What really sets Noel apart is her focus on long-term results. She created a personalized skincare plan to help address my concerns over time, instead of offering quick fixes. I appreciate so much that she's focused on healing my skin, not masking the issues. What a lovely retreat! From the moment you step inside this quaint little spa, tucked away from the Pineville traffic, it welcomes you with a wonderful fragrance of essential oil blends, and sounds of water. You are greeted by Michelle or one of her daughters, and offered water or tea. Every detail is placed with care and thought, from quotes and sculptures, to sounds and light. I went for a 60 min full body massage and didn't want it to end! Michelle will focus on your problem areas, and skillfully release any tension you've had before you leave. She was very professional, and the details of massage were discussed prior to an actual massage. I loved how quietly she moved around room. Her skill is truly extraordinary, she knows exactly what your body needs. The heated massage table, hot towels, warm rooms, and peaceful music are just few of the details to escape stresses of life and focus on yourself for a change:) Michelle is the heart of it, this place radiates what she believes, peace within, love, kindness, compassion, and caring. Michelle, Shannin and Kristin are very professional and very knowledgeable. I have used all of their services. They are comprehensive healers who are committed to meeting the needs of their clients. They have helped me recover from several orthopedic surgeries in recent years including spinal fusion, ankle fusion, knee and shoulder repairs. I recommend them highly and I honestly don't know what I would do without them. The Spa is also a very charming place and space and, to my eye, resembles something you might find in Santa Fe, New Mexico...yet is just on the outskirts of South Charlotte. I heard about this Spa by word of mouth and online. I scheduled an appointment after Thanksgiving, on the week day of Friday. The Owner Michelle Mercurio was offering a Package Deal for 90 minutes that was a Facial and Pumpkin Spice Body Scrub and Therapeutic Massage at a Great Price! It all was Pure Heaven, and much needed Pampering for myself. Shannin was the woman that administered these Treatments and she is Board Certified as well as extremely knowledgeable in various techniques that she learned when working at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville. My husband, had relaxing Swedish massage by owner, Michelle. We've all had massages before, however hers is unique!! She uses several techniques to tailor the persons needs and puts the client at ease. My husband said he felt completely relaxed and muscles loosened after his 90 min.massage. I have been a client at this Spa for several years. They are the best. Until the pandemic exploded on the scene I was getting weekly massages and weekly Yoga Classes. Michelle gives the best massages ever. She targets areas of muscle tension and knows how to relieve the painful areas. Kristin gives one-on-one Yoga classes designed to target areas that are having issues. She is an excellent instructor and I have regained flexibility that I had lost due to some injuries.
