The leg and foot massage was not like other places we been too where you feel rushed and only get like 30 seconds on each leg. Not at sky nails, they do an amazing job and you feel like you got your money's worth. I am so happy that we found these awesome ladies.

I loved Sky Nails and plan on returning when I decide to get a fill or new set. I feel like unfortunately you can find decent or okay nail artists at most shops, but few pay actual attention to small details. Sky Nails did a great job getting all the details on my nails right! I also feel like some nail shops can be dirty and do not clean their tools enough, THANK GOODNESS Sky Nails is CLEAN! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I enjoyed the energy in there and the staff were really kind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They took their time to make sure my set looked great. I feel like every girl has very specific wants with their acrylics and Sky Nails did mine right. The acrylic was not too thick and it was very even, they also made sure to not leave acrylic under my nail (which other shops have done so in the past). I also got the basic pedicure and feel like they did a great job. They also offer water bottles or a mimosa which I think is really cool. In person the lady suggested for me to get gel because it would last longer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ended with a french tip pedicure that has lasted. My gel manicure however did not withstand the test of time. By the second day the tips of my nails were lifting and peeling. My manicure was a clear gel manicure- I wanted something as natural as possible. [[HIGHLIGHT]]So I ended up cutting and filing my nails at home. They still look decent.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would go back for a pedicure and if I get a manicure I would just get regular polish or no polish because it lasts the same as gel on my hands.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] read more

The technician stopped working on my nails due to being short-staffed and left me waiting for about 30 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I clearly told them I needed to be at work by 12:00, yet they didn't resume my service until 11:30.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On top of that, I was charged $75 for a nail shape I did not ask for or want, and the nail paint is already chipping within a day. Because of the delay, I ended up being 20 minutes late to work. He tried to sell me on gel nail polish and started arguing with me when I told him i wanted just regular polish.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He clipped my fingernails extremely low and uneven. I didn't notice until I got home that he clipped my toenails completely off. When I complained the manager told me that I was. Ot welcome there ever again. I will never go there again. read more

Horrible experience. She nipped a chunk of my skin. Roughly drilled my cuticles. Originally had 5 layers of polish on, which I know my fault for not saying anything when I saw her struggling. Literally she told the owner she didn't want to polish but she said to just do it. The owner took it off and redid them. But they had to cut and dig the polish out of the sidewalls and under my nails. read more

Checking "maps" on my iPhone, this morning I was close to this salon and decided to stop by and have my Grandpa get a hair cut and blade shave Totally liked that I was greeted with a smile and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The service was wonderful and the price ..... I was shocked when the Hairdresser says: 15 bucks !! That's a WONDERFUL price, go to a barber shop some where else, trust me you will spend up to 40 bucks for a cut and blade shave and then add the tip. This will now be the place I'll be bringing my Grandpa to get his cut and shave read more

I don't have words to express the AWESOME job Liz has done throughout the 3 years I've been going to her! I absolutely love the way we have been working on transitioning my hair to a lighter blonde! My hair feels healthy and looks healthy regardless of all the bleaching we've done to it. She absolutely takes her time and she knows exactly what I like! That's what I about her! I was also given a comprehensive breakdown of the entire process, including specific rules, especially when booking future appointments with European Wax Center. In this visit, I was served by Zoe. She was such an incredible wax specialist! We were both laughing and having a great time in our conversation. Because of this, it took less focus away from the waxing process itself. In essence, the entire waxing wasn't as painful as I anticipated. It definitely helped that I took Tylenol before the appointment, too. All in all, I had an extremely positive experience. I want to express my gratitude, especially to Zoe, for making it comfortable. I will definitely return here in the future.

