Over the weekend I went to change nozzle and the whole end BROKE OFF. I had my receipt went in yesterday to return Sept 26 2022. I explain that I had for only 2 months and it broke the lady at the front said we only refund after a month. So I spend over $40.00 for something that only works for 2 months?? I threw it in the garbage and will never return to Ace Hardware in Youngtown. I will now shop at Home Depot or Lowes so if something does break I know I can exchange or refund. Make sure you sign up for their app and get your phone into their system so you can get good deals. Drop by regularly since they have lots of seasonal items. Some years back they used to have a popcorn machine and it was such fun to browse around while munching some free popcorn. I wish they'd bring it back as it added a special festival atmosphere, even if they have to put a little coin box for people to kick in some quarters...Keep your money local and shop here when you can.
