The prices are reasonable, and booking was quick and easy, just a $25 deposit, which I didn't mind. Very ethical, gives me the vibethey are not trying to rip you off. She says her back feels much better afterward, which is what mattered most. The location is convenient as well. The only downside is that the facility is pretty small, and the rooms are just big enough for the therapist and client, so you'll need to wait in the lobby. Not a huge issue, though. I also added aromatherapy with hot towels for $10, which felt like a great value. Overall, the staff were very professional and the experience was smooth.

She calls back, says no prob, come at 5:15 tomorrow. I went into the salon that evening to show her my hair/length and she says we're good to go. I arrive and am checked in, confirming the services, and the lady at the desk confirms them and says the price is will be $180. I sit and wait. 10 minutes later Dora comes out. We begin the consultation. She argued with me every step of the way. She said they closed at 8 so no way we could do everything, when another staffer said they could actually go until 10. She clearly didn't want to stay. That's fine, but why take the appointment in the first place? She says we can only do half my roots, not a full foil and no highlights. I almost got up and excused myself, and I wish I had. It was so much back and forth with her it was exhausting. Finally I said to her and the other lady there was still an inch of roots and my hair was yellow. She left for 15 minutes and I heard her complaining about me to another employee. She then came back out, put a color wash on me in the sink, was very aggressive, got it all over my forehead and ears, and the water was way too hot. It was horrible. She then tried to start my haircut, which I declined. No chance I was letting her near me with scissors. The final product was grey roots, and patchy yellow blond hair. The people at my office called me Lemonhead. What I was supposed to receive: Full color, highlights and cut - $180 What I received: Half color, crown only - $112 So apparently a half color, cut, and highlights is only $58! Give me a break. Horrible, rude service, terrible results, and dishonest charges. They did tell me I'll get 10% off my next visit! Hah! Lemonhead, out.

The Girl working the front desk is extremely rude. I just ran in because I was near there to start back my membership and Tan once before I start tanning again monthly. I of course didn't have my eye ware because I didn't plan on tanning today. She would not give me a pair of the paper ones which over the years once in a blue moon I would need and it was never a problem. Than she tried to force me to buy another pair of eyewear which I refused because I have tons at home. Made me feel very-awkward because I've never been told no for paper eyewear that I used one time in a year! She said it was only a one time and I got one last April as she looked in the computer, lol. Paper Eyewear verse Customer Service! That's just downright terrible customer service! And unfortunately, it seemed she was training, a new girl and that poor girl is learning from her how to treat customers. That wasn't all just main thing...she had an attitude the whole time like I was bothering her with my questions.

Sarah inspected my hair and the color, she inquired about what products I use as well as any sensitivities or allergies. We discussed the style I wanted. She was very honest and open in saying we weren't going to get there in one cut due to previous cut at another salon. I knew going in it was going to be a process to get the hairstyle that I wanted given the condition of my hair. I was pleasantly surprised at the foot stools to make your dryer time and hair wash more comfortable. From my initial call to the salon through the entire process, everything was pleasant, relaxing, explained thoroughly, and ended well! Each individual has unique hair that responds and behaves in a unique manner . It takes time for a stylist to learn your growth rate of hair and the quirks of your hair. It is literally a process, that requires patience and the building of the relationship. If you're going in for a color, the initial cost, depending on the condition of your hair, may be more because more work and product may be needed. Regular maintenance reduces that issue for most. So, additional costs for extra product was not a problem. I now have the baseline to get my hair where I want it to be. I had a wonderful experience, a very peaceful and relaxing experience. I look forward to my next visit and working with Sarah and Hannah to get the dream hairstyle.