I see my waxer (Rattana) in the hall and she ignores me and shuts her door. When I come back out the front desk tells me I can't be seen bc I'm past 9 minutes even though I was there before the 9 minutes. She told me there were no more apts for the rest of the day. I told her okay let me rebook on the app. They did have appointments ... so I rebooked for a hour later with a different waxer. When I come back she didn't check me in again or even acknowledge me. My prior waxer saw me again while I went to check out and ignored me again .. so weird considering the past 8 appointments she cried about her bf breaking up with her while she waxed me ..seems like they only care about themselves and not their clients. Then the front desk calls me to ask if I have any negative or positive feedback about my last apt.. umm that's awkward when it's the same front desk girl who completely lacked professionalism and good communication.. Why didn't they have someone else call? I made a formal complaint to corporate and never heard from anyone .. I'll never be back to this location.

I'm so glad we found this place after an hour drive looking for a good barber place. Liz and Tida are friendly. They both can really fade my boys hair. We're very satisfied with the cuts. I definitely recommend this place for boys who needs a clean fade. Plus they open until 7pm. The prices are average around here $10-$15. It's not that busy because of the location they're at. my 3 year old son was long over due for a hair cut. Was recommended by a few people that this was the place. I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon wasn't to bad of a wait only 15mins said Tony. Few minutes later he was ready for us. He was very professional and kind. My son doesn't really like getting his hair cut he moves a lot, but Tony was very patient and did a great job. I just love this place. Liz is the best hairstylist and hair colorist. I have been going to Liz for roughly 6 years after years of trying many, many other people in town. I have never been disappointed in my haircut or my hair coloring. In fact, every time I get my hair colored I have so many compliments. Both my grown daughters and my husband go to Liz. I came into his shop on my lunch break. I went in to get a specific shape done (pointy stiletto to be a exact), I told him what I wanted and to make it Matte. He removed the remainder of the gel set that was left from the previously set I had on. He filed my nails and buffed them. He moved onto putting the new set of nails on, it was fine. He filed/buffed/shaped them. By this time my lunch break was coming to an end so I told him. He said to come back after work and he'll finish them off. When I came back he barely fixed the rest and started painting them. He then made them shiny. I told him that's not what I asked for, he said he didn't hear me in the beginning. Also he didn't have any matte polish left. Ok fine whatever. I said shiny is fine then, I can't force him to make them matte if he doesn't even have it. Anyhow he finishes the set and at first glance they look ok. I was in a hurry and I left. When I got into my car and at closer inspection I realize how crooked and slanted to the side the nails truly were. The point of my nail should have been centered to the middle of my cuticle - not slanting to the left or right. Not only that, they were not skinny what so ever. I wanted them to be thinner. The only positive thing I can say is they were at least smooth and buffed well. Which he did a good job of. Now I can say from a distance they looked okay. But anyone who looked closer at them told me I shoulda gone somewhere else. I was upset, Vy usually always does a good job. So I thought I could go back in and ask him to file the side to shape them to be skinnier and make the point of my stilettos centered. He wasn't in so I thought to come back the next day after work. When I went in he had stepped out. I was told by his employee to come back later. I figured I'll just come back and talk to him about it. He's usually so nice, he'd take a look and just adjust the nails that weren't to my liking and he'd just fix the nails that were too wide. I get a message from him on Venmo, saying that there was nothing wrong with the nails, they were straight and smooth so he doesn't see an issue. Except there was, hence why I came back. And I told him that they're not centered but the color is fine. I can come in and show him. He didn't even want to take a look at them. I told him I f he doesn't want to take a look at them and doesn't want to fix them, just give me a refund and I can go someplace else. He ended up giving me a refund and sent a green pukey "" emoji attached to refund. Are you serious??? That's unprofessional, and immature and a very sure way to lose a loyal customer. It was not very good customer service on his part, especially considering he's done better. The lady I went to after definitely fixed the problem and she definitely saw the issue with the nails. I requested chrome nails, but the chrome application was extremely messy and uneven. Again, I had to ask her to clean up the excess product around my nails. What concerned me most was that while filing after the top coat, she was actually filing my knuckles instead of just my nails. She seemed very disoriented throughout the appointment, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I am extremely unsatisfied with the quality of the Builder Gel fill and do not feel the service met professional standards.
