Roberto and his team helped remove a giant spruce tree after I bought my house. He was subsequently back for some pruning and trimming of branches. His team is responsive, reliable and professional. A+ [Picture taken by Roberto's team]

Nicely stacked wood for three measurements

We have purchased recently the firewood from Blessing tree service and after stacking it up we found out the owner of this business /Anthony Rodriguez/ sent us only 60% of 1 cord which was supposed to be 128 cubics for $250. He scammed us of 48 cubic feet which is $90 scam. We contacted the seller the same day we pilled up the wood! Left countless messages within four days which he totally ignored. Finally his customer service /mother/ had to answer the phone and came up with numerous lies. Spoke to Anthony as well and he wanted to compensate for delivery charges and quality. My delivery fell into local one which he confirmed with my address. We provided him with all the pictures he requested and three measurements and he came up with nonsense that the wood has to be stacked only into two raws! Our personal experience is horrible, disgusting beyond belief! I am here to protect the public from scam! Consumer be aware!!!

Easy to arrange for an estimate and schedule the work. Arrived on time and very easy to work with. Reasonable rates too.

I want to share a mixed experience in case it helps others…read more The owner of the company was a total class act. He quoted a fair price, explained the scope clearly, and ultimately honored everything he promised. I have zero issues with him and would work with him again if he personally handles the close-out. Where things went sideways was at the end of the job, when the owner's "brother-in-law" showed up to "wrap things up." And to be clear, I don't think this guy was his brother in law at all. He kept contesting that he was Colombian and his brother was of a different nationality. I really don't care if he's from Greenland and you're from the north pole. Honor the agreement. I had set aside an additional $500 to tip the crew, completely voluntarily. Instead of letting me speak directly to the workers, the brother-in-law positioned himself between us and immediately started pushing for extra payment, claiming the job was "more than what was agreed." At that point, my $500 went back in my pocket. I never not tip and it killed my to not do it here. Either way, what I saw and who I was dealing with as the closers, "the workers" who actually did the work would have never seen a nickel of that $500. This directly contradicted the signed agreement. He began posturing and making comments that were inappropriate and unnecessary on my property. At that point, I stopped engaging and insisted he call the owner. To the owner's credit, once we spoke, he immediately reaffirmed the original deal, including post-job cleanup and removal of stump cuttings. Everything the owner said matched what was originally promised. After that call, the brother-in-law made an unprofessional remark along the lines of "I like how he talks to you," which only reinforced that he was trying to assert himself rather than resolve anything. The job itself was done well. The owner handled it professionally. But the close-out interaction was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable, and it turned what should have been a positive experience into a tense one. He needs to get his brother in law away from any closing. The guy doesn't have this ability. My advice: If you use this company, make sure the owner is the one handling payment, close-out, and any post-job discussions. Do not rely on intermediaries who were not part of the original agreement.

On the scheduled day, he arrived on time with a five-man crew and four trucks: a bucket truck, chipper, stump grinder, and flatbed for the logs. I also asked him to remove a large limb from a maple tree. He charged $250 for the additional work, which I felt was very reasonable. Victor (I believe that was his name) supervised the crew. They were well-coordinated, careful, and efficient throughout the job. When they finished, they raked the yard, removed twigs, and even blew debris off the driveway and the street. I'm no longer worried about the next windstorm, our backyard is noticeably brighter, and it will likely be years before we're dealing with piles of acorns again. I couldn't be happier with both the management and the crew.
