I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. with Tracy, who even asked me to spell my name. When I arrived, the only male nail tech in the shop (he sits directly behind the first seat when you walk in) wouldn't even look up or acknowledge me, which felt odd, considering he's always the one I go to to get my nails done. I even this guybut I brushed it off. When I confirmed my appointment, the woman whispered to me, "We can't do your nails." I asked why, and she said it was because I had left them a review. Honestly, I didn't even remember leaving a review, because I'm not one to hold onto things that can be resolved. Instead of addressing or correcting any past issue, she told me they would never do my nails again just because of that review. This is not how good business works. Professional businesses resolve issues with customers -- they don't retaliate or discriminate. Please be mindful of where you spend your money. Which can be annoying to some so don't bother if you're in a rush or impatient. In my opinion it's worth it, I always get compliments on my nails. Booooo. This place sucks. Prices are clearly printed on the menu sheet - $35 for a full set & they charged DOUBLE for a plain, NO POLISH, clear acrylic set. Yes $70 for a full set, no design. My friend wanted a fill, they said $35. Not as bad considering pricing on menu depicts $25+ but still. Overall service was just okay - nothing special, I would definitely expect better for the prices we were charged. Just know that if you're coming to this salon the prices that they're charging are NOT the same prices that are on the menu or anything even close for that matter. We won't be coming back. read more

My mother and I received good service here and were helped right away as we made an appointment two days ahead. The staff were nice for the most part besides my nail tech who was laughing randomly and getting nervous. I'm not sure why, but it was uncomfortable. Our pedicure service was great, however, our manicure did not turn out how we wanted it to. My mother asked her nail tech to keep her almond nail shape and apply acrylic powder only with no fake nail extensions, but she got neither. She ended up with shorter, round nails and only gel polish. I wanted a full set (square shaped) with marble designs similar to the first pic (edit: it's not showing now and it's not my picture), but the black lines on my nails turned out thicker then the first picture and looked more like water color so I asked the nail tech to add glittery gold lines between the black polish to define the black water colored lines and make it more sharp. My nails are a little too thick and it was filed at a slant so at side angles it looks diagonal. My nails are nice, but it wasn't what I asked for. I showed the nail tech the picture of the nail design I wanted, she took a picture on her phone, and she never looked back at the picture for reference. read more

Bee did a very good job doing my sisters nails but charged her extra because she brought her baby in. They had two appointments and were checked in for it at 3:30, my sister got inside the building @ 3:33 & although, the other individual checked in for them both & LET THEM KNOW SHE WAS GETTING HER CHILD they said it was ok & checked the both of them in!!! Not very good customer service for charging her having her baby with her!! Work is very good but if you are going to charge extra for kids then that should be known before starting any services! PLEASE READ! Absolutely horrendous. Honestly this place deserves 0 stars. I got my nails done yesterday and I even called before going in because I had seen an ad saying $18 for a full set. Wow! That's so cheap it's too good to be true, right? It was. Let me start off by saying, I got married almost a month and a half ago and I still had my wedding set on. They were white and pink ombre and didn't look that bad but they were getting too long and starting to lift and I wanted a fresh set for an upcoming trip. I didn't get the $18 set that I wanted. I kept asking questions just to make sure that's what I was getting and none of them were answered due to the language barrier. Halfway through of her drilling my nails she informed me that my set would be $29. I should've left right then because the rest of my experience was a nightmare. She didn't even take the lifting acrylic nails off! She drilled them down to be flesh with my nail bed, cut me three times during the process (left index, right index and right ring finger) and proceeded to put a clear powder ON TOP of my month and a half old nails! Take note that the worst cut she gave me she was drilling along my cuticle (left index) and KEPT DRILLING as she looked up -away from my hand- and started talking to the person who had just walked in. I also told her multiple times that I did not want gel, I wanted colored powder. After she basically filled my nails and shaped them, she then used gel paint on the top!! I walked out paying $15 more than expected for my set, and extremely disappointed. I didn't have a new set at all! I felt like I had gotten a fill and paid full set price for it!! I attached pictures of my cuts, the gel paint coming off only a few hours later, the crack in the side of my nail and what my nails look like underneath due to her not giving me a new set but rather drilling, shaping and painting my old set.
