Horrible horrible!!!! They fucked up my basic manicure. I came in with my boyfriend and sister I got a mani and pedi the pedi was cool it's took a very long time but it was cool. Once we got to the mani it seemed like everything is cool but she started rushing and I started to notice she's cutting my nails uneven she's letting the clear gel polish cure on my skin witch was starting to hurt. I even notice small black spots on my nails. Once I let her know that this shit was ugly and she saw my reaction to the nails. She tried to clean them up, but I had to leave because I had a performance to go to. They never reached out to me. They never offered free service. I didn't like this place at all. I felt it wasn't as clean as it could've been. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. My finger nails started peeling within the first three days and by the time a week went by the gel from all my finger nails had come off. I'm not sure what caused this. At the very least I can say that my toe nails still look good. It's a good place if you want something last minute, quick and cheap. It seems like they have pretty open availability. It was a Saturday afternoon and needed a fresh set and a new nail spot to go to. I called the business to set an appointment for that day and their soonest available appointment was at 4pm. I wanted to something earlier so I said I will call back. A few minutes later they called me back and said they had a cancellation and if I would like to come in right now. So I gladly said yes! I appreciated that they called me as soon as they had a cancellation, it was unexpected. Upon arrival they checked my temp and directed me to the station which had the dividers for in between clients. All staff were wearing masks and the salon was not over capacitated. It was nice and quaint. I also noticed they cleaned the station after finished with a client. Ni Ni was my nail tech. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she honestly answered that she will do her best. And she sure did! I'm happy she took the time to make sure I was happy with shape, size, length and color ands feel!. IYKYK! I like that she kept asking how It felt on. I think that is a question all nail techs should ask. Totally worth the time she put in besides the fact that she didn't have all the tools to do what I wanted she did it freehand! Came in with extremely damaged nails from having acrylics then doing dip powder ‍. Tiffany was beyond patient and took her time doing my nails. There was still some dip powder left on my nails which made them THICK and she kept making sure I was ok though out the discomfort. I walked in around 9:15am on a weekday and the ladies took me in right away! I got a regular pedi and a gel mani. They did an amazing job with both, I was really happy with the result! I'm especially happy with my mani because I've been to places that don't paint the whole nail (they miss the edges close to the skin) and I hate that, but they've done a great job the two times I've been here! My manicurist was Katie, I definitely recommend her! I usually get my nails done in LA when I go to visit family, but now I've found my Stockton nail place and they're honestly better than some of the places I've been to down south. read more

Giving a one star is hard for me, but the nail salon deserved it. I called in before I went there and the man said I can show up now which I did. I explicitly told him I wanted dipping powder. I get there and it's a really small place. I felt really close to people inside. There were 3 people getting their nails done. The lady who did my nails looked like she was picking up towels. The man exchanged some words with the gal. She made this look and made a sound like a sigh. She tells me to sit down. I was telling her the person who did my nails before this time made my nails feel sensitive. I guess this cued her to not fully take off the dipping powder. I don't know because I don't do nails. I've never seen someone do what she did. I stayed quiet. She showed difficulty doing my nails. I was hopeful and it didn't get better as she kept going. She kept filing and started hurting my sides. I would tell her it hurts and asked her about how she was painting my nails. The man starts speaking to her in their language. She gets frustrated and stops doing my nails. I've been coming here for over a year. I usually have my nails done by Katie and pedicure done by her sister Tiffany. They're both out of town so I decided to have someone else do them. WHAT.A.MISTAKE. I asked for a light polish with ombre like glitter. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. He said ok. (it's also not the first time I've had this color before). What I asked for and what I got were very different. (I've attached pictures). He did a great job with the shape, fill, and base color, when he got to the glitter he started rushing. He had another appointment waiting. This is not my problem. I was on time for my appointment and I'm paying with the same color money as the next person. When I said I wasn't happy with it, he said it was the glitter I picked. Wrong. I showed him the picture and he picked the glitter. But, of course he did not want to admit he did a bad job. When I asked for it to be taken off, he left me to wait for one of the other girls. He then moved on to his other appointment. I was so angry. But, wait, there's more! The pedicure wasn't much better. I asked for the Lavender pedicure. I've attached a picture. You can see the skin around the toes looks bad, and the color! Omg! I told her it didn't look good and she started huffing and puffing like I was being annoying. I'm actually writing this as I have them take it all off. I'm just going to leave without color and have them fixed elsewhere. What a terrible experience. I'm not coming back. The attitude of the entire staff was unnecessary and unacceptable. read more

They must be under new ownership... One of my nails had a few bubbles underneath and the other one had a small piece of hair that was cured with the nail polish. When asked to fix, she brought out a tray of tools that were labeled "Soiled". She then just filed and painted over the nails that were "unfinished." Definitely will not be back. :/ read more

Great place for a pedicure but a terrible place for nails. The first time i came here i got a pedicure and it was very relaxing and calming. I came back two months later to try a full set and it came out TERRIBLE!! My sister and I had an appointment at 2 and waited 30 minutes when we got there. I showed the lady doing my nails an inspiration picture and it came out no where near as good. She applied the acrylic very watery and put many layers on making each nail thick and uneven. She even only cut my cuticles on one hand. Full sets are usually $35 and told me that my set costed $45 when my sisters set (done by someone else) was $40 and looked WAYYY better than mine. After I told her that my nails were very messy underneath she proceeded to try and file it off but it didn't help. In the end I paid $40 and came home to repaint them black myself. read more

Plain and simple, Jenny is amazing ! The shop is clean. They take walk ins, but I just call the day before to make an appointment; they are always busy. I've had three sets done. A full set, fill, full set. Never had any lifting. I work in a warehouse so I have broken nail, but Jenny just squeezed me between appointments to fix it. Last minute trip here. I called Saturday morning and requested Jenny and they scheduled me for 5:00 PM for a full set and pedi. When I arrived they said they never scheduled me for 5:00? Ok, I guess. But two other ladies took me anyways to get it done. The girl that did my pedicure (with glasses) was very sweet. She did a good job on my toes. The lady who did my nails did an ok job. I'm giving them 3/5 stars because both demonstrated excellent costumer service. I just wish the lengths of my nails were even at least. My only complaint are the lady burned the top of my foot with the hot stone. Also I had to remind them to sanitize tools. I'm a massage therapist and hot stone should never be used on top of the foot or on the ankle. Other than that is was well worth the $50 price +15% tip I paid for the tropical pedicure. Will go back on special occasions but I can order the products for $10 at Amazon and do the same at home.
