Service is terrible I called the night before and when they picked up the phone they didn't speak at all. Came in the next day and we walked in and the just stared at us we stood there for 3 minutes until they pointed to the chairs and told us to wait and just stared at us. After we sat down the worker began on my friend's nails but I sat there while the worker left me for 5 minutes until I got up and didn't want to get my nails done from them anymore. I loved my service with the older gentleman who did my pedicure! I forgot his name! But super nice guy who talked to me about his family business and his son! He was able to fix my ingrown toe nail without me even flinching! lol normally other salons do it and it hurts so bad but he did while I was texting my boyfriend and I didn't even noticed until that immediate relief and I looked down and I saw the ingrown nail in his clippers! lol I'm sad I forgot his name. Half of my nails look white and half of them aren't even blended in smoothly. My long time nail girl works here now (Kaly). She always does a great job. This place is tucked away in the corner, so you cannot see it from the main parking lot. Park in the back alley area. It's nice, clean, spacious, lots of stations, and they play fire music. read more

I came here with a girl friend and we both got pedicures. I enjoyed that the space was clean and we got serviced soon after we arrived. The music volume was set just right. This place is a little difficult to find as you have to pass the EWC and walk towards the back. If I hadn't continued to wander, I would have never found this spot. As someone who regularly gets full set acrylics done, I had to give this place 4 stars as they are good, just not the greatest work I've seen. I got almond shaped nails and they were fine, but just came out thicker than usual. Place was clean and nail techs were friendly. 3.5 stars but not worth a 4 in my opinion I wanted to try this place just because it's a little closer to home (but don't get me wrong I LOVE the salon I'm currently going to). I found this spot on IG and the pictures of the nails were nice like really nice. The spot is pretty much hidden so if you never been in that area before you might get a little lost. There should definitely be a sign out there to tell you where the salon is. I still got there early. Anyways when you first walk in it's a pretty big salon. There's a lot of chairs! I used the restroom and honestly their sink is nice!! Overall the salon is very nice! Especially for the shopping center it was in. No one was in there when I got in so I was helped right away. When I got seated they didn't turn on the massage for me. The water was cold at first. I think the lady that did my pedicure is new at doing pedicures. Lol I was originally supposed to get an overlay w/color acrylics. When I called to schedule my appointment I asked about that and spoke to a gentleman that understood and spoke English well. He also stated there's not much color acrylics but they have some I said okay that's fine. The ladies helping me didn't understand me so I decided to do a gel mani. She was telling me to do an overlay w/gel polish BC it was the same but I didn't want that. I also tried asking about the "poly gel" but I couldn't understand so I was like fuck it I'll just get a gel mani. The lady that did my pedi was an older Vietnamese lady and the one that did my mani looked pretty young. They both had broken English so it was difficult to talk to them & understand them. I came in with acrylic overlay on my nails and they were taking it off by using a fake nail!! If you're a REAL nail tech you know acrylics should be filed off and then soaked off. Anyways I asked for it to be filed off and the other girl that was helping was STILL doing it with a fake nail SMH ‍. On top of that she cut my pinky nail so that happened to be the shortest nails. I tried telling the girl to do the same length as all of them and it's not. So when I was getting my nails painted the acrylic dust had gotten stuck on my nails BC she didn't get a new towel or clean it off from filing my nails. The pedicure wasn't bad. I just hated how I had to turn the massage on for myself and adjusted the seat. (The salon I usually go to does all that for you). The scrub I hated the feeling of it being put on completely dry legs. The wax I liked but the lady didn't get to cover my whole foot she was kinda struggling with holding the wax and putting my foot in it. I don't think gel manicures are their specialty but I most likely won't be coming back. Ohh but I liked the fact that they have a bowl of Asian candies for you! I never been to a salon that gives you Asian candies lol. I'm glad I came on the day they had 10% off your service because it was not worth $70. $50 bucks for a 30 minute pedicure. I had went to the restroom. My BF was sitting down already. I sat down for 10 minutes and the lady was like "your done thank you" to my BF. Then went to go attend to another client. We had choose the TOP COAT PEDI. Not the basic $35 but the $50 pedi and she was done within 30 minutes. So I got upset and left. Still got charged $45. Went on to tell me "men don't do color that's why it was fast, honey you know that already." There was a girl that was already sitting there for 30 minutes already before we sat down that was STILL getting her pedi done. This is disappointing because they look like a more higher ended salon. I had high expectations. This is a luxury service I am paying for. I would like to receive the service I am paying for. Second time coming here - beautiful nail salon and great customer service. I'm a big fan of Terry and another older lady with about shoulder-length hair. They do a flawless job and work with me to get my desired look. Today, I had another nail technician work on my manicure. She was nice and sociable, but she was very rough with her drilling tool that my cuticles were cut on 7 of my fingers. He builds relationships with his clients, and always gives the best service! He does so well, my nails can go 4+ weeks and, though grown out, still look like the day I had them done. I had high hopes but ended up deeply disappointed. Perks: very clean, covid-19 safety measures taken place, menu straight to the point + easy to understand, easy to book an appointment, flexible that i was running a few min late, open on Sundays. Cons: I specifically asked for the "deluxe pedicure" $35 & was given a "gel pedicure" $45 instead and was made to pay $50. They did not even explain why it was at $50. If there was a "misunderstanding/miscommunication" - fine, I understand shit happens. But the poor customer service comes when there is not even a genuine sorry, the conversation was guided as if it was my fault vs any accountability they also did not communicate with me clearly, or even offer to give a discounted price. Also the quality of the pedicure polish was NOT great as the gel polish bleeded into the bottom part of my nail bed and they weren't able to fix it. They also put wax on after my nail polish which I thought was weird, because most places do it before. After minutes of trying to get fair service, I was so frustrated I just paid full price to get out of there & left. Which to be honest, I regret not fighting for a discount more & feel very ripped off. Decision: I will not be coming back unless they contact me to genuinely apologize & offer justified discounted services for the next time.
