my mother-in-law has been coming to this establishment for years and they're always incredibly kind and very good at what they do. They are also very accommodating and a few occasions that I have gone just to sit there because I had driven my mother-in-law and daughter, but did not get a service done, they made a spot for me in a chair so that I could sit and work while I waited. Whether it's a manicure pedicure, acrylics, or even just removal of your acrylics, they are fantastic and very reasonable. Highly recommended read more

I haven't been to fresher in YEARS and decide give them a try again. The shop looks cute and clean inside. Hannah did my nails perfectly and gave me the best pedicure I've had in a really long time! If you like simple natural nails, she's your girl. She's so sweet too. The man in the front who works the register and answers the phone is really nice too. Second visit with Julie and I'm definitely a client. Gel fill is meticulously done andaesthetically pleasing. Gave me a much needed new nail shape.... When I went In everything looks nice & neat. The front desk was ok this place is a rip off the service I can give a 2 stars & the laddies was tryna tax me because I got a full set & a pedi my nails full set was told $45 it was short & a French tip was $25 extra wtf I asked too many times how much is a French tip they told me 5$ & pedi with French tip extra $105 this don't make no sense I had to paid $170 never coming back again. Got charged $60 for this and my tips aren't even painted because of typing?? Like what?? I expect my tips to be painted. Will not be returning here again. Under new ownership - terribly hostile man who has put cameras up everywhere to the point it is ridiculous. Everyone looks uncomfortable around him, long term employe quit who was awesome. The new owner is rude and socially inept towards customers and has anger issues I don't feel comfortable there due to his open hostility and micromanagement. Will be bringing new business elsewhere - don't waste your $$$! I've been going there for more than ten years and I'm not going to go there anymore! read more

On 3-17-23 at 12:30pm - I had a face wax appointment. She tried to do a facial wax for $75.00. I said no just wanted a face wax . She charged me $55.00 and burned my forehead . Gave me ointment that was in different language from another county. It's two days later and my forehead still hurts . I will never let her touch my face - don't use this shop. I have been going to this nail shop for about 11 years and I have not been to any other one since I started going here. I love the staff an the owner who make it a point to know all their customers by name . The services are superb and at a very reasonable price. If your not going to Fresher Nails then your nails an feet are probably ugly lol read more

I have been going here for a year now seeing a lady by the name of Nicki, last week Nicki did my pedicure and tried to force me to get gel polish on my toes as she always does, I told her I don't want to pay $25 extra for polish. If you look at the picture you will see what my pedicure looks like. When I explained to her I was any satisfied she told me she had another client. I'm very upset! This looks like a 3yr old did my feet! Also, when I tried to go back so she can fix it, she told the person that answers the phone not to book with her again, the nerve of her to be upset with me! I went to get my toes done the other day. I told them how I was in the army and they went someone and talked about my sister in law and I and Called us "rich people." Then they were "jokingly" talking about my toes because I just came back from being in the field for 20 weeks so they didn't look the best. They also didn't like that we didn't get gel because it was $20 extra dollars each. She pulled chunks of my skin out of my toe and said she needed to and it hurt really bad as well as left holes in my toe. Today I got home from work and my whole foot was in a lot of pain so when I pulled my sock off I saw that my toe was swollen and infected. I'm extremely disgusted, I don't even know how to go about this. read more

OMG!! I can't say enough great things about this place!! I've been going to my nail tech Julie since 2019 and followed her to this shop over a year ago and it is amazing. Great customer service from the front desk reception to the nail techs!! Love me some Mikey! I have never had any issues with booking appointments with this shop at all. I love their system where you can text them for an appointment and they get back to me right away. It is a very relaxing nail salon as well, great place to get pedicures too! read more

Jimmy ALWAYS gets me right with my pedicures! His massages are bomb and he always knows exactly what i want. I don't go to any one else for pedi's. This is a gem that I found today. Super clean very nice customer service. They even offer water, orange juice or coffee. I had Kay doing my pedicure and we chatted and it was so very relaxing, please do try them they will not disappoint. I got the $40 pedicure with callous remover and paraffin wax. read more

I went in for a pedicure this morning and was seen with Nikki who did my pedicure. First of all she did a half job and did not take her time. She cut my toe next to my big toe and she was digging out a supposedly ingrown but there was never an ingrown toenail. I had nothing bothering me so why was she digging in the first place. And from my understanding a pedicure is suppose to last about maybe 1 hour and she took 20 mins to do my pedicure just to go sit back down in her chair to be on her phone. I will not be returning here EVER again! And then on top of everything I experienced today I was still charged $60 dollars for my pedicure!!! read more

I usually go here as a walk-in and the nail techs are amazing. But I recently got my pedicure done by Hannah and she cut my toenails too deep. She ripped the ends of my towel nails off and caused them to bleed. It's day three since the painful nail removal. My toes are infected. They are swollen, red, and have puss. I don't recommend Hannah. She likes to cut toenails deep and will cause I grown nails and bleeding. I'm sad because I love this nail salon and I don't think I will let them book me with Hannah ever again. Now I have to go see my doctor. read more

This review is for Jimmy - It was my first time coming to this nail salon. I haven't had acrylics on for about 3 years so I was a bit nervous getting them again and letting someone new do my nails but I'm glad I took the plunge. Jimmy was very efficient and careful when he did my nails. He made sure the nail length was to my liking and did a great job blending to make the white ombré color. The shape of my nails was more than what I expected - they weren't chunky and felt very light weight. Overall a positive experience here! read more

NEVER AGAIN! If you can find a nail or toes lady at home service go with THEM! The ladies here have the SNOBBIEST ATTITUDES ever and there manicures and pedicures aren't EVEN WORTH IT! The lady claimed it was an ingrown. My daughter was confused. Once she got her glasses and noticed she rushed the pedicure and the workers were talking back and forth. I wish I had my translating ear buds on. Her toe was hurting walking and in the car I could see where her nail was cut and reshaped into the nail bed why it was bleeding. Black background was hr later. Blue back ground next day. Busy week so didn't go to the shop. Just went on to check if they responded, which they did but notice my full details we gone. The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision. Why would my daughter want to go back and she had a dance performance she couldn't do now due to pain in her toe. My photo update that stayed basic said this service should never happen and hope they contact me. The details need to be known.

Upon choosing my pedicure I was offered a beverage, from wine to juice to water. (Yes please!) Several scents are offered for the pedicure. I went with Crystal Waters (in preparation for my cruise), and as soon as she poured the first round into the water, I knew I made the right choice. The tools used came right out of a package- not something I'm accustomed to but highly appreciative! Jenny did the pedicure- Happy with the results! (And she's really sweet!) When it came time for my new set, Alina took over. She looked at the design/color scheme I wanted and dove right in. I love that she chose the colors for my middle finger- It turned out exactly as I would have hoped! I think it's safe to say I've finally found a place that I'll consider my "go to" spot! That alone says a lot about his professionalism and kindness. This was my first time at this establishment, and everyone I observed was friendly and welcoming. It felt respectful and comfortable, unlike some places where staff talk in another language and you're left wondering what's being said. Here, I felt included and well taken care of. Nelson, Emmy, and Nina are amazing -- they're friendly, welcoming, and always make each visit a great experience. I usually stick to French tips or solid colors because I'm indecisive with colors, but they always do a beautiful job no matter what I choose. If you're looking for a new nail salon, I definitely recommend this place!
