Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the owner/front greeter. When I arrived, I mentioned that I had been calling the salon multiple times and no one answered the phone. She ignored my comment and simply told me to have a seat for my pedicure. Later, she came back and said my pedicure was ready. I again mentioned that no one was answering the phone. Her response was that they were busy and couldn't answer it. However, while I was sitting there, I noticed the phone was not ringing at all--it appeared to be on silent. This gave me the impression that answering calls is not a priority because they rely on regular customers and walk-ins. While I understand salons can get busy, customer service and communication still matter. Because of the owner's mannerism, tone, and dismissive attitude, I will not be returning to this salon. Based on customer service alone, I would rate this experience a zero.

Initially, I had planned getting both mani and pedi but with the mediocre job of my pedi, I refused to allow any other services. While the other older gentleman, I think he was the owner, seemed more inviting and involved. I would encourage you to have your team/staff to portray the same enthusiasm. Not to mention to improve/spruce up on their skills. I would also add, there are too many other nail salons on each corner for this place to compete and have mediocre services, not the cleanest establishment, same competitive pricing but do not offer any refreshments like most. Under the circumstances, I would have passed but just thought I would share seeing as your pricing is the same as others, if not, slightly higher but nothing to compare to as far as atmosphere, top notch services or overall quality. I requested back & calves for areas to address, she started w warm/hot compress, then oil, then into massage. There was bit of small talk as work done but I think dozed off as it was all very relaxing. When she finished my response was "that was fast" and she says it always is.
