This was a great way for recovery. We had a 630 reservation. They have two sauna rooms, two cold plunges one colder than the other and a salt room. I braved four steps and that's all I could push myself to today. You rotate through the rooms or plunges, showering in between which I appreciated. A couple things, they give you two towels to use, one to sit on in the saunas and warming benches but not everyone follows the etiquette. Most people come to relax and it's hard to do that when some people talk so loud or make noises in the saunas. Not sure how that is monitored by staff. They do a great job keeping the excess water off the floors since you are barefoot unless you bring an extra pair of flip flops or shower shoes. They offer a wet bag, which was appreciated. The staff are kind. Check in and check out is easy. They have a great referral program. There was probably 15 people there during our two hour session. Definitely a place to check out. It's in a little plaza on the end, cute zen decor. Parking in the lot, but may be tight depending on the time of day.

My therapist, Katie, worked with me to fix me and relieve my pain temporarily but the best part was that she gave me exercises and showed me how to relieve pain on my own. That was gold! During this time she really took the time to assess me properly, work on specific areas and cater my sessions to me + my body. Every session was phenomenal and I really learned a lot.
