I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kimber Lange, D.C. at The Joint Chiropractic in North Myrtle Beach while on vacation, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I saw her twice, June of 2024 and April of 2025, each time she took the time to review my chart thoroughly, ask thoughtful questions about my health journey, and most importantly--she listened. As someone who is extremely flexible and often difficult to adjust, I was truly impressed with her skill. She was patient and precise, and she was even able to adjust my neck--something most chiropractors struggle to do. This chiropractic office has a great system in place and the staff are very friendly. I love the front desk attendant she is super sweet! The chiropractor I saw walked me through everything he was going to do it before he did it so it put my mind at ease, because I was nervous at first. yes, as the one other person sa on there review saying never give them your credit card! And always read every little detail and their fine print because they won't verbally explain to you that there will be recurring charges if you don't stop....$108 for 8 visits that I asked for.....don't mind paying for what I asked for.... but I asked for nothing after that....The lady says yes, but then I go to look at my bank statement and realize that they're still charging me sneaky people... very deceiving racket.... Long time chiropractic user that converted to the Joint about ten years ago. Been to a half dozen or so Joint locations in the southeast / about fifteen different doctors. They are all nice facilities but every so often you get an excellent doctor. Adjusted by Dr Drew today for first time and would say he is in the top three adjusters I have ever had within The Joint or private practice. He found every trouble spot quickly, very specific adjustments using different techniques. A comprehensive visit that was not only effective but a great value. I would highly recommend using him, particularly if you are a discerning patient. read more

My teenage daughter was feeling discomfort after some jet ski fun. The Joint in North Myrtle Beach was able to slide her right in during a school-day break. Super convenient! Dr. Holt was amazing with her and did a wonderful job at assessing and explaining everything to her. He made her feel extremely comfortable. Very friendly staff. Walk-ins are welcome. Dr. Lange spent about 20 minutes reviewing my pain. She worked on me for about 10 minutes on the initial visit. Followed up the next day and Dr. Lange performed more adjustments. Feeling much better. I will continue to visit each week. read more

Ive been so happy with the joint chiropractic since I first stumbled upon them. I was looking for a good chiropractor in the area since I recently moved here and found them, and so glad I did! Every single doctor I've had there has been great. The adjustments, information, and exercises they have given me are a tremendous help! Never give The Joint, North Myrtle Beach your credit card or sign anything they ask you to. You may find yourself out $690.00. New in town, I went 2 times and never went back because the 2 visits did not produce any relief, then I discovered this place had been charging my card for over 10 months (69.00 each month) - never once calling me to inform me that they were nor did they send me a monthly receipt for the charges they were doing on my card from Feb - Nov. I only asked for a package session which the older lady at the front desk assured me that I was paying for when I paid $98.00 on my first visit. I received one voice mail from the lady at the front desk who stated that my sessions were about to end after my second visit. BEWARE of this place who apparently has no conscience when you walk in with pain - you will lose far more than you gain with this place! read more

Christine @ the front desk was able to get me in same day, was gracious as she spoke with me, took patient calls, walked other patients thru the process & while speaking with the Doctor. I'd been in severe pain & had just missed two days of work when I discovered The Joint. I'm not pain free (i've just had my first visit) but already feel some relief, am scheduled to be adjusted again tomorrow & I purchased a "membership" to cover up to 6 visits this month. It's SO affordable by comparison to paying for an initial exam, xrays & office visits with Independant Chiropractors. This is a great business model & a much overdue addition (again) to my wellness routine. Add to all of the above- The Joint has more than 700 locations nationally which means no more scheduling, waiting, paying $250+ for initial consultations while traveling! read more

I'm in Myrtle Beach to play golf. Prior to coming down, I started have back issues. I had 2 lumbar injections with some relief. After playing 1 round of golf, I had a difficult time walking on the beach. I have never seen a Chiropractor. I am a Director of Rehab and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting at home. I made my initial call to The Joint Chiropractic in North Myrtle Beach a few days ago. Christina answered the phone and explained the process. I saw Dr. Holt the next day. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions, treated my back and gave me his recommendations. He made a few changes to my home exercise routine. The impressive part of this, he personally called me the next day to follow up. I went back 2 days later and saw Dr. Zach. He was also very thorough, spent extra time with me and worked on my back. The great thing is my back is felling a lot better. These guys are professional and truly care about getting you better.
