I truly love them both. The moment you walk in, everything feels calm, grounded, and completely zen. Over the past year, I've seen several different massage therapists -- not because I didn't love any of them, but because I genuinely wanted to experience them all. Every single one was wonderful. But after happily "researching," I've officially settled on my absolute favorite... Samantha! Now I book with Samantha every time for the most heavenly 80-minute massage, followed by 30 perfectly peaceful minutes in their sauna. It's become my little monthly ritual, and I look forward to it every visit. The pressure, the ambiance, the warmth -- it's always just right. Already counting down to my next appointment.

This was a great way for recovery. We had a 630 reservation. They have two sauna rooms, two cold plunges one colder than the other and a salt room. I braved four steps and that's all I could push myself to today. You rotate through the rooms or plunges, showering in between which I appreciated. A couple things, they give you two towels to use, one to sit on in the saunas and warming benches but not everyone follows the etiquette. Most people come to relax and it's hard to do that when some people talk so loud or make noises in the saunas. Not sure how that is monitored by staff. They do a great job keeping the excess water off the floors since you are barefoot unless you bring an extra pair of flip flops or shower shoes. They offer a wet bag, which was appreciated. The staff are kind. Check in and check out is easy. They have a great referral program. There was probably 15 people there during our two hour session. Definitely a place to check out. It's in a little plaza on the end, cute zen decor. Parking in the lot, but may be tight depending on the time of day.

You won't get slippers and a robe as you change in the room, but I did get a dedicated masseur that focused on my personal needs. I carry a lot of tension in my back. So, as a Plus sized girly, that's where my focus needed to be, and he obliged. I always get a deep tissue. It's what helps me the most, but if Swedish is your thing, go for it. The tables are not electronic, but there was a heating pad. I was advised the tables go up to 300 lbs. They seemed ok, but I chose not to flip over; super cautious! You can enhance your session with aroma therapy if you wish. I also asked about the oil used, which is Lavender scented. You can also bring your own. My back was tight, neck was sore, etc. I went for the deep tissue and to get things started, Ria used bars above the table to walk on my back and when I tell you I've never had pressure that deep, it was crazy. That warned me up well and activated my muscles deeply. She then completed the massage from the floor (still with deep pressure), making sure to focus on problem areas. I left feeling rejuvenated & ready to go. Pricing was also super fair for what I got, especially compared to some of the elevated massage costs around the area (I paid like $70-80 for a 60 minute)

She doesn't just massage; she assesses. You can feel her mapping out every line of tension. Every pressure point is intentional, every movement strategic.
