If I could give 0 stars I would! I went on a Saturday afternoon for a mani pedi with gel polish. My…read morenails began peeling that night & by Sunday morning I only had 2 nails left painted. I went back to the salon Sunday afternoon and asked for a refund because the service was too expensive for it to have been a shabby job but they would not give me a refund because "they don't do that". I agreed for them to be done over but the tech wanted to keep talking over me and kept accusing me of washing my hands with bleach & being rough with my hands which caused the paint to peel. They threw their hands up while arguing saying that they wouldn't redo them anymore. After continuously trying to hush me & yell about how nothing was their fault, my nails were redone but I'm weary that they'll peel again. I have been a loyal customer here for years getting my eyebrows waxed and pedicures but after this I will never go back. The job was shabby & no one wanted to admit it but the blame was placed on me. I've gotten gel manicures & this has never happened. Should be called unlucky nails. Customer service was trash & 0 sense of urgency.
