Requested builder almond shape. My middle nail was chipped. I requested a gel X nail. The lady insisted on regular tip. She even said my last nail place was lazy for not using a tip nail and this is what I got. Woman doing my nails was not even good at filing almond shape. I loved Sky Nails and plan on returning when I decide to get a fill or new set. I feel like unfortunately you can find decent or okay nail artists at most shops, but few pay actual attention to small details. Sky Nails did a great job getting all the details on my nails right! I also feel like some nail shops can be dirty and do not clean their tools enough, THANK GOODNESS Sky Nails is CLEAN! I enjoyed the energy in there and the staff were really kind. They took their time to make sure my set looked great. I feel like every girl has very specific wants with their acrylics and Sky Nails did mine right. The acrylic was not too thick and it was very even, they also made sure to not leave acrylic under my nail (which other shops have done so in the past). I also got the basic pedicure and feel like they did a great job. They also offer water bottles or a mimosa which I think is really cool. this was an interesting service indeed. they charged me 61 dollars for a pedicure and acrylic and gel finish. they only put acrylic on both my big toes. the toes that didn't even need acrylic. i asked for acrylic on all the toenails and the lady doing my toes looked and me and told me i don't need it and then continued to only put acrylic on my big toes. and then put gel on the rest of my toes. and they charged me for it. how are you going to charge me 15 extra dollars for putting acrylic on two big toes. that's ridiculous. would definitely not go back here because of that specifically. read more

Great place to get your nails done. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. They were able to accommodate me without appointment and they didn't rush my pedicure and full set even if they have other customers waiting. I'm also really happy with my nails. read more

I had a very disappointing experience. I came in with a couple of friends--my friends were getting pedicures while I was in the middle of getting my nails done. The technician stopped working on my nails due to being short-staffed and left me waiting for about 30 minutes. I clearly told them I needed to be at work by 12:00, yet they didn't resume my service until 11:30. On top of that, I was charged $75 for a nail shape I did not ask for or want, and the nail paint is already chipping within a day. Because of the delay, I ended up being 20 minutes late to work. Afterward, I tried calling the business to correct the issue, but I was told it was my fault and that they were not willing to help. read more

Requested a manicure and pedicure over the phone. In person the lady suggested for me to get gel because it would last longer. Ended with a french tip pedicure that has lasted. My gel manicure however did not withstand the test of time. By the second day the tips of my nails were lifting and peeling. My manicure was a clear gel manicure- I wanted something as natural as possible. So I ended up cutting and filing my nails at home. They still look decent. I would go back for a pedicure and if I get a manicure I would just get regular polish or no polish because it lasts the same as gel on my hands. read more

The tech didn't listen. He tried to sell me on gel nail polish and started arguing with me when I told him i wanted just regular polish. He clipped my fingernails extremely low and uneven. I didn't notice until I got home that he clipped my toenails completely off. When I complained the manager told me that I was. Ot welcome there ever again. I will never go there again. read more

I absolutely love this place. The girls are amazing. My husband and I got the vip pedicure and good lord we both almost fell asleep. The leg and foot massage was not like other places we been too where you feel rushed and only get like 30 seconds on each leg. Not at sky nails, they do an amazing job and you feel like you got your money's worth. I am so happy that we found these awesome ladies. read more

Horrible experience. She nipped a chunk of my skin. Roughly drilled my cuticles. Originally had 5 layers of polish on, which I know my fault for not saying anything when I saw her struggling. Literally she told the owner she didn't want to polish but she said to just do it. The owner took it off and redid them. But they had to cut and dig the polish out of the sidewalls and under my nails. read more

Checking "maps" on my iPhone, this morning I was close to this salon and decided to stop by and have my Grandpa get a hair cut and blade shave Totally liked that I was greeted with a smile and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The service was wonderful and the price ..... I was shocked when the Hairdresser says: 15 bucks !! That's a WONDERFUL price, go to a barber shop some where else, trust me you will spend up to 40 bucks for a cut and blade shave and then add the tip. This will now be the place I'll be bringing my Grandpa to get his cut and shave read more

I don't have words to express the AWESOME job Liz has done throughout the 3 years I've been going to her! I absolutely love the way we have been working on transitioning my hair to a lighter blonde! I explained that it was my first Brazilian wax. The service was discounted by half, so I spent $41.50 (including tip). I was also given a comprehensive breakdown of the entire process, including specific rules, especially when booking future appointments with European Wax Center. In this visit, I was served by Zoe. She was such an incredible wax specialist! We were both laughing and having a great time in our conversation. Because of this, it took less focus away from the waxing process itself. In essence, the entire waxing wasn't as painful as I anticipated. It definitely helped that I took Tylenol before the appointment, too. All in all, I had an extremely positive experience. I want to express my gratitude, especially to Zoe, for making it comfortable. I will definitely return here in the future.

