Luckily, we saw a large sign in front of the actual location near the road. I signed in and a young lady came in from outside. She asked me if I was there for eyebrows and I said yes; then she told me she would be with me in a few minutes. Inside is pretty--with a white and purple theme. There are two couches and a table with magazines. There's a tv on the wall but it was showing a tutorial of a hair style. It's clean and well lit but it was a tad hot. It would've been great if the thermostat was set a few degrees lower. They also have a coffee machine and water which is a great added touch. She was kind and we made small talk. I was very specific with what I asked for--I wanted to keep as much fullness as possible. While my eyebrows are nice, I'm not a huge fan of them. They are thinner than what I prefer. Ugh! ...now I must wait another 3-4 weeks to try again. On the bright side, eyebrow threading is only $10.

She got very lucky in finding LAURA. Laura is a very new employee but for a young woman, a seasoned veteran of the makeup wars. She did a phenomenal job if applying the correct types of makeup for skin type, tone, issues, walked our friend carefully through the application processes, recommended primer, foundation, brushes, etc., answered a zillion questions from all three of us, ran around to help us all select proper colors for blush, lipstick, etc., and was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable about products for skin types, etc., as well as demonstrating the patience of a saint in dealing with 3 lunatics. Our friends' mini makeover turned out very well and she was so happy and pleased with the results, especially with a couple of problem areas.
