Had my first since then…read moremassage a couple weeks ago and remembered both how awesome massages are in general and how good the staff is at Serenity Now. The staff has turned over a good bit in the couple years its been since my last visit which is no surprise given all everyone has faced and it had to have been ultrahard on businesses that require such personal contact and connection. That said, in looking at the bios and experiencing a massage from one staff member it's clear SN continues to vet who they sign on thoroughly and bring in well trained folks. Pretty much any kind of therapeutic body work you're interested in SN has you covered. I generally go for deep tissue massage but they do many styles and I'm sure do all the others well. Check out their website for info, pricing and book a session. It's easy to do online or by phone. Promise you'll be glad you did.

AMIE!!! Hands down the best massage I have ever had!…read more I have been a long time customer of Zen Charlotte on East Blvd because its closer to my job and they are great. BUT I think I have found a new home with Zen Huntersville. Amie did an amazing job with my hour deep tissue massage. I almost cried because I did not want this massage to end, I really should of got a hour and a half. I have never felt so great and relaxed after a massage. My back and shoulders feel amazing. This is a monthly must for me now. At 59.99 for a hour deep tissue massage without the membership and great hours that can accommodate mostly any schedule, it is unbeatable.

Messy operation. First they canceled my appointment at Cornelius at 10:30 a.m. for a 1 p.m. that…read moreday. I had already changed my work schedule for that. They offered nothing in return but they did say sorry. I eventually changed it to the Huntersville location at noon. However, they overcharged me by accident. Glad I caught it. When I received the confirmation email, it had all kinds of warnings about how much you will be charged if you're late or cancel. This wouldn't pertain to me because I'm very punctual, but I still didn't like it. When I arrived at the Huntersville location, the first thing the massage therapist did was try to upsell me. At that point, I was far from relaxed, which was comical because she kept telling me to relax. Someone telling me to relax a dozen times after being cancelled at last minute, being overcharged, and sold a pitch is NOT going to make them more relaxed. I will never use Zen Message Huntersville/Cornelius again. It's obvious it's just about the money. They don't care at all about your experience. Other negatives include: No music in room. Can hear Firehouse Subs staff talking through thin wall. Never asked if temp of room was okay (it was fine though). Waiting room is literally two chairs facing each other in close proximity--and another dude walked in and sat down. Very awkward. The Mooresville Zen Message is a different owner and I have always had much better experiences at that location. I highly recommend taking the same approach if you want to relax.