I told her okay let me rebook on the app. They did have appointments ... so I rebooked for a hour later with a different waxer. When I come back she didn't check me in again or even acknowledge me. My prior waxer saw me again while I went to check out and ignored me again .. so weird considering the past 8 appointments she cried about her bf breaking up with her while she waxed me ..seems like they only care about themselves and not their clients. Then the front desk calls me to ask if I have any negative or positive feedback about my last apt.. umm that's awkward when it's the same front desk girl who completely lacked professionalism and good communication.. Why didn't they have someone else call? I made a formal complaint to corporate and never heard from anyone .. I'll never be back to this location.

I'm so glad we found this place after an hour drive looking for a good barber place. Liz and Tida are friendly. They both can really fade my boys hair. We're very satisfied with the cuts. I definitely recommend this place for boys who needs a clean fade. Plus they open until 7pm. The prices are average around here $10-$15. It's not that busy because of the location they're at. You can really miss it if you drive straight Pacific. It's in Arby's plaza. read more

my 3 year old son was long over due for a hair cut. Was recommended by a few people that this was the place. I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon wasn't to bad of a wait only 15mins said Tony. Few minutes later he was ready for us. He was very professional and kind. My son doesn't really like getting his hair cut he moves a lot, but Tony was very patient and did a great job. I just love this place. Liz is the best hairstylist and hair colorist. I have been going to Liz for roughly 6 years after years of trying many, many other people in town. I have never been disappointed in my haircut or my hair coloring. In fact, every time I get my hair colored I have so many compliments. Both my grown daughters and my husband go to Liz. I asked for us both to have the same service. Yet my daughter was done 25 minutes before me. When I inquired the manger said that we didn't. After what happened I didn't want to put my daughter thru that . The lady doing mine was great at massage but the paint job was bad and clumsy. The lady doing my daughter's didnt have her glasses borrowed another lady's. She got her glasses half way thru. A guy brought them in. My daughter texted me her toe was bleeding. I inquire. The lady claimed it was an ingrown. My daughter was confused. Once she got her glasses and noticed she rushed the pedicure and the workers were talking back and forth. I wish I had my translating ear buds on. Her toe was hurting walking and in the car I could see where her nail was cut and reshaped into the nail bed why it was bleeding. Black background was hr later. Blue back ground next day. Busy week so didn't go to the shop. Just went on to check if they responded, which they did but notice my full details we gone. The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision. Why would my daughter want to go back and she had a dance performance she couldn't do now due to pain in her toe. My photo update that stayed basic said this service should never happen and hope they contact me. The details need to be known.

The older technician appeared very distracted, repeatedly yawning throughout the service and taking a long time to even begin working on my nails. While drilling the old product off, she completely missed two nails, which I had to point out after she had already started applying polish. The nail tech station I was assigned to was also messy and not very clean, which was disappointing. Aside from that, the rest of the salon was pleasant and appeared well maintained. The polish application was sloppy, and instead of properly correcting mistakes, she repeatedly tried to clean them up with her fingernail, which only smeared the polish further. I requested chrome nails, but the chrome application was extremely messy and uneven. Again, I had to ask her to clean up the excess product around my nails. What concerned me most was that while filing after the top coat, she was actually filing my knuckles instead of just my nails. She seemed very disoriented throughout the appointment, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I am extremely unsatisfied with the quality of the Builder Gel fill and do not feel the service met professional standards. Please refer to the photos I posted, as they accurately reflect the poor quality of the finished work.

Out of courtesy, I should have been informed that they were running behind or asked if I preferred to reschedule. Unfortunately, that never happened. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
