My husband asked me to pick up a quart for our door and get paint chips for the house colors so that we had them to use in the future. I tried go in on Sunday, but they had temporary hours listed and were closed. This was a little inconvenient bc they're listed online as being open, but it was really not a big deal, so I went back today. The setup was confusing. There are two counters opposite and one person was serving two customers at one counter and a gentleman was doing something on the computer at the other, so I wasn't certain where I was to go to receive service bc he looked busy. I went to the sample wall, but there was a couple looking at them and just standing there staring in the way, so I started to walk back to the front and the gentleman on the computer then helped me. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and informed me that they have been out of my specified paint type and color for several months. They can't call to let you know if and when it comes in. Ok... Bummer. I'll still get the paint chips and call back later to check in occasionally. I specifically said that my husband wanted me to pick up paint chips. He replies "Well I have samples of the two colors". Again I asked, "Ok, so you don't have paint chips or a sample of the third color?" and was told again "Well I can get you samples of the two." I'm thinking, ok, great. If I can't get paint chips the samples should be fine bc it'll be the true color and I can get 2 out of 3... You have to pay for the samples though, which I actually didn't need at all. Oh, and btw, the discount can't be applied to the samples... Of course... After I pay for two paint samples, he then said "Did you still need those paint chips?" This is where my experience soured. I specifically asked for paint chips when I entered and now they're giving them to me after implying they don't have them. So you got $10 bucks from me, which I had no need to spend, but I'll take my paint chips across the street to color match from here on out. This really felt like bait and switch. At least he prevented me from wasting my time and money at other locations bc they're out valley wide of what I need.

I also purchased 1 gallon of white paint. Left store returned later in the week for more supplies I talk to different employee and he said the employee charged wrong price for both 5 gallon ($50.00 more) and the 1 gallon can of paint at twice its price. So I received a refund of $372.09 dollars. A week after I called home office to complain I received a phone call and was informed the this individual turned in his 2 week notice. So he stole from a customer so their answer was to let him resign and passed the thief onto an unsuspecting business and employees

More expensive, but they have good product lines and commercial tends to lean towards them more at this time because of their quality compared to other brands.

I called this place and spoke to Andrea who was a color consultant at the time. She not only stopped by at the building but took a good amount of time to find a good fit of colors. I would have never figured it out myself. She made it modern looking but also not too many colors so that everything flowed really well. I've since been back to this location and the woman there that was working on a Saturday was also fantastic. She told me that Andrea no longer works there but she still does this line of work for Sherwin Williams somewhere locally. She was super friendly and my painter/helper and I were very impressed with her figuring out how to match a 3 year old paint job for some renovation work. She took out sample and let us look at how it would compare. She also was very good at conversation it was like we were all great friends. It's not a busy store so you will get very good service and attention. I also can call in and purchase paints over the phone and my contractor can pick it up. Easy easy...
