Had a giant, massive tree removed in front of my property…read more 1. Little to no communication. Was told I needed to have police come (an extra not cheap cost) at 8 am. So why didn't A & H's team show up until closer to ten? "They're coming, don't worry." Easy for him not to worry; I'm the one paying. When I asked Javier about it, "don't worry, you'll get reimbursed back for the time." -Never happened. Never saw a dime of that back. 2.-A year later, needed to get the remainder of the stump ground down. They wouldn't commit to a day or time, or time frame. Told me they'd give me notice. They texted me an hour before. I wasn't home. Did they grind it? -Hardly. They were there and left within 45 minutes, and lo and behold, the stump was not ground sufficiently. 3. We had to have them come back, further cost, and at no point do they EVER remove the mulch. So this is just cost upon cost. And yet again, no communication. 4. At no point do they communicate clearly. Javier seems bothered, constantly. People are dropping thousands of dollars for services, and he seems annoyed, quite frankly. Would leave messages, for about 2 weeks continuously getting told someone would call back. -I'd wait a few days, no call back. The most frustrating experience.

The execution was meticulous and the finished steps are nothing short of a masterpiece. It's now four months since completion and I've lost count of the compliments from neighbors and visitors. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and personable, as was his team as they proceeded to take all precautions to not cause any damage to my driveway and landscaping. Once they started it was like watching a well worn machine operate. Each worker knew their job, and it was a pleasure to watch! A couple of hours later, the tree was gone, and they too were gone and they left everything as if if they were never there. This is an outstanding company from Mary Anne who takes the phone calls to every worker, and I recommend them highly!!

They were able to remove the fence in order for their equipment to come through AND put it back together afterwards. This included digging and pulling a post out of the ground and putting it back in place afterwards. They were very careful with their work and knew just where to cut and segment the tree into portions and lowered each one down to the ground without destroying anything. They were also able to grind the stump and any other exposed roots down into the ground, and were helpful in cleaning up the debris and soil in their work area. They were quick, too, arriving promptly and finishing before end of day. For a job as big as this, we are totally impressed and highly recommend them for your tree services. They were very reasonably priced, too.
