Showed Mindy inspo picture and she exceeded expectation for our little ones birthday. Andy did two of our pedicures, he was gentle and mindful of care. Tracy did a wax of brows and lip, was gentle and did great shape. Facility was clean and relaxing. Thank you. First time client, Definitely will return.

This place was great! My mom got a Pedi and wax and I got a Mani. I have been to many nail salons and never have I had someone who cared so much about making my nails look great. Her attention to detail and care made me love this place. My mom love LOVES her toes and if Mama loves it, then you know we'll be back!! Thank you for the royalty treatment.

I called Lavender Nails & Spa to see if they could accommodate me and my coworker on short notice since we both got off work early. They were able to fit us in, even though we arrived at 5:40 PM and they close at 6:30 PM. Despite my concern that they might rush, the staff did a fantastic job. The only issue was that I don't normally get pedicures, so I was quite ticklish and had a few questions that were not fully understood. However, the overall experience was great. Thank you for taking us in last minute! We'll definitely come again, hopefully not so close to closing time.

I wasn't too sure what I wanted so I decided to pick quite a few and let me tell you Win did a MAGNIFICENT job on it all.

Went in her salon and made a appt and took it from there. Her shop is very nice N clean! They even offer you drinks. Restroom is very clean as well. Overall the view of the inside shop is spectacular. There isn't anything that I can call out for. Parking is a little tight but...first come first serve . My sister, daughters (I even include my daughter friend as my own) and I is VERY please with our result. Win has definitely win our business. I'm not going to any other places for my nails NO MORE!!

Best salon in Stockton ! Customer service is beyond amazing ! Super friendly check in with you if there's a wait. The nail techs are skilled ! Friendly and the salon has a great vibe and atmosphere ! I rarely get my nails done, once a year I treat myself and this new year it's for my vegas trip! She was quick done in an hour, great customer service, offered coffee tea or mimosa. Very clean. Found my go to. Thank you win. Met some great people there As well.

Let me just start by saying if I could give 10 stars I would. I was greeted at the door by Sam who offered me a complimentary beverage (A LARGE YUMMY MIMOSA)... then Win seated me and got to work. Not only do I LOVE my nails, but Win is the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the design. That's my girl and I'll be back for sure!

I've been eyeing this spot for a while but had a good reason to spend the money this time around. Well definatly be back the vibe is calming relaxing all the things you want on a stressful day or a calm day to keep going! Services were decently priced & it was very good work. Pedicure & full set in & out within a hour & a 1/2. Water was given & a lovely pillow that was definatly nice while getting my pedicure. Thank you Tracy for the overdue pedicure & my daughter's tech for her lovely 11th birthday nail set! I'm still sitting in the shop as I write this post way to go ladies! read more

Owners have changed. I have a love and hate relationship with this shop . I like that it's clean. I have had to visit the ER twice due to them cutting my nails incorrectly during my pedi. It caused my nail to be ingrown causing excruciating pain. I recently went the day before my wedding to get my nails. I went in requesting to get jewels and bling on my nails . I was not able to get what I requested due to the nail tech getting up in the middle of doing my nails to do some one else eye brows, she got up again to do a fill, I was at the nail shop for over 3 hours. I was mostly sad about not having the nails I wanted for my wedding . I understand she wanted to make her money and she still charged me $240 dollars for a pedi cure and a basic pink powder full set no jewels nothing. The disrespect. I played it cool didn't make a scene and left . I will never go back read more

Nice vibe, it was quiet for a Thursday evening after work. Met Sally, she did my pedicure. She was very friendly and nice. Wasn't pushy or rude. My toenails came out clean and cute. My feet were soft. I met Timmy he did my acrylics. I did simple and round. He listened very carefully and we had great conversation. I would definitely go back and get my fills here. read more

