The best 20 bucks I've spent in a long time. The session last about 45 minutes, which you can take a break by stepping out and sipping water. The temp is also controlled inside the sauna for your convenience. Each light provides specific benefits based on individual needs, I choose the red light for detox and weight loss. I felt amazing ! The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. There is a shower. A single shower. One single bathroom. I would think for a place like this where folks are perspiring...a lot, there would be a more modernized bathroom like you would expect to see at a spa/wellness center. Overall, I had a great experience 910

With the spacious facility, it really gives the space the vibe you want in a spa. Checking in was a breeze, and after a nice quick tour, we were situated in our rooms. My wife and I both did it. It is not shared, so we were in separate rooms. You could probably request to be in the same but it would be pretty tight. But solo it is incredibly spacious in the booths. The infared sauna gets warmer than some versions, so you can have them up near 170 more like a traditional swedish sauna if you like. The halo therapy was the first for me and very unique. Salt therapy I know is very useful, but to have the medical grade salt in a closed room is a very different experience. I could see it really helping with COPD and asthma as it's claimed to do. You really can't beat the full facilities they have. With the little spacious lounge area to recuperate or to take a shower after. Free refreshments available to recover. (And some specialty drinks available for purchase in bottles near the front) Combine that with it's convenient location right off 77. The leg compressions, they bring you to a nice relaxing room and offer you some water and some blankets and warm neck wrap to help you relax. The space boots you put on go up to a certain level (7, i think?) and you can tone up and down the level of compression yourself as you sit there during your session. My legs felt fantastic the next few days after this. For the cryo, I think I may need some more sessions there to see the real effects. I was in the cryo tube for about 3 minutes and yes it was freezing cold but not sure it had any major benefit for me. However, the man there was able to explain the actual benefits to me upon request. This place is great. It has friendly staff and a wide variety of treatment and recoveries.
