I was spending the day in Florence. My go-to threader is out of town. I have been struggling with…read morefinding someone who can meet my expectations. I looked over the reviews and decided to try this place out. The GPS doesn't take you right to the complex--it actually instructs you to turn off a few hounded feet early. Luckily, we saw a large sign in front of the actual location near the road. I signed in and a young lady came in from outside. She asked me if I was there for eyebrows and I said yes; then she told me she would be with me in a few minutes. Inside is pretty--with a white and purple theme. There are two couches and a table with magazines. There's a tv on the wall but it was showing a tutorial of a hair style. It's clean and well lit but it was a tad hot. It would've been great if the thermostat was set a few degrees lower. They also have a coffee machine and water which is a great added touch. She was kind and we made small talk. I was very specific with what I asked for--I wanted to keep as much fullness as possible. While my eyebrows are nice, I'm not a huge fan of them. They are thinner than what I prefer. Ugh! ...now I must wait another 3-4 weeks to try again. On the bright side, eyebrow threading is only $10.

I don't remember my masseuse name but she was a bit older near retirement age possibly. After disrobe the table is heated which was nice cause room was bit cold. I requested back & calves for areas to address, she started w warm/hot compress, then oil, then into massage. There was bit of small talk as work done but I think dozed off as it was all very relaxing. When she finished my response was "that was fast" and she says it always is. I think it is good to get a professional massage now and again. The hour was $90 if not for gift card.

I first spoke to the staff over the phone earlier in the week to ask about gift certificates. The front staff was super sweet and she gave me explanations for a few of the services which was a huge help in my decision on which gift we were going to give. As I was on the phone, the front desk clerk wrote up a gift certificate for me so we didn't have to wait when we traveled from out of town! Making it super easy to drive in stop by the spa, pay and continue to our destination. If the customer service is as good as the actual services? My aunt will love this place!
