Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the owner/front greeter. When I arrived, I mentioned that I had been calling the salon multiple times and no one answered the phone. She ignored my comment and simply told me to have a seat for my pedicure. Later, she came back and said my pedicure was ready. I again mentioned that no one was answering the phone. Her response was that they were busy and couldn't answer it. However, while I was sitting there, I noticed the phone was not ringing at all--it appeared to be on silent. This gave me the impression that answering calls is not a priority because they rely on regular customers and walk-ins. While I understand salons can get busy, customer service and communication still matter. Because of the owner's mannerism, tone, and dismissive attitude, I will not be returning to this salon. Based on customer service alone, I would rate this experience a zero.

She ignored me when I told her she is too rough. She then proceeded to scrap my legs with foot pumice but I told her stop that because it hurt. Then she horribly poslished my toenails. She was swiping left and right and in half circles. When I asked her what she was doing she ignored me then started talking in her foreign language. I told her to stop polishing because it looked sloppy and 4 layers later she wanted to tell me it looks good. I told her no it looks a mess. She knew English and then got angry and asked me if I wanted her to take it off. I said yes. And get somebody who know what they are doing to apply the gel polish because you do not. She rushingly drill filed it off and took and the polish and walked to the other room, a male technician came and finished filing what she left on. Found her and the polish, he applied the polish but he too cut my right toe cuticle deeper than she already did. Today is 09/21/26 and my toe is still sore and stinging. Those are some rude and dangerous people. I'll never go back. Can't even find them on the state boards website to file a complaint. Are they legit??

They didn't have a wait... and so they started my cousins acrylic manicure. That looked good. But they did her pedicure and I talked her into gel because she had never tried it, well she might have gotten better longevity if she would have stuck with the regular polish because it's MONDAY AND ALL OF MY GEL has come up on the edges and it took me about 2 minutes to peel them off. So it lasted 4 days. They left my cousins big toes super slanted... not even at all. The girl next to me complained that the lady cut her toes too short, and then the manager offered acrylic to fix it (but then wanted to say it was extra) and then the lady had to explain that it was bc the lady cut the toes down too short. Then the lady moved to me. Shit, She rubbed lotion on my legs. No massage. Like maybe two strokes each leg. And she started cutting my ingrown toenails out but was pulling them and pulling them allllll the way down into the toe root. It hurt so bad. I asked before she started to do a gel French tip pedicure... and showed her a photo of how I liked them square and even... (not rounded at the sides) and when she put the white on my toe looked like the top of a soda bottle where my toenail was wide and the top was substantially more narrow. So she also had to do acrylic on my toenails to build back what she had cut. They then half assed my manicure as a gel polish and charged $30 for it. Said I didn't need a manicure my nails were fine. They just wanted to not lose the service because I was about to leave without doing my hands. The color I picked wasn't the same as the color she tried to put on. She tried to argue it was the same but I didn't like how big the glitter flakes were in the one she put on. So she went and got another one that was a little better. so then upon checkout they tried to charge an extra $8.00 for my cousins gel pedicure like they did mine for the French tip and it was embarrassing to have to call them out about it and also about the toe and the glitter polish. Don't make me have to speak up and be an asshole... because I will... So all in all, my poor sisters first ever manicure in a salon had three coats of shitty paint and I'm sure has also fallen off by now...they did a sloppy job on that, and just all around weren't great... and now that I'm seeing the other reviews I'm concerned about getting a fungus also... I'm sure if I contacted them about my nails not lasting they would not provide a refund. So I'm not even going to try. -also if this helps my credibility at all I'm also a licensed cosmetologist in multiple states trained in nails... so I can see when things aren't being done correctly- STAY AWAY! He was really nice and sweet. Normally, I pay $20 for a basic pedi (in NYC). Here, I paid $31 for a "soothing pedicure". I asked for my toenails just to be filed straight across, but they were rounded. The pedi was more basic, than soothing. I sat with my feet under the dryer for about a half hour. I was Expecting my polish to be dry, as I waited for my mom to finish up. When i got home, the polish was smudged on two of my toes. I just went over them with a basic top coat, as driving back wasn't convenient. The brighter side was my mom's nails looked great! Also, there's Free WiFi, but it's Eggs Up's not their own. The staff is very friendly overall and this place is extremely clean. Not sure if I'll get another pedi here, but my mom will definitely be back in two weeks!

Not to mention to improve/spruce up on their skills. I would also add, there are too many other nail salons on each corner for this place to compete and have mediocre services, not the cleanest establishment, same competitive pricing but do not offer any refreshments like most. Under the circumstances, I would have passed but just thought I would share seeing as your pricing is the same as others, if not, slightly higher but nothing to compare to as far as atmosphere, top notch services or overall quality. Haven't had them 2 weeks and 2 are broken and I am a stay at home mom so nothing drastic happens to my nails. I live 2 and a half hours away so I can't go back. I'm so so upset and disappointed now I have to go to my original place and pay more money. I will never go back.
