After we ordered a pool on a Sunday afternoon I knew something was wrong when the charge, which was originally showing as a pending on my Amex, all of a sudden wasn't there. But the charge for the skimmer was. I called Leslies in Nanuet where we bought the pool and spoke to Frank. He assured me that there were no problems and it was an IT problem. I specifically said please tell us now if we can't get a pool because pools are selling out all over the place. Again he assured us that we were getting the pool. Well the skimmer showed up but still didn't hear about a delivery date for the pool. Well after lots of back and forth only with me reaching out and Frank promising he'd check on the status for me which he never did. My husband had to go back to the store since Frank still wasn't returning my phone calls. Still no answers. I finally called another Leslies and told them the story. Then the GM called me back Ryan or Brian. No apologies from anyone after two weeks I heard I wasn't getting a pool and there was a glitch in the system and that it happens sometimes. Disgusting customer service all around. If they had just apologized in the first place I wouldn't have been so upset. Just returned the skimmer to the store and Frank tried to give us some halfhearted apology/reason why things happened this way. Unacceptable!!!

We contact them after purchasing our home in July 2019 we started a contract with this company and that was the biggest mistake of our life. They just keep charging our card for no reason in 2 months middle of July to the middle of September they charge our card over 3000 we contact the company asking for the charges and they were straight rude and didn't explaining why they charge our card. We have to contact our bank and create a claim to stop the charges to our card. They are dishonest and once they have your card number they just keep stealing from you. If you want to be robbed and charged for services that you didn't receive then this is your company. If you want honest good service look somewhere else.

He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance.
