After nearly two decades, Sea One has honestly become a little like family to me. It's one of my happy places. That feeling extends to the people at the front desk as well. Through the years, the staff has consistently been friendly, attentive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Communication has always been excellent. Something else I've always appreciated is their approach to care. They are straightforward about what they see and what they recommend, but I have never felt pressured, cornered, or subjected to an upsell. They give you information and recommendations and allow you to make your own decisions. After 18 or 19 years as a patient, that means a lot to me. They've also continued to grow beyond traditional chiropractic care. In addition to adjustments, they offer physiotherapy, low-level cold laser therapy, on-site X-rays, sports and prenatal chiropractic care, and other services. What is even more impressive is the healing power of the red light therapy. I had been struggling with peri oral dermatitis for over a year, putting medication on almost daily, but after 2 weeks of applying red light to it- it has gone away! I had surgery on my heel over 2 years ago and there was a large bump even after surgery that was growing from scar tissue and caused me pain. Now that I have started red light therapy the scar tissue has started to break up and the pain has subsided. The red light therapy did MORE for me than full on surgery.
