O'Brother Tree Service removed our huge, very old maple tree that was dying. They were super easy to work with, handled getting the necessary permits from our town, arrived punctually and removed the tree so efficiently we were fascinated to watch the whole process. They cleaned up, were professional, came equipped with top of the line machinery and are such nice people. I would highly recommend them and would be happy to hire them again. read more

We contracted with Oh Brothers to remove tree. We paid a $200 deposit. However, there were legal issues that could not be resolved. We have requested a refund two months now but never received it. They continued saying "off course, we refund you, it is in the mail!" It never came, I cannot recommend them they are not honest! Be wary of doing business with them! read more

After being referred to them by our landscaper to remove two of our trees, we highly recommend O'brothers and plan to hire them again for future tree cutting. First, we had one tall tree that needed to be removed. The second was a massive tree that was ruining our driveway. The situation was complicated because it was super close to electrical wires and the stump would need to be grinded down and flattened. These guys were not only super efficient, careful and professional, they also had pretty advanced machines including a remote control stump grinder. They brought in a huge crew, staffing appropriately for this huge job. They also cleaned up so well. Again, I would 100% recommend this hardworking and specialized company. They absolutely know what they're doing, and trust their expertise. read more

Had an amazing experience with O'Brother. Needed work on 2 properties, cutting down 5+ trees, trimming trees, bushes and ivy removal. Efrain was very attentive, accommodating and easy to work with. He assessed the work, took pictures and attached them to the contract so it's extremely clear laying out what needs to be done. They spent one day from 8a to 6p completing the full scope of work till dusk. Patty who handles scheduling and payment was really nice and responsive. Highly recommend! You are in great hands. read more

Efrain, Patty and their crew did a fantastic job removing 2 very old, very large, in ailing health maple trees from in front of my house yesterday. They did such a good job removing the stumps and cleaning up afterwards that you can hardly even tell now that the trees were ever there. If you hire O'Brothers Tree Service for you tree work, you can be sure that everything will be done 100% right. I am a hard person to please, yet wholeheartedly believe that O'Brothers are awesome. read more

Professional, friendly team who work efficiently and thoroughly. Efrain did our initial estimate and was also on-site to manage the crew on removal day. Debris and roots were cleaned up neatly. They get really busy and booked so it can take a few days for the office to get back to you, but we will definitely be using O'Brothers again for any future tree services. read more

Had a few trees cut based on a recommendation by our neighbor. Patricia handled the scheduling for estimates and the tree cutting. Scheduling was easy and the estimate was quick. Price is reasonable. Work was done well and the clean up was flawless. Would definitely recommend to others! read more

They are the best. Efrain gave me a great price to trim a bunch of trees on my property as well as to remove a dead tree in my backyard. I was pleased with the excellent communications leading up to the appointment as well as the fantastic work that Efrain and his crew did. After completing the work, they left the property cleaner than when they arrived - they even raked our yard for free! I recommend O'Brother to anyone and will call them for any other work I need in the future. They are the best! read more

I called O'Brother and received a quote the same day. 2 days later, they arrived to remove a very large, dying tree from my backyard. Because of where the tree was located, they needed to do it without a crane. They were very careful not to damage my fencing and patio. The entire 6 person team worked efficiently and left the yard looking better and cleaner than how they found it. Before leaving, they trimmed a 20 foot evergreen bush with ease and care. The final product looks amazing. I would definitely recommend Ovidio and his top notch team. read more

They do amazing work. Showed up a half hour early to set up, and were done within the hour as they said they would. They also charged me a fair price, I had a few estimates that were ridiculous and I'm glad I went with O'brother Tree Service. I highly recommend them if you need any trees cut or pruned. read more

If there were 10 stars, that would not be enough. This is a great group of hard working and dedicated professionals who provide top-notch service with care, courtesy, attention to detail, and fair pricing. They arrived promptly and did everything that was asked of them. No surprises with this group. They were asked to take down a very tall pine tree and trim/prune all the other trees on my property and then left the property spotless. As far as I'm concerned, no one should hesitate for a moment to hire this group for any service they provide. read more

The company did everything right: they came on time, with five guys and the necessary equipment, were careful about protecting the other plants, and the guy who climbed my 60 ft tree knew what he was doing. When they were done, they cleaned up. The whole job finished in under two hours. And the price was best of three bids. Very satisfied. read more

These men were very professional and did the job in a timely matter. They dissembled and reassembled the fence leading into the backyard to get the root/stump churner through. They lived up to their quote AND they had a lot of people on staff. I highly suggest using these guys for your next job! read more

These guys are fantastic. Responsive, reliable, reasonable. I saw an o'brother's truck outside a neighbors house and called. Patricia picked up right away and scheduled a consult for the next day. Efram (sp?) came out on time with the iPad and drawing tool, made notes of everything I wanted and gave me a super reasonable quote which I took on the spot (less than half of what the red guys quoted us for more labor). Later that evening I got an email of the quote exactly as it appeared on the iPad. Then I got a call to schedule the actual tree trimming/stump removal/bush a few days later. They were a few hours late but not any worse than cable tbh. The actual process was amazing- they had all the cool equipment and the kids sat by the window with snacks to watch the show lol. They did a great job and cleaned up every little branch to boot. I would definitely recommend and definitely use them agajn read more

