Update: November 29th, 2023 Had my monthly appointment with Bailey, who is the absolute best Aesthetician I have ever had. We decided to just do a dermaplane which was basically free, lol because I'm on their VIP plan which is a decision that took me a while to make but skincare, especially after 30 years of age is a must as well as an investment. Our face and smile is the first thing people notice so it only made sense for me to join the 2nd plan. Which I absolutely LUUUUUUV! Everyone, including Bailey helps to make sure you are getting the best plan for you and your budget. Personally, I would much rather sacrifice new clothing as well as manicures and pedicures to take care of my skin. My goal is to no longer need to wear any makeup. Bailey has been right there beside me the whole way and I don't think she realizes how important it is for me to see her on a monthly basis. I always feel so much better when I leave Touch MedSpa. I've been going to Touch Med Spa in North Myrtle to have laser removal for tattoos on my knuckles. Melissa has been AMAZING. I'm not your typical spa client so I felt very out of place at first but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the consultation and my first session. She thoroughly explained the process and was so knowledgeable about the procedure. The process itself honestly wasn't that bad at all. The chiller definitely made it more bearable and the procedure itself lasted only minutes. If I had to explain the feeling I would liken it to tiny zaps of static electricity. The sound is honestly more scary than the actual laser The chiller definitely helps cut down on the sensation and afterwards it just felt like a mild sunburn. I did have a little swelling directly after but it subsided in a few hours. If you are in the market for tattoo removal I highly recommend setting up a consult with her. read more

This was an excellent experience. The people are so friendly and we found it easy to communicate. My son and his girlfriend and his two friends all had massages! The price was what it costs anywhere else or better and the service was outstanding. There is no question we will return many times. This place is super easy to find and it's easy entrance and exit on the corner of a building right next to 17 across the street from 810 bowling. I think it's 10th or 11th avenue. Thank you so much for the great service and making my family and friends feel extremely good. No tip is large enough for these hard-working people. I'm so bummed with the experience I've had. Based on the amazing reviews, I planned in January that my Aunt and I would come to Touch MedSpa for microblading. I sent a message on the webpage for more information. No response. A week or so later I called. They were closed but said I could text. I did. I got a response the next morning to schedule an appt. I again asked for more information. No response. Maybe they just have enough business they don't care to work with someone who has questions about a procedure. Whatever the reason, I m so disappointed. My Mom had also decided she was going to get it, so that's three customers who've been largely ignored. I give 2 stars in hopes this is an anomaly and not how they really do business. read more

My friend and I were in the area and noticed the forecast was predicting rain for the next few days. In need of something relaxing to do, we called in hopes of getting massages. We were in luck- they had back-to-back appointments available 2 days later. When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile and a quick check in process. The lobby looked nice and clean. We were soon taken to the relaxation room, which was a great place to unwind while waiting for each other. I get regular massages, while my friend had never had one before. We were both pleasantly surprised that our massages were customized based on our experiences. Kathleen was amazing and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She really knew her stuff and it made the hour massage go by so fast. Hot towels, luxurious aromatherapy, calming music and lighting provided a really nice experience for a rainy vacation day. Love walking into Touch MedSpa and smelling gentle relaxing fragrance. The receptionist are very welcoming. Today I had a Facial with Jenn. I zoned out and fell asleep, it was so relaxing. Wonderful gentle touch (through her hands were cold to start). She gave great hand and feet massage. I requested that she be careful around my eyes because I hate when product gets on my lashes or in my eyes and she did great job. My only complaint is that after asking me if I needed to use the restroom and I did, she left me standing outside bathroom door waiting for her to come get me for 10 minutes. She or the receptionist should have told me to go into relaxing waiting room and she would get me there. Which they normally do. Then when facial was finished, and she woke me gently, she asked if I wanted water and I said yes. She never met me back at the room, even though I got up pretty quickly. I opened the door and waited. I finally decided to get my own drink from cooler in hall and head to front desk. She was standing there with my water. She did not say she would meet me there. Not sure if she is new and not used to the routine. read more

By far one of the best massages I've ever had! I was in extreme pain after driving 12 hours to SC and asked for a deep tissue massage. Kandra was absolutely amazing and for once it was a true deep tissue massage. She hit all the right spots and worked out so many kinks. I even booked a second massage before I leave! An excellent spa! I received a massage at Touch Med today, for the first time, and my experience couldn't have been better. The facility was easy to find, as well as clean, stylish, and quite homey (it lacked the sterile, doctor's-office feel of some spas, which I personally appreciated). The booking process was simple and easy (and included appointment reminders via both voice and text); likewise, the receptionists I interacted with were friendly and attentive. As for the massage itself, I was paired with a very capable therapist named Richie, who, in addition to being as personable and professional as his coworkers, proceeded to deliver a fantastic deep-tissue massage. Another plus that bears mentioning: my therapist obliged my request for oil instead of lotion (something that not every therapist is willing to do). Overall, an A+ experience. Throughout my visit, I never felt uncomfortable or hurried, nor did I feel pressured to give a tip afterward (though, so thoroughly satisfied with the service, I was glad to do so). I typically get massage when ever I go on vacation, that can be a risk. This definitely paid off. I took a divine journey with Denise and Sabrina. the exfoliation and massage with Denise was lovely. Very relaxing, gentle- just what I needed. Sabrina's facial was really lovely as well. Both ladies were professional and the spa is serene. The robes are yummy. The relaxation room is just that! The only reason it got 4 stars was that there were some staff that forgot to use their indoor voices in the hallway. it got a bit noisy at one point. Over past past years I've had soothing massages, wonderful facials with dermaplaning, peels, extractions, or whatever my skin needed at the time. Massage services of different types always left me relaxed and feeling far better than when I arrived. In all the years I've been going I have never had a bad massage or even a "so-so one. That is because they hire the best people in their given fields. I have also had Botox, Fillers, and most recently, I had my cheeks and lips done at suggestion of Kimberly. I was a bit nervous about doing my cheeks and lips since I kind of see those services in the realm of cosmetic surgeons. I went ahead with the two types of Juvederm because I trusted this spa's services and had a good vibe about Kimberly. She is an excellent Botox injector and she is an artist in the sense of knowing what women in their 60's need for cheek volume and to get their lips back. My lips and cheeks look natural and my family, biggest critics, said I look really good but not like I've "been done" I left the spa happy, feeling and looking better.
