They did deliver to the airport hotel - note the Bolsonaro sticker.

Call me narrow minded but I have to agree with other pizza snobs on Yelp that this is not what most would consider decent pizza. It might be authentic (I hope it's not), at least the delivery driver had a Bolsonaro '17 sticker on his car. So there's that. To be more precise, it was soggy, with thick cheese and the only topping that might not have come straight out of a can would be the watery tomatoes. On the upside, they did deliver to Newark airport and the Brazilian soda was a hit with the kids who got a major sugar rush out of it.

Is this the best pizza I've ever had? Not the best "traditional" pizza, but Brazilian Pizza is pretty darn delicious! If you want a plain slice, you should probably go somewhere else. Don't get me wrong, plain Italian/American-style pizza is great, but sometimes it's nice to change it up! They have a huge menu; toppings galore! We decided on the Portuguese pie because hey, why not! This included: eggs, olives, onions, tomatoes, mozzarella, and presunto [aka prosciutto or "ham" (not really ham)]. If you want a simpler pizza, try their chicken & cheese pizza. It has mozzarella + catupiry cheese.....yum!

    " bacon " pizza

So this was my " Bacon " pizza that I got. There's bearly any bacon. Only on the pizza thats next to the crust. I paid $20 for this pizza. Definitely not worth it. But I called and they said that will have someone come give me my money back. So hopes that happens. There pizza used to be my favorite but it definitely had gone down in quality. UPDATE. It's been 30 min since they told me that I was going to get my money back. So I thought I would call back and check in. I was speaking to them in English. I asked the lady when will the guy be here to give me the refund. And she put me on hold and was talking to her bosses. I was hearing evrything. One old lady in the mad was getting upset and said this. " oh is she in a hurry to get her money back, just tell her 30 mins " I herd and understand everything. When the lady came on the phone I told her I understand evrything her boss said and I told her I was very upset. She told me she was going to send the delivery driver right now to get my money. They are you definitely going to get 1 less star now. The phone girl was very Polite So here we go again, I can't believe this. After about. A hour I got my $20 back. But wow I can't believe this is how people get treated. He came back to give me the money and after me giving him the box he blocked my door and didn't let me close it. He was trying to open the box and check if the pizza was there. I laughed and told him that I wasn't going to lie to him about the pizza. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 stars. I called back to thank the lady for giving me a refined and I got attacked by the phone lady. This is a bad place.

Vegetarian Pizza #46 on the menu. Corn, tomatoes, onions, hearts of palms, green olives, mozzarella & my favorite...catupiry

I'm really so appalled by all the one star reviews! I've never had typical brasilian pizza (like in actual Brasil I mean) however - this place is amazing! I've been coming here since I was 6 years old. Clearly anyone leaving a bad review was expecting a typical Italian / American pizza. Welp, this isn't the spot for that. My moms favorite pizza from here is Modo do Chef - which includes chicken, hearts of palms, olives, tomatoes, corn, mozzarella & a brasilian cult favorite: catupiry which would kind of be like a cream cheese. Sounds weird on pizza, but it's actually DELICIOUS. I tend to go for the 'Vegetarian' pizza #46 on the menu. It basically comes with everything that Modo do Chef would come with -sans chicken & catupiry. Of course, you can customize your pizza and add or remove anything you'd like. In my opinions, their crust is the perfect ratio of crunchy/crispy without being too stiff/hard. Their sauce is pretty good, and the mozzarella they use is SOOOO melty and stringy. Just. Amazing. And don't even get me started on the catupiry! This place has always been my favorite little mom & pop pizza spot in the Ironbound. I definitely recommend this place. I promise you won't regret it!

Want a different style pizza? Come to this place! They have a huge selection of pizzas and toppings! The dough taste amazing and just all the toppings that come on it mixes well! Who would've thought egg on a pizza would be good?! Prices are great and portions are big and heavy! The owner is super friendly he even gave us flan to try out and that was really good as well. I will def be coming back to this place to try the other pizzas they have on the menu. Today we had a large pizza that had everything on it besides fish and fruits!

I have been here a bunch of times with my wife and once with my kids. My kids are extremely picky and rarely eat anything that's "Ethnic". So far I have not been disappointed here whatsoever. Every time I am happy with my choice, but I do have to admit that sometimes I am really confused on what to get because the selection is SO BIG!