Simply the best! Patty and her team are top notch. I got a quote from multiple companies and they were able to give us the best price with the amount of work I wanted done; it was a big job to say the least. Leading up to our scheduled appointment, Patty was always in contact and her communication was excellent. She scheduled her team to come out to my house at 7:30AM and they showed up exactly on time, ready to work. We quickly went over the details of the scope of work, the crane arrived and off they went. It was amazing to see how they worked. The team was fast, very efficient, extremely hard working, very friendly and no time was being wasted throughout the day; everyone was always busy and constantly moving. Not only did they clean up after their work, they were also kind enough to run the leaf blowers throughout the entire house. I can't say enough great things about O'Brothers and I thank them for their excellent work. They are extremely professional and are highly skilled at what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for tree service. Hopefully I don't need any more work done in the near future, but if I do, O'Brothers will be my first and only choice. read more

We used O'Brother last year for a large oak tree removal in front of the house, we were extremely satisfied with their work and competency. Today, we hired them to remove a large mulberry tree from the back of the house and to grind the oak tree stump from last year. Our backyard is fenced in and the side entrance to the back is very narrow. We had three other crews come give us estimates. One crew said they would not be able to do the job due to the logistics of the tree. Another crew said they would cut the tree down and manually carry the pieces out to the front. The third crew wanted to temporarily tear down my fence to access the backyard. O'Brother presented us with a reassuring and competitive solution. They came with their crane extended over the house and took the tree apart piece by piece and lifted it to the street to be shredded. Then they hoisted the stump grinder to the back and took care of the stump. Overall, exceedingly happy with their work and professionalism, and would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

An appointment was made for 1pm. They showed up after 4 so were working in semi darkness and darkness. Much debris and roots were left behind. Even a tree limb. I called, emailed, text and finally two guys came back to clear up the mess. I could tell they were not happy and one of the workers threw down his rake and went and sat in the truck. Still debris, roots and a tree limb left behind. I called and emailed again and finally one of the brothers showed up very annoyed asking for more money. I refused anymore cash and said I would go to the media as my husband was a disabled veteran. Three guys turned up the next day and finally sorted the problem. Zero customer service and will never use this company again! read more

Called the office and was able to make an appt right away for an estimate with Patricia. Efrian came out for the estimate and explained exactly what they could do for me and gave me a very fair price. On the day of the scheduled job, the crew showed up on time. By the condition of their equipment and vehicles, you can tell they take pride in their work. They took down a tree that was over hanging our pool and fence, without any damage. When they were done, the crew cleaned up the yard so well, you couldnt even tell they were here. I highly recommend OBROTHERS!! read more

These guys were exceptionally accommodating with the scheduling of our appointment between the crazy weather and my work week. First, I would like to thanks them for the minimally invasive approach tomy yard and their cleanliness. They kept the area clean and didn't break anything or aggravate my gardens. I shopped around for other tree services resulting in higher prices and even one other tree service that wanted to remove my fence. They cut every branch directly Specified. I can't thank these guys enough. Up until we had the trees manicured, I would not let the kids go out and play in fear of falling branches. Storm after storms, branches up to 8 feet had fallen on the kids play equipment. The tree in the front almost dropped a whopper of a branch on my neighbors car. All and all, an excellent service and definitely recommended! read more

I had been looking to have a tree pruned that was what a buyer wanted me to do. Unfortunately, I asked about it from 2 other tree services and then 3 bad storms hit. The fellow I chose kept putting off ny job. Then I saw an O'Brother tree truck and looked them up. I called the husband wife team and the next day Efrain came to give me a very reasonable estimate to prune the tree. His wife adorable Patty quickly emailed me a professional estimate along with their insurance declaration page. They were quick, professional and good people. 2 days later they did the job when they said they would and they brought the bucket truck and chipper truck. The job was completed in 1.5 hours. I couldn't ask for better or more professional service. I highly recommend O' Brothers tree service! read more

My cherry blossom tree fell down last winter storm and O'Brothers Tree Service took the tree as well as glinded the stump. Now it is completely gone as nothing was there before. They did very nice job with very reasonable price. I am 120% satisfied. :) And I would like to thank Patty very much. Issue with tree may happen rarely, could happen once a life time. When it happened to me, I was frustrated and didn't know what to do. She was very knowledgeable and patient, and answered all my questions including probably silly ones... And she always responds almost simultaneously. You should understand how much important timely responses are when you don't know what to do. So, if you have any issue with the tree, O'Brothers Tree Service is my first recommendation. FYI, usually, I don't leave reviews, but this time I wrote this as soon as they left. :) read more

We needed an ash tree removed as well as some stump removal work and tree trim. About a 4 hr job. Ovidio came to give me an estimate and was very pleasant to work with. Did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the area very nicely. Very professional and would highly recommend! Businesses like this should be how most service standards should be! One star for responding to my emails. I reached out a few times for an estimate for my company and also once for my own backyard. At first patty was very responsive and said her husband will take a look at my company's tree on a sat and let me know the price. I didn't see a quote in my email after that so I follow up with her on Monday and she told me she'll get it to me tomorrow. Tues passed and still no estimate . I shoot one more email on wed asking for the quote and has not heard back yet. My guess is they're very swamped and couldn't keep up but still, if you're not interested then don't keep me waiting. Just simply tell me no thanks and I'll move on. For my backyard, I chose this place again because they are close by river edge but they straight up ignored me. I guess I will not be contacting this place anymore. read more

Efran was excellent gave a quote with his tablet in hand, took pictures of the trees to be removed and had them on the quote. Very pleased with the work they did. Very thorough and remembered all of the details of what I wanted done. I asked if they would chop up one very large limb for us to burn in our fireplace - they did, and they even stacked it for us on our existing wood pile. Did a beautiful job with trimming and shaping the river birch in the front of our house. It took a while to get us on their schedule and they are not the best communicators in terms of letting you know exactly when they are coming but I'll overlook these things because they gave me a much more reasonable price than other tree services. Highly recommend! read more
