We decided to just do a dermaplane which was basically free, lol because I'm on their VIP plan which is a decision that took me a while to make but skincare, especially after 30 years of age is a must as well as an investment. Our face and smile is the first thing people notice so it only made sense for me to join the 2nd plan. Which I absolutely LUUUUUUV! Everyone, including Bailey helps to make sure you are getting the best plan for you and your budget. Personally, I would much rather sacrifice new clothing as well as manicures and pedicures to take care of my skin. My goal is to no longer need to wear any makeup. I purchased a massage here for my wife and expected her to come home raving about it…read more Unfortunately, that was not the case. During the entire session, the massage therapist repeatedly pulled and twisted my wife's shoulder in a way that caused significant pain and discomfort. We have both had many professional massages over the years and have never experienced anything like this. What's most concerning is that more than a month later, her shoulder is still causing her significant pain. The issue has become serious enough that she is now undergoing an MRI because she believes something may have been injured during the session. While we cannot say with certainty what the MRI will show, the timing and circumstances are extremely concerning. Based on our experience, I would urge others to exercise caution and make sure they communicate clearly with the therapist if anything feels uncomfortable or painful during treatment.
