I visited a week ago Wednesday for dip service. By Thursday two nails were chipping badly. Friday a total of SEVEN chipped including one broken due to chipping. The dip was so thin, thinner than I've ever had. I had weekend plans so I was not able to return until Monday. I showed him my receipt and realized he was the one that bit my nails. Without question he started redoing them. A tip was put on one with an explanation that he couldn't do the others without doing a full set. That makes no sense, but it gets worse. He also says that when he does a dip on short nails, it's thin unless requested otherwise. I had actually fallen in love with the color even though he offered to redo them on my first visit.Because the color was not what I picked out. I was excited to have the same color again with a freshly set of nails. It's now Wednesday two days later and THREE chipped nails. I'm never returning but hopefully can save someone else from wasting their money and time.
