Went in on Thursday afternoon for simple gel mani pedi which cost $80. By Saturday afternoon the gel was lifting and peeling. I called Monday to inform them the issue and they told me to come but the time I came in they were busy so I schedule an appointment in the morning. I arrive at the scheduled time but when I arrive the store it wasn't even open. I got tired of trying to resolve the issue and they didn't even want to give me a refund or credit for future service. The massage chairs are awesome! The service is okay, just okay. I wasn't impressed by anyone. Their work is what was driving me insane!!! Mani/Pedi took almost three hours!!!!!!!! BY FAR the slowest workers can be found here. Never have I been in a nail salon this long for just a regular mani/pedi. The man cutting my cuticles cut my pinky. When my nails were getting slightly filed down, it hurt like hell because my nails were thin from having acrylics the past months. I asked the lady to please not file because they were thin and she made a face. Raised eyebrow and pouted lips. Really?!! If I wasn't in need of some fresh polish that day, I would've left in a hurry! Save your money and valuable time! I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. I was there for less than 5 minutes and I had to walk out. There was a man doing my nails and didn't know what he was doing at all. He said he couldn't do the nails I showed him a picture of (pink & chrome nails.... not hard to do) so I showed him a picture of nails that were pastel/baby pink. He said he couldn't do it nor had the color to it. It seriously doesn't get more basic than a plain baby pink lol. He was asking other employees what drill to use on my hands. Once he started he cut my nail using the drill.... that shit fucking hurt. Not much of a color selection anyway. This was my first time ever walking out on any nail salon and I really did not want to make a big scene. I will be going to a different nail salon to get my nails fixed since I didn't even let him finish taking off the polish... Please save your time and money by going to professionals. read more

Love this nail salon! Unlike others I have been to they talk to you in a friendly manner, they let you pick your pedicure from a list of prices ranging from 20 to 30. You have the option of hot stone foot and leg massage, paraffin dip, and different scrubs. They take their time doing your pedicure. Unlike other places where you wait an eternity and then the service takes 20 minutes. The nail techs in this shop are awesome. Will continue to go back every week. read more

I really like this salon! I am always greeted in a friendly manner and offered a service menu. By choosing my own serivice package I am not surprised by the price at the end, I know what to expect and they don't stray from what you want. I have never waitied here either. They have newer pedicure chairs and stations- it is so nice to sit in a pedicure chair that actually works and gives a good massage. The staff hold friendly conversations with you and usually have a news channel on the television. I wish I found this place sooner! read more

I have mixed feelings about the services received today. I usually have Moses take care of me, but when he isn't around it is whoever is available. I am okay with that. The problem is that Moses is very meticulous and does a thorough job of cleaning the nail bed edges for a very clean smooth finish.There is never any of the clear gel coat peeking or bleeding through the edges of the color or on the skin. Unfortunately, that is what I left with. I think what put me in a more sour mood is the fact I could not combine my card stamps into one. I tend to forget to bring that card with me and end up asking them to record/stamp recent visit on a new one. I thought I could combine them later to one day get $5 off my 5th service. That is not allowed. You have to use one for a visit. If you pay for your child's service, that service cannot be put on one card either, despite you are paying for two services above $20 each. For as long as I have been coming here, I have yet to get $5 off the 5th visit despite that it is probably my 9th at this point. No special considerations for loyal customers- got it. As for cost, it depends on what you willing to dole out. Prices I can remember off top of head: $20 express pedi $25 regular pedi (do not expect "smooth" finish but massage chair is nice treat) $25 manicure with gel nail polish finish (not allot of in-season/ up-to-date colors to choose from) Pros: -Moses -Walk-Ins welcomed -Courteous service -Massage chairs during pedicures -Provide you pricing sheet of services/packages to choose from -Prices are fairly the same from a year ago -others services are available- waxing, body massage... Cons Same nail color bottles on the shelves for quite some time and not many are fresh and new or with the times. They really need to keep their colors current and provide options that go with the seasons. -If they are in a rush, the final finish may not be great -Cannot combine multiple visit cards into one -Cannot combine multiple services for a minor in one card -Hit and miss in being attentive to customer Overall, they are an okay business but I just tend to be particular about how my nails should end up looking- flawless. This was my first time getting a pedicure since I moved to Mint hill... I would HIGHLY recommend this place!! I'm so glad I picked this place and I will definitely be back! A young man did my pedicure and he was over the top friendly and had great customer service!! He checked with me as he went, if my water was too hot if I was comfortable, wanted a drink, made sure he wasn't hurting me. I'm amazed. I have NEVER had such great service while getting a pedicure. Do not go here!!! I went with my mom and while our nails were being painted or nails they all talked amongst themselves and did not talk to us. That is until some customers walked out. They then told us about how they stole from them and the person painting my moms toes got up and went after them. One of the women came back and started screaming while our nail techs continued to drag us into the situation. The lady painting my nails was quite racist and said that it's only black people who steal. That was ridiculous and I was beyond annoyed. Then the person painting my moms toes came back and just stared out the door and did not finish her work until she asked for them to hurry as we needed to leave. After that crazy experience all we wanted to do was leave and we left and I thought they did good on our nails but we still said not to return. After 2 days my nails started chipping. It was truly the worst experience I've had at a nail salon and I will never return or recommend anyone else to. read more
