I love this spa! I've been here on several occasions for either massage services or manicure/pedicure or both. Everyone have come in contact with there has been very friendly. The decor is simple and the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. The locker room is very clean and the robes are comfy and they actually have larger sizes, which I was worried about. In fact, I was very nervous going to the spa since I'm on the large side but no one made me feel uncomfortable. I felt just like any other client. The manicure and pedicure are very thorough and so relaxing. The polish seems to last a long time (I have just gotten the regular polish, not the gel kind). The manicurists are friendly and will talk to you if you are into that or respect you if you just want to have peace and quiet. The massage was also complete and done respectfully and well. My wife purchased me 1hr massage as anniversary present; on W Evans St going toward downtown Flo. There is the front check-in desk, then a waiting lobby in middle back area. I don't remember my masseuse name but she was a bit older near retirement age possibly. After disrobe the table is heated which was nice cause room was bit cold. I requested back & calves for areas to address, she started w warm/hot compress, then oil, then into massage. There was bit of small talk as work done but I think dozed off as it was all very relaxing. When she finished my response was "that was fast" and she says it always is. This spa is the absolute cutest. My mom and I found this spa on Google for my aunt. I am overall pleased at my experience. I first spoke to the staff over the phone earlier in the week to ask about gift certificates. The front staff was super sweet and she gave me explanations for a few of the services which was a huge help in my decision on which gift we were going to give. As I was on the phone, the front desk clerk wrote up a gift certificate for me so we didn't have to wait when we traveled from out of town! Making it super easy to drive in stop by the spa, pay and continue to our destination. If the customer service is as good as the actual services? My aunt will love this place! read more

I have been struggling to decide how I wanted to handle my experience at the Forum Spa last month (May 2019). Initially everything was wonderful, the downstairs part of the spa is inviting and very peaceful. I had booked two packages (which cost me over $400 in total) as a birthday treat for my sister and I - we were really looking forward to some much needed rest and relaxation. Our experience started off fabulous - we got mimosas and kicked off the day with facials/massages. The facialist did a great job, it was probably one of the best facials I have ever gotten and the same goes for the massage/masseuse. All good in this department! Now onto the part of the day that really left me feeling shocked and upset. We were set to finish the package with mani/pedis and sent upstairs. We stood up there for 10+ minutes waiting for their nail techs to show up. Once they finally arrived they were two of the most unprofessional human beings I have ever encountered in my life. They spent the next 60+ minutes shit talking their employer, complaining about their tools (and lack thereof), and talking about GROSSLY inappropriate things such as but not limited to: why they had been fired from previous jobs, sexual experiences, issues with their roommates, racial slurs, etc. I was DUMBFOUNDED - I didn't even know how to react or what to say I was so taken aback. These girls literally said some of the most inappropriate things in front of two paying customers I have ever heard - maybe because my sister and I were their age they thought it was ok? To top it all off the actual manicures and pedicures were terrible, just awfully done! I left the spa so tense and upset and felt like the $400+ dollars I had just spent and this day I had planned was ruined. It's taken me over a month to decide to write this review because on one side I am APPALLED by the lack of professional of these nail techs and on the other hand I don't want two people to lose their jobs (even though they probably should). Needless to say I doubt I will spend my hard earned money at the Forum Spa again which is a shame because the rest of the spa was really great. My advice for the spa is have a serious conversation about professionalism and what is appropriate to say/talk about in front of customers.- and for the people in the back RACIAL SLURS ARE HATEFUL AND GROSSLY INAPPROPRIATE LADIES. read more

This was my first time ever going to a spa. My first pedicure, massage or facial ever had. Now I know what I've been missing. The girls were amazing and treated me like a queen. Had my first visit to this beautiful spa today and all I can say is WOW!! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out I felt like a queen. The staff was extremely nice and Tiffany did an awesome job of making me feel comfortable. Her massage and body scrub was amazing. Her hands were like a machine that knew exactly where I needed to be massaged. The green tea body scrub left my skin feeling like velvet. I will defiantly be back soon! One happy customer! read more

The outside of the spa and its location don't do Forum Spa Justice. My Brazilian wax by Toni was the best I've ever had! Toni knew all of the tricks that help minimize pain like pulling the skin taut before removing the wax, applying pressure directly after pulling a wax strip, and using different kinds of wax based on area sensitivity (she uses hard and the paper strip wax). Her wax was professional and efficient with great results. It's $75 (plus tip), you're paying for quality. read more