Kevin did his thing Definitely highly recommend. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and welcoming. Always a pleasure to be in their presence. They pay attention to detail, ask questions to ensure you're getting what you want. Mimosas, tea, coffee, water.. you may want to go with ur girls for monthly treats as they offer shots on your birthday just make sure you got a designated driver. I absolutely love this place; first & foremost her & husband are an amazing little power couple, good conversation (if you want it!) not pushy, took me in with a last minute "911 I need a full set" call both very accommodating & down to earth! The environment is relaxing & somewhat secluded I love the plant vibe as well! This girl is talented & soon we won't be able to squeeze in, she'll be booking in advance! I have finally found a place I can go to get my nails done The place was peaceful And girl they have mimosas She was on time Yall ain't hearing me SHE WAS ON TIME I dont know how many times I had to WAIT when I had a 9:30 appointment a few minutes fine but some of these nail shops aint it Plus she can do anything you bring and is up for the challenge I will be back and might get a little tipsy while I'm there read more

I followed Win here from her previous shop and omg let me tell you, my first time here has been the best nail salon experience i've ever had. I would recommend everyone to come here even though i wanna keep this gem to myself . The hospitality was unmatched and the glass of mimosa on my entry was just the cherry on top. Today was her off day, but she still made an effort to take care of me accommodating to my schedule early in the morning. You would never regret her service. Let me start off by saying: I was in Stockton for a conference. However, I had nothing but kindness from every single person I encountered in Stockton; and this salon was no exception! I called as soon as I checked into my hotel to set up an appointment, and they were able to fit me in that evening. It's a tradition of mine to get a pedicure on the first day; just to relax, unwind, and have pretty toes! I found this salon on Yelp after seeing all the amazing reviews, and now I absolutely understand why. The manicurist was so kind and friendly, and she gave me the best calf massage I've ever had (she even mentioned my legs were very tight!). She was incredibly detailed and took her time with every step. I spent about an hour and twenty minutes there, and it felt wonderful to be pampered and not rushed. This place is truly a gem; I would definitely be a regular if I lived locally!

The lady doing my daughter's didnt have her glasses borrowed another lady's. She got her glasses half way thru. A guy brought them in. My daughter texted me her toe was bleeding. I inquire. The lady claimed it was an ingrown. My daughter was confused. Once she got her glasses and noticed she rushed the pedicure and the workers were talking back and forth. I wish I had my translating ear buds on. Her toe was hurting walking and in the car I could see where her nail was cut and reshaped into the nail bed why it was bleeding. Black background was hr later. Blue back ground next day. Busy week so didn't go to the shop. Just went on to check if they responded, which they did but notice my full details we gone. The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision. Why would my daughter want to go back and she had a dance performance she couldn't do now due to pain in her toe. My photo update that stayed basic said this service should never happen and hope they contact me. The details need to be known.

Nin finally finished around 12:20 with the client before me . no thank you for rescheduling , nothing . okay cool . she started on my pedicure , overall it felt like a rushed experience . told her i wanted acrylic on both of my big toes , my right foot already had it . told her i wanted a refill , she instead smoothed it out .. her words . but now that toe looks clumpy at the cuticle . we went back & forth about the yellow color i picked . she forgot to add acrylic to my left toe ; i had to remind her. i gave the option white base with yellow on top or 3 coats of yellow to make it pop . she skipped over the leg massage & hot towels . it's time to pay .. she told me it was $50 & trust me paying is not the issue . so i told her , i was waiting for the hot towels & the leg massage what happened ? she said she forgot & blamed it on being busy & forgetting . whether i'm paying for the express or super mega deluxe package .. complete the full service . she charged me $35 but said it should be $50 for the fact she used gel . i paid , thanked her & left . i will not come back , i really hate to leave this review . but it is what it is .

The environment is such an amazing vibe the attention and excellence on every detail they give on the nails that are done are amazing. They last long, no lift. I've been going to Lavender Nails in Stockton on Waterloo Road for the last 2 years Tracy is the best I pay $90 for my nails and a pedicure I just read that someone posted they paid $240 and has also been to the emergency room due to cutting too low on her toes I've never seen it happen and I've never seen her charge $240 even with Fancy Nails and all the bling I recommend Lavender Nails to all my friends . read more