Frago c/ catupiry + moda do chefe

Great legit Brazilian pizza. The owner is super friendly and can accommodate special requests. Will come back for sure.

Girls' night rule #1: pick a place with a vibe. Girls' night…read morerule #2: the food better back it up. Burke's Tavern understood the assignment. None of us had been before, so we walked in blind, except not really, because the second we stepped inside the vibe hit us. Dimmed lights (but not "can't read the menu" dim), candles glowing, plants everywhere, music just loud enough to feel cool but not loud enough to ruin the gossip. Cozy. Chill. Cute. The holy trinity. It wasn't packed, so we had seating options and landed at a round table in the middle: elite positioning, honestly. Door and front windows on one side, bar view on the other. Prime people-watching real estate. Now let's discuss the important part: the food. We ordered strategically (read: everything we wanted). Lamb meatballs - 10/10. Holy crap. I don't know who is back there doing what, but please continue. Burrata pizza - absolutely delicious. Gone in record time. Gochu-Crispy-Chikin - no notes. Million Dollar Chicken - appropriately named. Fish 'N' Chips - zero complaints across the table. And that's the thing: not a single person in the group had an issue. No side-eye. No "it's good, but..." Just clean plates and happy energy. Now. Parking? Disrespectful. It's on a corner (love that), but finding parking took effort (do not love that). Would I let that stop me? Absolutely not. Parking be damned. I will circle. I will walk. I will manifest a spot. Because this place is such a vibe that it's already secured a return visit -- brunch is calling, and I need to see what this place feels like when the weather warms up. Girls' night/date night/ANY night approved.

The atmosphere and restaurant look great. It has a good vibe and the service was great. Let me tell you about the burger, not the best, they give you a slider size patty, overcooked and served on a bun that comes apart when you grab it. I'm not sure about the rest of the menu, but not a burger place. Now the chocolate cake with the raspberry ice cream--wow! This was the best part of the meal. I'm giving this place 4 stars even though I didn't like the burger because that's all I tried. I'll come back and revise this rating up/down if I come back and try other menu items. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

(I believe Nino's II existed for a quick moment up there in North Arlington but my memory ain't what it used to be.) After driving past (the original) Nino's on the way home from work for the last few months I realized I was overdue for a visit. First thing: from the outside it looks a bit weathered but inside? It's vibrant and lively and eased my initial concerns. (As soon as I walked in at the very first table was a little kid and his abuela. He made it a point to interact with me coming and leaving and that kid made my day... he's getting 5-stars for being awesome!) As for the pizza... it's a respectable "large" - they ain't skimping, which is a nice change of pace. (Hats off to the pizzaiolo because it wasn't a true/normal/expected circle but something closer to a Reuleaux triangle mixed with a squircle.) Geometry aside... the pie tasted good. Nothing flashy or fancy - just a legit (thin) pie. The (steak) fries were a bit bland and boring, I can't lie. And their cavatelli and broccoli was... decent. It would've benefited from a bit more 'pop' (salt, olive oil, garlic, you name it.) I haven't been here in eons and I hope they'll be around for another 40-something-years. Worth mentioning: it's one of the very few pizzerias to have a liquor license. (I'd definitely come back again for the not-so-perfectly-round pizza but would pass on the fries and pasta...)

Backed by celebrity investors like LeBron James and Maria Shriver, the concept is an assembly-line approach to customizable artisanal-style pies. Think Chipotle, but make it pizza. Personal sized, thin crust pizza (6 slices) is built right in front of you in an open kitchen, then fired in an oven for 3 minutes. You can finish things off with drizzles of various sauces or a handful of arugula if you fancy extra embellishment. Choose a signature pie or build your own - I love that you can have any toppings for one flat price. For the allergen or diet conscious: gluten-free, cauli, and keto crusts are all available alongside the original and high-rise doughs. We also tried the protein-zza, a California-style chicken & veggie pizza made with cauliflower crust. I was fully prepared to be smug about detecting the alternative crust, but couldn't tell the difference at all. It was generously loaded with toppings, and the roasted garlic really made the taste pop. Fresh, vibrant flavors all around. We went on a Sunday so it wasn't too crowded and service was swift, and the pizzas came out beautifully.
