idea of any medical conditions and an idea of what you need from your service and they work off that to give you a great experience. The place is extremely clean, neat, accommodating and the staff are all very professional. The locker rooms have everything you need. The robes and slides are soft and made of good quality. Cell phones/camera are prohibited in areas where services are being provided. The lounge area has a waterfall, comfortable seating and plays soft music while a relaxing scent fills the air. You can pay for a one-time service or sign up for a $80/month membership that includes services to sauna, the pool, the massage service of your choice and complimentary beverages/snacks. In my opinion, they're much better than the Ballantyne Resort. You can have an individual service or book a couples massage for two. After our service, they provided us with a glass of wine and bottled water. We then went into the sauna room and sat to detox. It was great. I love this place. I'll definitely return.
