Meatball Pepperoni Parm Pizza (added mushrooms)

After a long day of flight delays and rebookings, I found myself in a hotel room with no desire to leave in the pouring rain. Tony's SAVED THE DAY with its delicious menu and delivery service. I was having issues placing an online order, so I called and they took care of me quickly! The woman who answered the phone was polite and quick, and the man who delivered (I wish I would have gotten his name) was super nice and called me when he pulled up. I wish I'd had more cash on me to tip more than 20%! Thank you for making my long travel day better! Your driver came through during a legit storm and handed me a lovely pepperoni / meatball & parm pie, a huge salad and some tiramisu. All soooo good! If I find myself here again you have a customer for life!

One of the best pizza spots in Newark hands down! We would order at work frequently.

I ordered the grilled chicken parmesan. It came with pasta, salad and dinner roll. They told me it will be delivered within the hour. It arrived within 30 minutes. It was hot and fresh. The chicken was thick and not breaded, but loaded with cheese. The spaghetti was cook just right. The dinner roll was tasty , but not hot. There was plenty of food and it filled me up, the only negative was the chicken was a little dry.

Tony's Grandma Pizza pie out this world thank you Tony for the pie !!!!!

We'll Tony drop off two pies one being a grandma pie which was on the money , I love the crispy thin crust. The sausage and sweet onions was on the money !!!! My across the street neighbor Joe highly recommended the pizzas from tony in Newark! I can't wait to try another combination on our next visit .

    Cheesesteak

Ordered a cheesesteak for $8 and no meat all bread. You only paying for bread and don't ask for onions and peppers you get even less meat, ridiculous

We just finished our first Tony's Pizza experience after a recommendation from the man who checked us into our airport hotel this afternoon. The prices are reasonable, the ingredients tasted fresh and our delivery arrived quickly. We got the wings with fries in addition to our pizza and I wasn't crazy about either, but my husband and son liked them. I appreciated the fact that they gave us two large ramekins of ranch with the wings though! All in all I'm feeling pretty satisfied with a belly full of pizza- now I just need to try to keep my stuffed jet lagged self awake for a few more hours!

Personal Pie, Mushrooms, Spinach, Fresh Garlic and Fresh Mozzarella. Soooooo Goooood and Flavorful.

PROS 1. Friendly Staff 2. Personal Pie, Mushrooms, Spinach, Fresh Garlic and Fresh Mozzarella is BOMB!!!!! 3. Reasonable Prices. CONS 1. Meatball Parmesan Sandwich needs Extra Italian Flavor in the Meatballs. Perhaps, some Fresh Chopped/Puree Garlic and Parsely, in the Meatball Mix? The Fresh Mozzarella, Marinara Sauce and Bread was Good. The Meatballs was so BLAND that he Marinara Sauce couldn't even Help the Meatball....

This IS NOT on the menu. I wish it was

I immediately stopped on the Vietnamese restaurant with almost a perfect rating at 4.9 stars and 500+ reviews. I'm equally excited, and skeptical. NY/NJ residents aren't the easiest to win over. I walked maybe 6 min to the restaurant. It was a nice sized store front with a well lit dining room, and self and full service kiosk. I was immediately greeted by the staff, I chose to do self serve. Even with that, I still felt very welcomed and engaged once I placed my order. All the items were displayed, and looked fresh. The staff carefully put together a teriyaki salad bowl, and pho for me in about 10 minutes. Once I got the food to my hotel room, I was genuinely impressed. The Pho was so rich in flavor, without being too salty. The noodles were the perfect texture. 10/10. A few hours later after the gym I cracked open the salad bowl. This was referred to me by the staff vs the lemon grass chicken. I am glad I listened, the amount of tender juicy chicken is impressive. The crispy lettuce, and robust tomatoes were a great combination of healthy, and hearty. Bahn & Bo deserves the accolades it's earned, and the one I made up at the beginning. Pro tip: The prices are so good, and so are the portion sizes. If you are looking for fresher, lighter, healthier, skip the Chipotle and Qdobas around the corner, and come here.

Basic seating with nothing fancy. A full jar of fresh pickles is on the table. The pastrami is second to none. Seriously. You get a generous portion of pastrami on rye. Greasy, fatty, just perfect! The onion rings are the best. They are famous for a reason. I go a few times a month so, I'm always greeted by name and promptly seated. The food always arrives shortly after the order is taken.

Luckily I found Hobby's Delicatessen via Find Me Gluten Free and was so glad to find that they do legitimate gluten-free options with a dedicated fryer and prep space to prevent cross contamination. I had the gluten-free pastrami wrap with fries for $23.95 and my husband had the #5 pastrami and corned beef with coleslaw and Russian dressing for $25.95. he also got the drip coffee with free refills for $3.25. Service was amazing. Owner's came out and chatted with us and preemptively made sure that I was aware that my food was safe for me to consume. Our waitress was incredibly personable and sweet. There were free pickles on the table. I'm not even a pickle person but I had three because again, I've been dying for vegetables after being in Europe. Great portions, safe celiac options, personable service, refillable drinks and no charge to use the toilets (although I didn't need to use them during this visit) This is what makes American restaurants great and Hobby's ticks all of those boxes.
