I put upscale in quotes because one would think based on the prices that you would have certain luxuries like a men's and women's area where you can put up your personal items and clothes and lock them, be given a robe and slippers to put on and then be moved to a relaxation room of some sorts to enjoy before and post massage. This spa has NONE of that. Nor did they have a steam room or sauna for you to enjoy and not even a shower for those that might want to freshen up. The only area they have is outside and due to rain, there was no way to enjoy that. When I booked our 2 hour couples massage, I asked for Deep tissue and we basically got a rub down that lasted 80 minutes. Massage Envy has done a better job. I will say the foot scrub was nice but we were there for deep tissue which was an additional charge and we were also told because it was their V-Day special we would get a free spa gift and complementary champagne/mimosa. Never got the gift upon leaving and the champagne and mimosa weren't served in champagne flutes of any sort. This was a huge disappointment and especially for the price!
