This salon has a history of disrespecting women of color! Black women in particular. The customer service is terrible thanks to the MAN who sits at station one. My nails came out very nice however the nail color on my toes was extremely light colored so I asked if I could change the color. He said he would have to charge an additional $25. I said, well that doesn't seem fair if I'm still here and not very happy with the color. He proceeded to raise his voice , and get irate. I paid for my services and tipped the two ppl who actually worked on my nails. No problem. I just didn't want to leave knowing I would be going to Hawaii and wasn't completely happy with how the color looked on my toes. He proceeded to tell me to get out of his salon, saying he doesn't care what I'm saying, threatening to call the police ect . Flat out rude and disrespectful. Michelle went above and beyond on my husband. I highly recommend prebooking. My husband had Michelle and let me tell you, this guy has rough hands and feet. Went for a pedicure and received the 3rd level pedi $45 I thought that was reasonable until I left. The place is small and cute. However expect no AC which is not comfortable to enjoy a relaxing service. The girl took her time tidying my nails which I liked. The biggest complaint is my pedicure didn't come with a foot massage. Hot stones on the calves aren't enough for me to feel like it's a quality service. I upgrade the service for a better massage not for a steam gel and hot stones. I ended up leaving paying $75 with a tip. So $10 for French and $10 to upgrade to gel $65 and 15% tip. Guess I should've just opted out of the tip. I don't mind paying if the service is excellent. The shop was cute and all but the employee who did my pedicure cut my skin raw and removed an entire strip. It's been about a week since I've gotten the pedicure and the side of my toe is still purple, sore, and leaking puss. They had little patience for me and essentially slapped my foot to move it in and out of the water, and rushed through the entire pedicure. I also feel like they were judging my legs for the amount of hyperpigmentation I had on them. I came to get my nails done for my wedding, I was looking forward to a nice relaxing day getting a pedicure with a nice massage. Pedicure was rushed, felt like they wanted to get rid of me easily. Pedicure didn't even last 25min. Water was cold, it just wasn't relaxing. My full set was okay not the best, I usually get a hand massage after the nails and the whole time I just felt like it was all rushed and no massage. So if you're in a rush. The customer service! I am a regular, full service client who tips well. I had a 3pm appointment and I was expecting to get a full set and pedicure. Instead I was left to soak in acetone for 1 hour 45 mins while he did 3 other people's nails. I got french tip and the lady went right in with the white tip, no pink base. I asked her if I could get a light pink base and she told me that the pink base would "mess up" the white tip. I didn't want to argue so I let her finish. When she was done I realized that my big toe was messed up and the French tip was not even. And there were also smudges. That's when I realized she had another client waiting and that's why she was in a rush. Long story short...they have no sense of time and were unprofessional. The nail salon is conveniently located by my favorite store, Target. Also, a walking distance from Delta College. Everytime I come here, I'm always acknowledged and staff is consistently cordial. I would give 4 stars except the prices on window display do not match what they actually charge. Still $15 bucks for a bill is not bad. You can schedule an Appt or walk in. the lady that did my nails was really nice . I came with my roommate and was referred by my friend to this shop. it's owned by some nice ladies who have nice tingly foot scrubs that i like. For a pedicure, the total including tip was 20-22 dollars for me. My friend and I came in and we came out in a hour. It's not usually not that busy here, but they do get spurts of customers from time to time. One of the massage chairs don't really work, but overall, i thought it was nice that you can adjust the massaging chairs. They usually have soap opera shows on their television, and there's about 4-5 nail stations and 4-5 pedicure stations. This place is across from NAIL USA. Don't need an appointment, you can just do a walk in. read more

If you need a quick and cheap nail job.. this is the place to go. However if you have any expectations of receiving QUALITY nail service..keep driving. They are rude, they discriminate based on your skin color and how you look.. and they talk crap in their language as if no one can tell. They tell you $25 but by the time your nails are done it's gone up to $35. Because they cut your cuticles or because they rubbed lotion on for you(that you never asked for). I asked for a pastel pink polish, and the lady said to me "Are you sure.. your skin is very dark. You need a darker color" I also wear my natural nails.. she filed and drilled them so thin so they continue to break and tear now. I take care of my nails, taking breaks from polish, taking vitamins ect. My nails have yet to return to their normal state since leaving this place. I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years.. and I've never experienced such poor customer service and unprofessionalism. Never returning. Magnolia nail salon in the SAME parking lot (next to Goodwill) is much better. It may be a $5-$10 more expensive but it is worth it. 2nd time here... what happened in the 4 months since I last came? Walked in, and was ignored for about 5 minutes. We started picking out our polish, and finally were 'greeted' (yelled at). We were told they were too busy, come back at 4. Ok. Annoying. So we wander Stockton for an hour. Came back at 4:20, and were ignored yet again. We start picking out our colors, (after all, she told us to come back, right?). After about 5 more ignored minutes, (and alot less customers this time), I loudly ask, over the din of daytime tv: 'So... are you too busy still, or...?' Only then were we acknowledged. 'I take you right now. 5 minutes I take you'. Yeah right, we thought. Forget it. AND... after all this, upon leaving we noticed the sign said they closed at 4 on Sundays! And anyway, it was so hot in there, it was about one unopened nail polish bottle away from an explosion. Go, if you must. But DO NOT expect service. And DO NOT tip. read more

I went Friday 05/04 had an appt with Cindy, when I'd called to make my appt, they said she'd only worked saturdays & it was my first time ever getting a full set somewhere new. I'd read about Cindy on another post that's why I asked for her, so when they'd told me she only worked Saturday's, I said anyone was fine. When I got there, turned out she was able to come in! She did a full set, natural. They are absolutely amazing & I love them. I also got a gel pedicure, they did great.
