I've been to the Invigory once after my wife got me a gift card here and I loved it! I called to set up my appointment for compressions and cryo recovery and they couldn't have made it easier for me. The leg compressions, they bring you to a nice relaxing room and offer you some water and some blankets and warm neck wrap to help you relax. The space boots you put on go up to a certain level (7, i think?) and you can tone up and down the level of compression yourself as you sit there during your session. My legs felt fantastic the next few days after this. For the cryo, I think I may need some more sessions there to see the real effects. I was in the cryo tube for about 3 minutes and yes it was freezing cold but not sure it had any major benefit for me. However, the man there was able to explain the actual benefits to me upon request. This place is great. It has friendly staff and a wide variety of treatment and recoveries. They also offer a number of plans and pre-paid treatments at very reasonable prices! I say go give it a shot if you've ever thought of trying! read more

This was just what I needed. I've passed this spot for a long time but finally decided to check it out upon the recommendation of a friend. She didn't steer me wrong. Booking online was easy. I wanted to try a "safe" treatment and chose the salt room. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and asked to take a seat after confirming who I was and what service I booked. At my scheduled time, I was escorted to the lockers (yes, they have them to secure your persona belongings so you don't have to expose them to salt). I forgot the gentleman's name but he was thorough in his explanation of how things worked. I have done salt rooms before but this one was different. The chairs were soft and enveloped me unlike the wood benches I had experienced before. There's water and a blanket to enhance your comfort. As if that weren't enough, I was asked did I want a neck warmer. Of course I did! And... it smelled like lavender. SCORE! I tried not to doze off because I wanted to be fully present for the 45 minute experience. I failed. I know I dozed off at least three times. That says it all. I will be going back... probably next week to try hydration therapy and to purchase a membership/package. Self-care is the best care for this mental health therapist! read more

I come once a month for an IV drip and always have a comfortable and relax time! The staff members are very kind and the nurses are very professional. They have IV drips with different supplements that can be added in the drips along with different treatments like salt rooms and red sauna room. I highly recommend getting their membership! While visiting Charlotte , I was treated with a gift certificate for The Invigory . I loved my experience here and would definitely recommend as the staff were so friendly and helpful , the spa was clean and neat ( also peaceful ) . I did the 40 ( or was it 45 ?) minute salt room session , and added on some IV hydration and supplements. I was able to have the IV running while in the salt room . The nurse who set up my IV did a fantastic job even though my veins are not IV cooperative ! The salt room does wonders for my allergy symptoms , and I love the salt floor - not all salt rooms do this but they should ! I ended up getting a monthly membership since I really enjoy their services. The salt room is my favorite and the ice facial is also a nice perk me up. I tried compression therapy on my hips and will definitely try it on my legs next. The staff continues to be friendly and the facilities are spotless. My one complaint is that the new chairs in the salt room are soooo stiff, oddly shaped, and uncomfortable. I actually prefer the old chairs they had in there. Went with a friend for the first time, your supposed to change into these robes before you get in but the only ones they had were tiny and would not come close to adequately covering me. They ended up giving me these wrap things that I used to cover my boxers but even they couldn't reached around me. I'm a 280 lb guy. I'm comfortly fat but would not call myself morbidly obese. It wasn't a big deal because I'm comfortable with my self but it was quite embarrassing and I can only imagine the effects on someone with more serious body image problems than myself. Aside from that I thought the process was stupid as hell. I can walk into a walk in freezer at work and get the same result. My suggestion is to eat right and see a therapist you don't need all this stupid trendy shit to fix your life. read more

They have a great package here I tried for compression therapy on my legs plus a whole body cyro session for $49. They have a nice private room with Netflix etc and fuzzy blankets. They even provide you water! Very clean and professional. The cyro machines are very nice and can set your own temperature. They have some great smelling soap that I ended up buying as well. I've been to other recovery clinics in Charlotte, but in terms of professionalism, amenities, and price you can't beat this place! read more

So pissed that my relaxing experience was ruined by the financial aspect of this racket. I paid $200 for 5 sessions 18 months ago and only used one. I assumed they were closed during Covid because they are like a spa. I went to use a package today and was told they expired and could not be extended. BEWARE of any membership or package! The owner responded below that they send out a reminder email -that is a LIE! I searched all emails and had none. It wasn't on the emailed receipt either. I may take this fraudulent activity up with Am Express. Obviously The Invigory doesn't know that Massage Envy paid out BIG TIME in a class action suit for not honoring packages paid for. And gift certificates aren't allowed to expire, so this should be no different. I think it's time I see a lawyer. read more

My husband and I visited The Invigory last night for the first time. We scheduled a session for infrared sauna therapy. This was the first time either of us had experienced an infrared sauna. We both really enjoyed the experience, so I expect we'll be back for more sessions. As for the wellness center/spa itself, it is nicely decorated, clean, calming music was playing within the room during our session. There is a nice shower within the infrared sauna room, so you can wash off the sweat/toxins after your session. Can't wait to go back and experience the salt therapy room which looked super relaxing. Where to begin? This place is tranquil and earthy. A personal greeting by a helpful, energetic and passionate staff member is always a great way to start. I had a whole body cryotheorpy session after a 9 hour flight which left me feeling refreshed. I also had a cryo facial which only takes 12 minutes and my skin felt fab and most importantly my tired eyes were nowhere to be seen. The following day I had an early morning tennis clinic which I recovered from at The Invigory with the flush and freeze package. It was badly needed as it was my first session on the court in a while and I was truly left feeling like I had pressed the reset button and fighting fit for the day ahead. Recently I also visited the infrared sauna with my cousin. What a great way to spend time and catch up in a soothing environment while getting a treatment that is great for the body. I have been multiple times, even got a gift certificate for a few services from Christmas. They have always been very professional and clean. I usually use their flush and freezer service which is their compression therapy and full body cryotherapy. I always feel better after leaving especially the full body cryotherapy with my back and neck always in pain from work. This last much longer than a massage or chiropractic in my own personally experience. I still do all of the above but when I am still in pain the first place I go is the Invigory!!! read more
